Working principle:

The remote licence terminal is a human brain-like function in the remote licence device of the substation. And carrying out information interaction on the upper access F4 network and the service providing system, sending information collected by various remote permission devices in the transformer substation, and receiving control and scheduling instructions issued by the service providing system. The method is characterized in that a remote permission network is accessed, and various remote permission devices in the network are subjected to information processing, wherein the information comprises an identity recognition device, a license plate recognition camera, a face recognition camera, a technical protection system, an electric door control system and the like. Meanwhile, the terminal is provided with a DIO interface, equipment like a smart lock and a magnetic lock can be controlled, and an electric door control system and a technical protection system can be controlled through a remote permission network. Therefore, the purpose that remote signaling and remote control can be carried out on the transformer substations in all areas through the service system is achieved.
4. Description of the embodiments
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the system structure of the present invention, which is an introduction of the components of the whole remote licensing system. The following are descriptions:
1) The identification device with multiple identification such as face identification, identification card identification and work identification is configured at the gate of the transformer substation gate or the gate of the main station house, and remote station house permission admission is realized by combining remote application. The outdoor protection grade requirement is fully considered in the design of the identity recognition device, and anti-theft and anti-damage measures are made.
2) And (3) electric lock or intelligent lock transformation is carried out on the transformer substation gate or main house lockset, and authorized opening is realized through the intelligent access control.
3) And a camera special for license plate recognition is configured to perform recognition comparison on the inbound vehicles. Other site cameras can fully utilize the original security and production monitoring cameras.
4) And an intelligent camera specially used for face recognition is configured to carry out face recognition and qualification audit on all the people who enter the station.
5) Technical protection and other systems, and the functions of technical protection and withdrawal, prevention and abnormal alarming and the like are realized. And a unified and standard communication protocol is adopted to communicate with the service system, and remote permission works are completed by combining remote application.
As shown in FIG. 2, the service software flow chart of the present invention shows the remote signaling and remote control functions of the remote licensing terminal in a specific flow of remote licensing service. The remote license service steps are described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 2:
in step 401, the service system issues task information including personnel information and license plate information of the task, and then step 402 is executed;

in step 408, the remote approval work is completed and the construction unit worker starts the field work. Steps 409, 410, 411 are then performed, respectively;
in step 409, the license plate recognition intelligent camera captures the license plate information captured on site and carries with the vehicle photograph, send to the remote license terminal, the device verifies the license plate legitimacy through analysis and comparison. Step 415 is then performed;
in step 410, the face recognition intelligent camera captures a photo attached to the personnel information captured on site, and sends the recognition result to the remote permission terminal after analysis and comparison, and the terminal verifies the validity of the personnel after analysis and comparison. Step 415 is then performed;
in step 411, the work licensor authorizes the openable door area in the task through the handheld terminal or web client. Step 412 is then performed;
in step 412, the job center work responsible person arrives at the area where the job is to be performed, and the job card (identification card) and the face are swiped through the identification device to perform the identification. Step 413 is then performed;
in step 413, the remote permission terminal analyzes the recognition result of the identification means, verifies the validity of the person, and allows access to the area. Step 414 is then performed;
in step 414, the remote permission terminal analyzes the control self DIO interface and controls the electric control gate. Step 415 is then performed;
in step 415, the construction unit completes the job task, and the job responsible person initiates an end task application through the handheld terminal. Step 416 is then performed;
in step 416, the remote permission terminal receives the task end instruction, and checks the door status and the technical protection system status in the station. If there is no primary condition, go to step 418, and if there is an abnormal condition go to step 417;
in step 417, the remote permission terminal sends a message to the service system that the door is not closed, or that the technical system is not armed;
in step 418, the construction unit work responsible person initiates an off-site application through the handheld terminal, after the work licensor passes the audit, the service system issues a task off-site message to the remote licence terminal, and then step 419 is executed;
in step 419, the remote permission terminal deletes the personal information on the identity authentication device and the intelligent device according to the issued task ticket information, and ends the remote permission process.

Claims (1)

1. A remote licensing method of a remote licensing system based on substation operation management, the remote licensing system comprising: a remote permission terminal, a service system, a handheld terminal, an identity recognition device, an electric lock, an intelligent camera and a technical protection system,
the remote permission terminal pair is connected with the service system, and is connected with the identity recognition device, the electric lockset, the intelligent camera and the technical protection system respectively;
the service system is also connected with a handheld terminal and is used for communicating with a remote permission terminal and the handheld terminal respectively;
the handheld terminal is used for working such as a worker for creating tasks, uploading safety traffic information, sending a task ending application, a station leaving application and the like;
the identity recognition device is used for collecting identity recognition information, carrying out identity authentication and transmitting an identity authentication result to the remote permission terminal;
the electric lockset is controlled by a remote permission terminal to perform switching operation;
the intelligent camera is used for collecting a live photo and transmitting the live photo to the remote permission terminal for identity authentication;
the technical protection system is in a protection distribution state when the transformer substation does not work, and reports an alarm to the service system through the remote permission terminal when personnel or abnormality exists;
the method comprises the following steps:
s1: newly creating a task through the handheld terminal and transmitting the task to the service system;
s2: the service system receives and accepts tasks;
s3: the task is approved through the service providing system, after approval, relevant personnel information corresponding to the task is issued to the remote permission terminal as legal user information, and an approval result is fed back to the handheld terminal;
s4: the identity recognition device at the substation gate collects identity recognition information, performs identity authentication and transmits the successful information of the identity authentication to the remote permission terminal;
s5: the remote permission terminal processes the identity authentication success information according to legal user information, confirms whether the user is a legal user, if so, executes a step S7, otherwise, executes a step S6;
s6: the remote permission terminal transmits illegal identity authentication success information to the service center, and a field access control screenshot collected by an intelligent camera is attached and returned to the step S4;
s7: the remote permission terminal transmits legal identity authentication success information to the service center, and a field personnel screenshot collected by an intelligent camera is attached;
s8: applying for entering a transformer substation through a handheld terminal, filling in and uploading safety bottom information;
s9: the service system examines the safety deposit information, if the examination is passed, the step S10 is executed, otherwise, a prompt that the examination of the safety deposit information of the handheld terminal is not passed is returned;
s10: the service system transmits a door opening instruction to the remote permission terminal;
s11: the remote permission terminal controls the electric lockset to open a transformer substation gate according to the door opening instruction;
s12: acquiring a scene photo in the transformer substation through an intelligent camera, transmitting the scene photo to a remote permission terminal for identity authentication, and reporting alarm information to a service center if the identity authentication fails;
s13: the service system transmits access control permission information of a workable area in the transformer substation to the remote permission terminal;
s14: the identity recognition device beside the entrance guard of the transformer substation workable area collects identity recognition information, performs identity authentication and transmits the successful information of the identity authentication to the remote permission terminal;
s15: the remote permission terminal judges whether the operation is legal access control according to the received identity authentication success information and the access control permission information, if the operation is legal access control, the remote permission terminal controls the electric lockset to open the gate of the working area of the transformer substation, and meanwhile reports the successful information of opening the gate to the service providing system, otherwise, reports alarm information to the service providing system;
s16: sending an end task application to the service system through the handheld terminal;
s17: checking the end task application through the service providing system, and executing step S18 if the checking is passed;
s18: after leaving the transformer substation, a worker initiates a leaving application to a service center through a handheld terminal;
s19: the service system issues task ending information to the remote permission terminal;
s20: the remote permission terminal receives the task ending information and executes the following operations:
if no other tasks exist, checking whether the state of the technical protection system is defense arrangement, and if the state of each gate inhibition is door closing, sending alarm information to the service system if the state of each gate inhibition is abnormal;
the on-site pictures are intercepted through the intelligent camera and sent to the service system;
deleting relevant legal user information of the task;
s21: the service system receives the off-site application and ends the workflow;
the intelligent camera comprises a license plate recognition camera and a face recognition camera, the legal user information comprises legal license plate information and legal face information, and the identity authentication in the step S12 comprises authentication of the license plate information and the face information acquired by the license plate recognition camera and the face recognition camera through the legal license plate information and the legal face information;
