Fig. 6 is a schematic front view of the supporting frame 11 of the upper berth 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the supporting frame 11 includes a fixing portion 111 and a supporting portion 112 connected to each other, the fixing portion 111 is fixed to the transverse wall 1, and the supporting portion 112 extends in a width direction of the upper berth 10, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of supporting frames 11 are arranged at intervals in a length direction of the upper berth 10. The first deck 12, supported on the support portion 112, includes a first frame 121, a first mattress 123, and a first covering. The first bobbin 121 is constructed in a frame-type structure, and is connected to the support portion 112. The first mattress 123 is supported on the support portion 112 and the first frame 121, and is connected to the support portion 112, and the first cover is disposed on the first frame 121, the first mattress 123, and the support portion 112.
Alternatively, the supporting frame 11 and the first frame 121 are connected by bolts. When the mattress is installed, the fixing portion 111 of the supporting frame 11 is fixed to the horizontal wall 1 by bolts, then the first frame 121 and the supporting frame 11 are connected, the first mattress 123 is laid, the first mattress 123 and the supporting portion 112 are connected, and finally the first covering is wrapped.
Can install on horizontal wall 1 through foretell support frame 11 with upper berth 10 firmly, moreover, first skeleton 121, first mattress 123 and supporting part 112 are located to first covering face guard, can not see support frame 11 and relevant connection structure in the outward appearance, and the hidden nature is good, and the aesthetic property is good, is difficult to produce the hook, and the security is good, can not occupy extra space yet, improves the regional space utilization of upper berth 10.
In one embodiment, the width of the upper berth 10 is 700mm, the length of the upper berth is 1975mm, the supporting frame 11 and the first framework 121 are made of steel with the strength performance not lower than the mark Q345B, the bearing capacity is improved, the upper berth 10 can bear 270kg of uniformly distributed static load, plastic deformation does not occur, and the maximum elastic deformation of the front end of the sleeping berth is not more than 10mm.
For increased comfort, fig. 7 isbase:Sub>A schematic side view of the upper berth 10 according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 isbase:Sub>A schematic sectional view taken along linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first mattress 123 adoptsbase:Sub>A combined structure of upper flame retardant slow rebound and lower high rebound polyurethane foam, and the first covering adoptsbase:Sub>A textile fabric.
In order to increase the fixing stability of the upper berth 10, reduce the pressure applied by the upper berth 10 to the transverse wall 1, and reduce the required strength of the transverse wall 1, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the upper berth 10 includes a support frame 11 and a first pavement 12. The supporting frame 11 comprises a fixing part 111 and a supporting part 112 which are connected, the fixing part 111 is fixed on the transverse wall 1, the fixing part 111 extends along the height direction of the sleeper compartment 100 and is provided with a first connecting through hole 113; the support portions 112 extend in the width direction of the upper bed 10, and the number of the support frames 11 is plural, and the support frames are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the upper bed 10. The first deck 12 is supported by the support portion 112 and connected to the support portion 112, and as shown in fig. 7, first connection holes 113 are formed in the fixing portions 111 above and below the first deck 12, respectively.
Fig. 9 is a partial schematic view of fig. 1, fig. 10 is a partial enlarged schematic view of a portion I in fig. 9, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the fixing portions 111 in two adjacent compartments are symmetrically arranged back to back with respect to the transverse wall 1, the transverse wall 1 is provided with a second connecting through hole 101 corresponding to the first connecting through hole 113, and the first fastening member 91 is inserted into the second connecting through hole 101 and is respectively connected with the two first connecting through holes 113 at two sides of the transverse wall 1. The first fastening member 91 sequentially passes through the first connecting through hole 113 of the fixing portion 111 on one side of the transverse wall 1, the second connecting through hole 101 of the transverse wall 1, and the first connecting through hole 113 of the fixing portion 111 on the other side of the transverse wall 1, and is fastened by a nut.
Through utilizing first fastener 91 to link together the fixed part 111 that is located the both sides of cross wall 1, when the upper berth 10 atress of one of them side, can be taut to cross wall 1 with the fixed part 111 of opposite side, consequently can guarantee when upper berth 10 receives the bearing capacity, the fixed part 111 of both sides can firmly be fixed on cross wall 1 all the time, guarantees that upper berth 10 fixes firmly, and upper berth 10 can bear more weight, and the security is higher.
In order to fixedly support the lower berth 20, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 11 is a schematic side view of a leg support assembly of the lower berth 20 provided in an example of the present disclosure, fig. 12 is a schematic top view of the leg support assembly of the lower berth 20 provided in an example of the present disclosure, fig. 13 is a schematic front view of the leg support assembly of the lower berth 20 provided in an example of the present disclosure, fig. 14 is a schematic front view of the lower berth 20 provided in an example of the present disclosure, and fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of a reclining assembly 60 provided in an example of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 11 to 15, the lower berth 20 includes the leg support assembly and the second berth 24. The leg laying support assembly comprises a connecting beam 21, at least two supporting legs 22 and at least two supporting beams 23; the connecting beam 21 is connected with the transverse wall, the supporting beams 23 extend along the width direction of the lower berth 20, at least two supporting beams 23 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the lower berth 20, and one end of each supporting beam 23 close to the transverse wall is connected with the connecting beam 21; at least two supporting legs 22 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the lower berth 20, the lower ends of the supporting legs 22 are connected with the floor of the compartment, and the upper ends of the supporting beams 23 are connected with one side, far away from the connecting beam 21.
Second shop front 24 supports on supporting beam 23, including second skeleton, second mattress and second mask, the second skeleton is connected with supporting beam 23, and the second mattress supports on the second skeleton, and second skeleton, second mattress and supporting beam 23 are located to the second mask.
When the lower berth 20 is installed, the whole leg-laying support assembly is fixed on the transverse wall by connecting the connecting beam 21 with the transverse wall, then the lower end of the supporting leg 22 is connected with the floor between the bungs by using the fastener, then the second framework is connected with the leg-laying support assembly by using the fastener, and then the second mattress is laid to cover the covering. The lower berth 20 can bear the even static load of 540kg without plastic deformation, and the maximum elastic deformation of the front end of the sleeping berth is not more than 11mm. The second mattress adopts an upper-layer flame-retardant slow-rebound polyurethane foam plastic combined structure and a lower-layer high-rebound polyurethane foam plastic combined structure, and the fabric adopts textile fabric.
Alternatively, the lower berth 20 of the booth located at the end of the sleeper compartment 100 may be provided with a berth box to facilitate storage of berths and the like.
In one embodiment of the present application, FIG. 16 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 15, and FIG. 17 is a schematic structural view of a second berth 62 provided in an embodiment of the present application in an upright state and a horizontal state, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIGS. 15-17, the booth further including a berth assembly 60. The reclining assembly 60 is provided on the lateral wall 1 between the upper berth 10 and the lower berth 20. The berthing assembly 60 includes a first berth 61, a second berth 62, and a third berth 63 arranged along a length of the lower berth 20, optionally with the second berth 62 located between the first berth 61 and the third berth 63.
The first and third bunkers 63 are fixedly connected to the transverse wall 1, respectively, and the second bunkers 62 are rotatably connected to the transverse wall 1 so that the second bunkers 62 have a stowed upright position and a deployed horizontal position as a table. As shown in fig. 17, the lower end of the second berth 62 is hinged to the transverse wall, and when the second berth 62 is folded to the transverse wall, the second berth 62 functions as a back cushion; when the second deck 62 is unfolded into the horizontal state, the second deck 62 functions as a table. The second berth 62 realizes 'one object has multiple functions', namely, passengers can be ensured to take the vehicle, and the daily leisure and office requirements of the passengers can be realized.
In the present application, there is no limitation on how the reclining assembly 60 is fixed to the horizontal wall 1, and in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, a key hole 65 is formed in the back surface of the reclining assembly 60, a large hole of the key hole 65 faces downward, and correspondingly, a mounting bracket is fixed to a corresponding position on the horizontal wall 1, and the mounting bracket is provided with a protrusion 64, so that when mounting, only the key hole 65 needs to be clamped into the corresponding protrusion 64, and then the reclining assembly 60 is connected to the horizontal wall 1 by using a fastener.
In order to make the appearance of the side walls of the booth more attractive, in one embodiment of the present application, fig. 18 is a schematic view showing the structure of the side wall partition 70 provided in the example of the present application, and fig. 19 is a schematic view showing a cross section taken along the line C-C of fig. 18, and as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the booth further includes the side wall partition 70 disposed adjacent to one side of the corridor. The down-wall partition walls 70 and the aisle side walls 9 are respectively arranged at both lateral sides of the corridor. Both sides of the down-wall partition wall 70 in the longitudinal direction of the sleeper compartment 100 are connected to the cross wall 1, respectively. The door mounting opening is formed in the side-by-side partition wall 70, the compartment sliding door 73 is arranged at the door mounting opening, the side-by-side partition wall 70 comprises a first partition wall 71 and a second partition wall 72 which are oppositely and alternately arranged, and the compartment sliding door 73 is movably arranged between the first partition wall 71 and the second partition wall 72. A guide rail is provided below and above the booth sliding door 73, and is located between the first partition wall 71 and the second partition wall 72.
Because it is double-deck structure to be followed wall next door 70, the sliding door 73 in the package can hide in the clearance between first next door 71 and the second next door 72 when opening to make the package follow the wall whole more pleasing to the eye, moreover, the passenger also is difficult for touching the sliding door 73 in the package of opening when walking on the corridor, and the security is higher. In addition, the double-layer wall-following partition wall 70 also has better sound insulation and noise reduction effects.
Alternatively, the wall-following partitions 70 are of uniform thickness with a thickness tolerance of + -0.2 mm and a flatness of 1m 2 The range is not more than 0.5mm, the difference of the whole diagonal lines is less than 1mm, and the straightness of each side is less than 1mm/m. The wall partition 70 is integrated with the ventilation opening 46, the plug-in section bar, the skirting board and other accessories.
Optionally, a corner line is arranged below the wall-following partition wall 70 to be connected with a floor, no visible nail is exposed, the side face of the vehicle is fastened with the wall-following partition wall 70 through a B-shaped beam, the top end of the wall-following partition wall 70 is connected with the vehicle body through a mounting beam, and a PVC adjusting base plate is used at the joint of the wall-following partition wall 70 and the vehicle body, so that the heat insulation performance is improved. A detachable inspection door is also arranged along the outer partition wall of the partition wall 70, so that the sliding door 73 mechanism of the bag room can be conveniently overhauled.
In order to achieve a light weight design, in one embodiment of the present application, the booth includes a booth side wall 50, a down-wall partition wall 70, and a top plate 2 connected between the booth side wall 50 and the down-wall partition wall 70, which are oppositely disposed. The booth side walls 50 and the down-wall partition walls 70 extend in the longitudinal direction of the sleeper compartment 100, respectively. The side wall 50 of the booth is of a glass fiber reinforced plastic integrally formed structure, and the side wall 50 of the booth is conveniently installed in a modularized mode as a whole. A down-the-wall partition 70 is located on the side of the booth adjacent the hallway. The down-the-wall partitions 70 are made of composite honeycomb panels, at least a portion of the top panel 2 is made of composite honeycomb panels, and optionally, the side roofs 43 are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and the middle roof 40 is made of composite honeycomb. The composite honeycomb plate comprises a first layer of panel, an aluminum honeycomb core plate and a second layer of panel which are sequentially attached. The outer side of the first layer panel and/or the second layer panel can be pasted with a fireproof plate. The aluminum honeycomb core plate is made of aluminum plates and is the main stressed part of the sandwich structure. The aluminum honeycomb core plate functions as a connecting and supporting panel in the sandwich structure. The composite honeycomb plate is required to have the flatness of less than or equal to 1 mm/square meter and meet the requirement of 1.5 mm/whole plate, the straightness of less than or equal to 1mm/m and meet the requirement of 1.5 mm/whole plate, and the difference of diagonal lines of less than or equal to 2mm.
Unlike the prior art, in the sleeper compartment 100 of the present application, a large number of lightweight materials, such as composite cellular boards, are used, and the composite cellular boards are used on the down-wall partition walls 70 and the top plate 2, so that the sleeper compartment has good heat and sound insulation effects, high strength, light weight, and can reduce the weight of the compartment.
In order to improve the installation efficiency of the booth side wall 50, in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 20 is a schematic structural view of the booth side wall 50 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 21 is a schematic sectional view along the line D-D in fig. 20, as shown in fig. 21, the sleeper compartment 100 further includes a vehicle body frame 3 located outside the booth side wall 50, and the vehicle body frame 3 is provided with a side wall installation hole; as shown in fig. 20, the inter-pack side wall 50 is of an integrally formed structure. The connection of the lower end of the booth side wall 50 and the vehicle body is as follows: the lower end of the inter-bay side wall 50 is provided with an installation code 53 corresponding to the installation hole, and a second fastener 92 penetrates through the installation code 53 and the side wall installation hole, so that the lower end of the inter-bay side wall 50 is connected with the car body framework 3; as shown in fig. 20, the front and rear ends of the lower side of the booth side wall 50 are provided with mounting codes 53.
The connection of the upper end of the booth side wall 50 and the vehicle body is as follows: the upper part of the car body framework 3 is also connected with a connecting plate 4 extending along the length direction of the sleeper compartment 100; fig. 22 is a schematic enlarged partial view of a part II in fig. 21, and as shown in fig. 21 and fig. 22, the booth further includes elastic jaws 5, the upper end of the booth side wall 50 is attached to the connecting plate 4, and the elastic jaws 5 are clamped at the upper ends of the connecting plate 4 and the booth side wall 50; as shown in fig. 20, a plurality of the elastic jaws 5 are spaced apart from each other at the upper end of the booth side wall 50.
The front and rear ends of the booth side wall 50 are connected to the vehicle body as follows: fig. 23 is a schematic sectional view taken along line E-E in fig. 20, and fig. 24 is an enlarged partial view taken at III in fig. 23, and as shown in fig. 23 and 24, the booth further includes side connection members 81 extending in the height direction of the sleeper compartment 100, the side connection members 81 being connected to both lateral walls of the booth, respectively, and the side connection members 81 including a bridge 811 extending in the length and height directions of the compartment; optionally, the cross section of the side connecting piece 81 is an L-shaped structure, one part of the L-shaped structure is a lap plate 811, and the other part is attached and connected with the transverse wall 1 through a fastener; the both sides of the inter-compartment side wall 50 along the length direction of the sleeper compartment 100 are respectively lapped with the lapping plate 811, and the third fastener is penetrated through the inter-compartment side wall 50 and the lapping plate 811 to connect the inter-compartment side wall 50 and the lapping plate 811.
In the above-described installation scheme of the booth side wall 50, the booth side wall 50 may be connected to the vehicle body frame 3 by the installation code 53, the booth side wall 50 may be hung on the vehicle body, thereby freeing both hands, then the upper end of the booth side wall 50 may be clamped to the connecting plate 4 by the elastic clamping claws 5, and finally, the lap plate 811 may be connected to the booth side wall 50 by the fastening member. The whole installation process is simple and convenient, and can be completed by only 2-3 operators. "fore-aft" refers to the direction along the length of the inter-compartment car.
Because the inter-ladle side wall 50 is an integrated structure, when being installed, the inter-ladle side wall 50 can be integrally installed on a vehicle body, the installation process is saved, specifically, the lower end of the inter-ladle side wall 50 is connected with the vehicle body framework 3 through the installation code 53, the upper end of the inter-ladle side wall 50 clamps the connecting plate 4 and the upper end of the inter-ladle side wall 50 through the elastic clamping claws 5, the front end and the rear end of the inter-ladle side wall 50 are lapped with the lapping plates 811 and are connected through the fastening pieces, therefore, the inter-ladle side wall 50 is connected with the vehicle body framework 3 or the transverse wall in the upper and lower front and rear directions of the inter-ladle side wall 50, and the inter-ladle side wall 50 is firmly fixed on the vehicle body from all directions.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 24, sound insulation felts 82 are further laid on two sides of the booth side wall 50 close to the two transverse walls 1, and an insert 83 is further disposed on the outer side of the sound insulation felt 82 to shield the sound insulation felts 82, so that the appearance is better.
The booth side wall 50 adopts glass steel integrated into one piece, and the window below sets up the thing platform, integrated hat and coat hook, roll up curtain etc. and the booth side wall 50 back covers the mineral wool heat insulating material, has good sound insulation and heat insulation function. The load bearing capacity of the coat hook is larger than or 150N. The roller blind is integrated above the window and hidden behind the roller blind cover plate. The rolling rod slides vertically in the guide rails at two sides of the car window, and the rolling rod is completely covered behind the rolling cover plate at the limit position when the rolling rod is pulled upwards. The roller shutter is kept vertical in a static state and can stay at any middle position; under the vibration environment, the roller shutter does not rise or fall by itself and can be kept for more than 12 h.
In an embodiment of the present application, fig. 25 is a schematic structural diagram of the roof panel 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 25, the roof panel 2 includes a roof framework 44, side roofs 43 and a middle roof 40, the roof framework 44 is located above the middle roof 40 and the side roofs 43, and the middle roof 40 is located between the two side roofs 43 along the length direction of the sleeper compartment 100. The top panel 2 includes a top skeleton 44 and a middle roof 40. The top framework 44 is positioned above the middle roof 40, and the top framework 44 is connected with the top of the vehicle body; in order to facilitate the installation of the middle roof 40 in the event of possible assembly or production errors, a first slider and a second slider 47 are provided at intervals on the middle roof 40, fig. 26 is a schematic sectional view taken along the line F-F in fig. 25, fig. 27 is a partially enlarged schematic view taken along the line IV in fig. 26, and as shown in fig. 26 and 27, the roof frame 44 includes a first chute member 41 extending in the longitudinal direction of the sleeper compartment 100 and a second chute member 42 extending in the width direction of the compartment, the first slider being slidably provided on the first chute member 41, and the second slider 47 being slidably provided on the second chute member 42. As shown in fig. 25, the top plate 2 is provided with a pair of first chute members 41 and a pair of second chute members 42, and the two first chute members 41 are located at both ends of the two second chute members 42. Correspondingly, four sliding blocks are correspondingly arranged on the middle plate. The chute member may be a profile member having chutes on each surface as shown in fig. 27.
When the installation, because the assembly error in the package room leads to the medium plate can't install on predetermineeing the position, can be according to actual conditions along the length of sleeping berth carriage 100 and the position of width direction adjustment medium plate, make the medium plate keep the position of adjusting well all the time, the edge of medium plate can be parallel with the horizontal wall 1 of both sides, parallel with the lateral wall, can not take place crooked, consequently, the fault-tolerant rate of medium plate installation is higher, moreover, can guarantee that the medium plate is in the state of adjusting well all the time, and the aesthetic property is better.
Optionally, the side roof 43 is installed by bonding the profiles, the profiles are required to be firmly bonded, the tensile shear strength of the adhesive is greater than or equal to 6MPa, and the load bearing requirement at the embedded part of the side roof 43 is not less than 3 times of the weight of the embedded part.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 25, the top panel 2 includes a top frame 44 and a middle roof 40, the middle roof 40 is provided with a dome lamp 31, a speaker and a vent 46, and one end of the middle roof 40 is hinged to the top frame 44 to have an opened state and a closed state. Opening the middle roof 40 allows access to the speakers, dome lights 31 and vents 46 on the middle roof 40; when the lock is closed, the lock can be used for locking. Set up air conditioner air supply guide plate in the package, the molding is graceful, and is unanimous with side wall corridor side decoration shroud style, promotes package room space visual effect. The top plate 2 is installed without exposed nails or wires. The gap of the top plate 2 is T-shaped.
In order to increase the function of accomodating between the package, in an embodiment of this application, as shown in fig. 2, the package still includes two at least integrated form supporter 6, all be provided with integrated form supporter 6 on the horizontal wall 1 of upper berth 10 top and on the horizontal wall 1 of lower berth 20 top, fig. 28 is the structural schematic diagram of integrated form supporter 6 that this application embodiment provided, as shown in fig. 28, integrated form supporter 6 includes the mounting panel and sets up in the couple of mounting panel, the rack, hang trousers frame and can open and shut and set up in the thing board of putting of mounting panel, mounting panel and horizontal wall 1 fixed connection.
This integrated form supporter 6 is in the same place the functional part collection that dispersion such as hat hook, rack, hanging trousers frame were arranged, and the installation is dismantled conveniently, has integrateed moreover on this basis and has put the thing board, makes things convenient for the passenger to use.
In an embodiment of this application, the edge of door installing port is provided with the door frame, is provided with the holding tank on the door frame, and the package still includes the pedal, and the pedal rotationally sets up in the holding tank, has the footboard state of opening and withdraws the state of packing up to the holding tank. The passenger can get on and off the bed 20 through the foot pedal.
The fluorescent number plate is arranged on the outer door frame of the dividing wall, so that a comfortable travel environment is created for passengers. A control panel is further provided on the door frame of the down-wall partition 70 for adjusting the wind speed and wind direction of the air-conditioning ventilation opening 46.
The door frame also provides an installation interface for the upper berth 10 handrail, and the fluorescent berth number plate is arranged on the door frame outside the dividing wall, so that the sliding door mechanism is designed with an inspection door which can be overhauled and disassembled easily. The components such as the flat top, the wall-following partition wall 70, the foot pedals, the upper berth 10 handrails, the electrical appliance socket, the sliding door mechanism and the like of the corridor are connected by taking the door frame as a connecting and installing carrier, so that the installation integrity is improved.
The upper berth 10 handrail is arranged on the wall dividing wall 70 above the upper berth 10, the upper berth 10 handrail is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a first section extending along the horizontal direction and a second section extending along the vertical direction, the L-shaped upper berth 10 handrail is more humanized in design, passengers can use the handrail in the horizontal direction and the longitudinal direction, and the appearance is more attractive.
According to a second aspect of the present application, there is also provided a rail vehicle comprising the sleeper compartment 100 described above.

the upper berth (10) is fixed at the upper part of the transverse wall (1);
the lower berth (20) is fixed at the lower part of the transverse wall (1);
a ceiling lamp (31) arranged on the ceiling (2) of the compartment;
the lamp strip (32) extends along the length direction of the sleeper carriage and is arranged on the compartment side wall (50);

The sleeping carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sleeping carriage (100) further comprises a plurality of reading lamps (54) fixed to the side wall (50) of the compartment, the reading lamps (54) are respectively arranged on the side wall (50) of the compartment above the upper berth (10) and on the side wall (50) of the compartment above the lower berth (20), the reading lamps (54) comprise lamp bodies and USB interfaces, and the brightness and the irradiation angle of the lamp bodies are adjustable.

The sleeping carriage as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least two integrated article shelves (6), wherein the integrated article shelves (6) are disposed on the transverse wall (1) above the upper berth (10) and on the transverse wall (1) above the lower berth (20), the integrated article shelves (6) comprise a mounting plate and a hook, a net rack, a trousers rack and an article plate disposed on the mounting plate in an openable and closable manner, and the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the transverse wall (1).
