Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate description thereof is omitted. In each of the drawings, "front-rear" indicated by an arrow indicates a vehicle body front-rear direction, "up-down" indicates a vehicle body up-down direction, and "left-right" indicates a left-right direction (vehicle width direction) as viewed from a driver's seat.
As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle front structure 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bumper face 2, fog lamps 3, speakers 4L and 4H, a fog lamp trim 10, and a reflection plate 20.
< Bumper appearance piece >
The bumper fascia 2 is a metal or resin member that extends in the vehicle width direction at the front end of the vehicle and that forms a part of the front surface of the vehicle. A hole portion 2a having a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front is formed at the vehicle width direction end portion of the bumper fascia 2.
< fog Lamp >
The fog lamp 3 is an auxiliary running lamp that irradiates light to the front of the vehicle in order to secure the driver's visual field in the case of heavy fog or the like. The fog lamp 3 is mounted on the fog lamp portion 10A of the fog lamp decorative 10.
< Horn >
The speakers 4L and 4H are devices for generating an alarm sound in response to the operation of the driver or the like. The speakers 4L and 4H emit sound waves forward from the sound wave generating portion having a circular shape when viewed from the front. The horn 4L disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction generates a low-pitched sound (for example, a wavelength of 85.75 to 149.15[ mm ]). The upper end of the horn 4L is located at substantially the same height as the upper edge of the opening 13 described later, and the lower end of the horn 4L is located at a lower height than the lower edge of the opening 13. The horn 4H disposed on the outer side in the vehicle width direction is disposed at the rear and below the horn 4L, and generates a warning sound of a high tone (for example, a wavelength of 72.97 to 123.69[ mm ]). The upper end of the horn 4H is located at a position intermediate the upper edge and the lower edge of the opening 13, and the lower end of the horn 4H is located at a lower level than the lower edge of the opening 13. The speakers 4L and 4H are attached to members (e.g., a partition plate or the like) provided behind the bumper face 2 and the fog light trim 10.
< fog light decoration >
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the fog lamp decorative 10 is a plate-like resin member having a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front. The fog lamp decorative 10 is formed by bending to be inclined rearward as going outward in the vehicle width direction in a plan view. The fog lamp trim 10 is attached to the bumper face 2 so as to close the hole 2a (see fig. 1). The outside in the vehicle width direction of the fog lamp decorative 10 is a fog lamp portion 10A provided with the fog lamp 3, and the inside in the vehicle width direction of the fog lamp decorative 10 is a horn portion 10B provided with horns 4H, 4L at the rear.
The bumper fascia 2 has a pair of holes 2a formed at both ends in the vehicle width direction, and the fog lamp trim 10 of the present invention is provided in one hole 2a (for example, on the right side or the driver's seat side). A fog light trim that is substantially bilaterally symmetrical to the fog light trim 10 of the present invention is provided in the other (e.g., left and front passenger side) hole portion 2a. The fog lamp 3 is attached to the fog lamp garnish, and no horn 4L or 4H is provided behind the fog lamp garnish. Therefore, the fog lamp trim has a shape in which the opening 13 is closed.
Mist lamp part ]
The fog lamp portion 10A has a hole 11 formed in a circular shape when viewed from the front. A cylindrical portion 12 extending rearward from the main body portion of the fog lamp portion 10A is formed at the edge portion of the hole portion 11. The fog lamp 3 is mounted on the barrel 12.
< flare >
An opening 13 having a rectangular shape and a transverse length as viewed from the front is formed in an upper portion of the horn unit 10B. A rectangular frame 14 extending rearward from the main body of the horn 10B is formed at the edge of the opening 13. That is, the opening 13 may be said to extend rearward from the main body of the horn 10B due to the rectangular frame 14. The opening 13 is divided into 2 portions in the vehicle width direction by a pillar portion 15 at a vehicle width direction intermediate portion.
The opening 13 is disposed as unobtrusively as possible in the upper portion, and the lower side of the opening 13 in the horn unit 10B constitutes an outer surface. Therefore, the fog light decorative 10 can be designed substantially the same as another fog light decorative without the speakers 4L and 4H.
As shown in fig. 6, the horn 10B is formed with a mounting portion 16 to which the reflection plate 20 is mounted. The mounting portion 16 integrally includes: an extension wall 16a extending rearward from a lower edge of the opening 13; and flange portions 16b, 16b that extend downward from the rear end portion of the extension wall portion 16a at both vehicle width direction end portions of the extension wall portion 16 a. In the present embodiment, the extension wall portion 16a is integrated with the lower edge portion of the rectangular frame portion 14, and a stepped portion 16c that descends with respect to the front side and the rear side is formed in the middle portion of the extension wall portion 16a in the front-rear direction. The flange portion 16b has an inclination corresponding to a second wall portion 22 of the reflection plate 20 described later.
< reflective plate >
As shown in fig. 7, the reflection plate 20 is provided between the horns 4L and 4H and the fog lamp trim 10, and connects the lower end portion of the horn 4L and the lower end portion of the opening 13 of the fog lamp trim 10 (here, an extension wall portion)16 a) of (2) and a line segment L of (16 a) L And a line segment L connecting the lower end of the horn 4H and the lower end of the opening 13 of the fog lamp trim 10 (here, the rear end of 16a of the extension wall portion) H Is extended in the substantially front-rear direction. The reflection plate 20 is formed of a resin having elasticity (for example, TPO (Thermo Plastic Olefin: thermoplastic polyolefin) having rubber-like elasticity (rubber elasticity)) or the like.
As shown in fig. 8, the reflection plate 20 integrally includes a first wall portion 21, a second wall portion 22, a sagging suppressing portion 23, an abutment portion 24, and a reinforcing rib 25. The first wall portion 21 and the second wall portion 22 have a vehicle width direction dimension larger than the sum of the width direction dimensions of the horns 4L, 4H, and are equal to or slightly smaller than the width direction dimension of the opening portion 13. The front-rear direction dimensions, the inclination angle, and the like of the first wall portion 21 and the second wall portion 22 can be appropriately set.
First wall portion
The first wall 21 is provided to extend forward from the lower end sides of the horns 4L and 4H. The first wall portion 21 extends in a substantially horizontal direction or is inclined so as to slightly rise as it goes forward. A first wall 21 and the line segment L L 、L H And is located lower than it is. The upper surface of the first wall portion 21 reflects a portion of the sound wave generated by the reflection horns 4L and 4H that is emitted downward from the opening portion 13, and is directed toward the front of the vehicle through the opening portion 13. The rear end of the first wall 21 is located near the lower end of the horn 4L and is spaced forward from the lower end of the horn 4H. In fig. 3 and the like, a cutout portion for disposing other members (for example, a hose for a radiator) is formed at the rear end portion of the first wall portion 21 and at the vehicle width direction inner end portion, and is not essential to the invention.
Second wall portion
The second wall portion 22 extends obliquely upward and forward from the front end portion of the first wall portion 21 at a larger inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction than the first wall portion 21. A second wall 22 and the line segment L L 、L H And is located lower than it is. The upper surface (rear surface) of the second wall 22 reflects the sound waves generated by the horns 4L and 4H and is emitted downward from the opening 13And is directed toward the front of the vehicle through the opening 13.
Drooping suppression part-
The sagging suppression portion 23 is provided to extend forward from a vehicle width direction intermediate portion of a front end portion (upper end portion) of the second wall portion 22, and is in contact with a lower surface of the extension wall portion 16 a. In the present embodiment, the sagging suppression section 23 integrally includes: an extension wall portion 23a extending forward from a lower surface (front surface) of a front end portion of the second wall portion 22; and a front wall portion 23b extending upward from the front end portion of the extension wall portion 23 a. The extension wall portion 23a is provided below the extension wall portion 16a so as to be separated from each other, and the distal end portion of the front wall portion 23b is in contact with the lower surface of the extension wall portion 16a (lower edge portion of the rectangular frame portion 14) at the front side of the step portion 16c.
< contact portion >
The contact portions 24, 24 extend forward from the vehicle width direction both ends of the front end portion of the second wall portion 22, and contact the upper surface of the extension wall portion 16 a. The abutment portions 24, 24 are provided at the same positions as the flange portions 16b, 16b in the vehicle width direction. The front-rear direction dimension of the abutment portions 24, 24 is smaller than the front-rear direction dimension of the sagging suppression portion 23.
< reinforcing rib >
The reinforcing rib 25 is formed on the lower surface (front surface) of the first wall portion 21, the second wall portion 22, and the sagging suppressing portion 23 in the range of these portions. The reinforcing rib 25 includes a plurality of vertical ribs 25a extending in the front-rear direction within the range of the first wall portion 21, the second wall portion 22, and the sagging-suppressing portion 23, and a plurality of horizontal ribs 25b extending so as to intersect the plurality of vertical ribs 25 a. The reinforcing rib 25 is formed in the vehicle width direction intermediate portion (a portion that does not interfere with the flange portions 16b, 16b of the fog light trim 10) of the second wall portion 22. The cross rib 25b is inclined for demolding at the time of molding.
< assembling of reflecting plate to fog light decoration piece >
The operator assembling the fog lamp trim 10 positions the reflection plate 20 with respect to the fog lamp trim 10 by rotating the reflection plate 20 such that the front end of the reflection plate 20 is raised from a state in which the sagging suppression portion 23 of the reflection plate 20 is positioned below the extension wall portion 16a of the fog lamp trim 10. The second wall 22 of the reflection plate 20 is in contact with the upper surfaces (rear surfaces) of the flange portions 16b, 16b of the fog lamp trim 10, and is fixed to the flange portions 16b, 16b by the clips C assembled from the rear. Here, the sagging suppression portion 23 of the reflection plate 20 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the extension wall portion 16a (front side of the stepped portion 16C) of the fog lamp trim 10, thereby suppressing the first wall portion 21 of the reflection plate 20 from falling about the clip C as a fulcrum due to the self weight of the reflection plate 20, that is, suppressing sagging.
Only the front end portion of the sagging suppression portion 23 of the reflection plate 20 abuts against the extension wall portion 16a of the fog lamp trim 10.
That is, a space S is formed between the sagging suppression portion 23 and the extension wall portion 16a, and the space S absorbs manufacturing variations of the reflection plate 20 and the fog lamp trim 10.
The contact portion 24 of the reflection plate 20 contacts the upper surface of the extension wall portion 16a (the rear side of the stepped portion 16 c) of the fog lamp trim 10. The thickness of the abutting portion 24 is set to be equal to or less than the height of the stepped portion 16c.
< reflected Sound attenuation >
Here, the sound wave reflected at each portion of the reflection plate 20 will be described around the sound wave generated by the horn 4L. The following description is also true for the sound wave generated by the horn 4H. The distance between the horn 4L and the reflection plate 20 is set to be a natural multiple of the wavelength of the sound wave generated by the horn 4L (the entire range of wavelengths at which effective sound pressure can be generated as the performance of the horn 4L) in the combination of all the positions of the sound wave generation site of the horn 4L and all the positions of the reflection plate 20.
As shown in fig. 7, the minimum value of the distance L in the front-rear direction passing through the center of the horn 4L in the vehicle width direction is the distance L from the lower end of the horn 4L with respect to the rear end of the reflecting plate 20 11 The maximum value of the distance L is the distance L between the upper end of the horn 4L 12 . In addition, the minimum value of the distance L in the curved portion (the connecting portion between the first wall portion 21 and the second wall portion 22) of the reflection plate 20 is the distance L from the lower end portion of the horn 4L 21 Maximum distance LThe value is the distance L between the upper end of the horn 4L 22 . The minimum value of the distance L for the front end portion of the reflection plate 20 is the distance L from the height direction intermediate portion of the horn 4L 31 The maximum value of the distance L is the distance L between the upper end of the horn 4L 32
As shown in fig. 3, a distance L (in the front-rear direction) between the horn 4L and the reflection plate 20 (here, a distance to the front end portion of the second wall portion 22) also differs in the vehicle width direction position of the horn 4L (L is an inner end portion in the vehicle width direction 1 An outer end part in the vehicle width direction is L 2 ,L 1 >L 2 )。
In this way, the distance to the reflection plate 20 varies between the minimum value and the maximum value according to the position on the horn 4L. Here, when the distance between the horn 4L and the reflection plate 20 is a natural number times the wavelength of the sound wave generated by the horn 4L, the sound wave (direct wave) directed from the horn 4L toward the opening 13 is cancelled (attenuated) by interference between the sound wave (reflected wave) reflected by the reflection plate 20 and directed toward the opening 13. Therefore, the sound pressure at the opening 13 is greatly reduced. In view of this, in the present embodiment, the distance between the horn 4L and the reflection plate 20 is set to be a natural number of times the wavelength of the sound wave generated by the horn 4L, thereby suppressing attenuation due to interference between the direct wave and the reflected wave and ensuring sound pressure appropriately. In the present embodiment, the distance between the horn 4L and the reflection plate 20 is set to be smaller than the wavelength of the acoustic wave generated by the horn 4L.
The vehicle front structure 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a fog lamp ornament 10 having a fog lamp portion 10A in which the fog lamp 3 is provided and an opening portion 13 formed on a side of the fog lamp portion 10A; speakers 4L, 4H provided behind the opening 13; and a reflection plate 20 attached to an edge of the opening 13, for guiding the sound waves generated by the speakers 4L and 4H to the opening 13.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can prevent the sound pressure of the sound waves generated by the horns 4L and 4H from being reduced by the fog lamp 3, and can appropriately ensure the sound pressure at the opening 13. In the vehicle front structure 1, the sound waves are directed toward the opening 13 by the reflection plate 20, so that the sound pressure at the opening 13 can be appropriately ensured.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the dimension in the up-down direction of the horns 4L, 4H is larger than the dimension in the up-down direction of the opening 13, the lower end portions of the horns 4L, 4H are positioned below the lower end portion of the opening 13, and the reflection plate 20 is provided between the lower end portions of the horns 4L, 4H and the lower end portion of the opening 13.
Therefore, in the vehicle front structure 1, the sound waves emitted downward from the opening 13 are directed to the opening 13 by the reflection plate 20, so that the sound pressure at the opening 13 can be appropriately ensured. In the vehicle front structure 1, the sound wave reflected by the reflection plate 20 is directed obliquely upward and forward from the opening 13, so that the warning sound can be appropriately transmitted to the surrounding warning target.
In addition, the vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the reflection plate 20 includes: a first wall portion 21 extending forward from the lower end portions of the horns 4L, 4H; and a second wall 22 extending from a front end of the first wall 21 to a lower end of the opening 13.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can make the sound waves generated by the horns 4L, 4H toward the opening 13 having a small vertical dimension, and can appropriately ensure the sound pressure at the opening 13.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the fog lamp trim 10 includes an attachment portion 16 extending rearward from a lower edge portion of the opening portion 13, the reflection plate 20 is attached to the attachment portion 16, and the reflection plate 20 includes a sagging suppression portion 23, and the sagging suppression portion 23 extends from the second wall portion 22 and abuts against a lower surface of the attachment portion 16.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can suppress sagging of the reflection plate 20 due to its own weight, and prevent a functional decline due to a displacement of the reflection plate 20 relative to the opening 13.
In the vehicle front structure 1, a space S is formed between the attachment portion 16 and the sagging suppression portion 23.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can absorb manufacturing variations of the fog lamp trim 10 and the reflection plate 20 by using the space S, and can appropriately secure sound pressure at the opening 13.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the reflecting plate 20 includes a reinforcing rib 25 formed in a range of the first wall portion 21, the second wall portion 22, and the sagging-suppressing portion 23.
Therefore, in the vehicle front structure 1, the rigidity of the reflecting plate 20 is ensured by the reinforcing ribs 25, so that the reflecting function can be properly realized even when the reflecting plate 20 is formed of a soft material, for example.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the mounting portion 16 includes an extension wall portion 16a extending rearward from a lower edge portion of the opening portion 13, and a flange portion 16b extending from a rear end portion of the extension wall portion 16a, and the second wall portion 22 is fixed to an upper surface side of the flange portion 16b.
Therefore, in the vehicle front structure 1, the positioning and the assembly with respect to the fog lamp trim 10 can be performed by rotating the reflection plate 20, and the mounting portion 16 of the fog lamp trim 10 is sandwiched from above and below by the reflection plate 20 after the assembly, so that the rigidity and the strength of the mounting portion can be appropriately ensured.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the extension wall portion 16a is formed with a stepped portion 16c that is lowered rearward from the front side, and the reflection plate 20 has an abutment portion 24, and the abutment portion 24 is provided to extend from the front end portion of the second wall portion 22 and to abut against the upper surface of the extension wall portion 16a rearward from the stepped portion 16c.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can shield the reflection plate 20 with the stepped portion 16c for the view from the front to ensure the external appearance.
The vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the distance between the horn 4L, 4H and the reflection plate 20 is set so as to avoid a natural number times the wavelength of the sound wave generated by the horn 4L, 4H.
Therefore, the vehicle front structure 1 can appropriately ensure the sound pressure at the opening portion 13 by suppressing the sound wave directed toward the opening portion 13 from interfering with the sound wave reflected by the reflection plate 20 and then directed toward the opening portion 13 to attenuate.
In addition, the vehicle front structure 1 is characterized in that the reflection plate 20 is formed of a resin having elasticity.
Therefore, in the vehicle front structure 1, when the fog lamp trim 10 and the reflection plate 20 are retracted by a front collision (a light collision) of the vehicle, the horn 4L, 4H can be prevented from being broken by interference with the reflection plate 20.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, the reflection plate 20 is not limited to being provided below a line segment connecting the opening 13 and the lower ends of the horns 4L and 4H, and may reflect sound waves emitted upward and/or laterally in the vehicle width direction of the opening 13 toward the opening 13.
