the infrastructure layer comprises a database management system and a plurality of mobile terminals, the data resource layer is used for storing and managing data resources of the infrastructure layer and is used as a basis for data analysis of the data support layer and exchange and sharing through cloud services, the application service layer is used as a logic layer between a user interface or a web end and the data resource layer, and the application service layer comprises a secure bottom-handed mobile App and a management platform;
the mobile terminal is provided with an identity recognition device, a monitoring device and a touch screen, and the identity recognition device, the monitoring device and the touch screen are respectively used for collecting personnel identity information, monitoring information and human-computer interaction information and transmitting the personnel identity information, the monitoring information and the human-computer interaction information to the safety bottom-crossing mobile App;
the management platform is connected with the mobile terminal through cloud service and used for configuring, summarizing and analyzing the delivery contents to manage the safe delivery mobile App, the management platform comprises a system management unit, a project management unit and a user management unit, the system management unit is used for configuring system information, the project management unit comprises basic management and delivery management, the basic management is used for configuring project basic information, the delivery management is used for configuring delivery basic information, course information and assessment information, and the user management unit is used for configuring user information and permission;
the standard specification system and the safety and operation and maintenance support system are configured to enable the safety rendezvous platform to operate according to the standard specification and the safety and operation and maintenance support specification.

The intelligent security transaction system of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is an intelligent all-in-one machine or an intelligent cloud screen, the identity recognition device is one or more of an IC card reader, an identity card reader or a face recognition module, the monitoring device is a camera, and the touch screen is connected with a human-computer interaction module.
3. The intelligent security transaction system of claim 1, wherein the system management unit comprises an enterprise personnel repository, organization management, work category management, type management, event management and visitor type management.

The intelligent security delivery system of claim 1, wherein the delivery management comprises delivery information management, course management, and test paper management, the delivery information management is used for configuring delivery basic information, the course management is used for configuring courses associated with delivery, the test paper management is used for configuring assessment associated with delivery, and comprises test paper basic information and test paper management information, and the user information comprises construction responsible person, security manager, constructor and visitor information.

The intelligent security transaction system of claim 1, wherein the data resource layer comprises an integrated management service database, an exchange sharing database and an internet of things collection information database, and the application support layer comprises a big data analysis platform and a data sharing and exchange platform.
