Description

Ecological pesticide, preparation method, preparation and application thereof
Technical Field

At present, bio-oil produced by biomass pyrolysis contains various organic matters. The biodiesel is prepared by fractionation, but the application efficiency is extremely low. Researches show that organic matters such as ketone, phenol, acid and the like contained in the bio-oil can be used as pesticide solvents, the application range of the bio-oil can be expanded, and the biomass oil with low oil content can be used as the pesticide solvents, so that the application range of the bio-oil can be effectively improved, green agricultural production can be realized, and environmental hazards can be reduced.
Plant-derived pesticides become the characteristics of pesticide research again due to the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue and the like, but the plant-derived pesticides available in the market are few in types and are not enough to meet the agricultural requirements.

According to the formulas of the examples 15 to 20, the components are uniformly mixed in a reaction kettle to prepare the ecological pesticide finished product, and field pilot test is carried out in 2019.
Test work: wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
Experimental design and method: one blank control group is set, each repeated area of the experimental group is 10m2 and is randomly arranged, and the cultivation conditions and the tree growth conditions of all cells in the experimental area are consistent. Diluting the solution to 250, 500 and 1000 times of the solution with the test medicine, spraying on leaf surface, and investigating the quantity of mites after 2, 5 and 10 days respectively. The survival rate and the decline rate of the number of the mites before and after the application are respectively calculated, compared with a blank control, the calculation result is shown in table 4, and the calculation formula is as follows:
mite reduction rate = (number of mites before application-number of mites surviving after application)/number of mites before application
Mite control effect = (mite reduction rate in application area-mite reduction rate in control area)/(100-mite reduction rate in blank area)
Table 4 field efficacy test of wettable powder for wheat mite control
Figure 320233DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
As can be seen from Table 4, the control effect of the combination examples 16-20 of the invention on wheat mites after being diluted by 500 times can reach more than 89% in 2 days, more than 92% in 5 days and more than 94% in 10 days; the combination of the embodiment 6-10 of the invention has 1000 times dilution of the ecological pesticide to control wheat mites, which can reach 88% in 2 days, 90% in 5 days and more than 93% in 10 days, and the pesticide has no adverse effect on hawthorn trees during the application period.
While the invention has been illustrated and described with respect to specific embodiments, it will be appreciated that many changes can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and therefore, all changes that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are to be embraced within their scope.
