Then, comparing the face image data captured in the operation area with face data of a planned operator in the current time period of the area in the work plan, judging whether the face image data are matched with the face data of the planned operator, and when judging that an unspecified operator enters the operation area to operate, capturing and storing abnormal face image information and giving an alarm; and then, recognizing the whole image data captured in the operation area, capturing the conditions of dressing and equipment at key parts, comparing with a standard operation demonstration image, judging whether the operation is in compliance, and under the condition that the violation condition occurs, capturing and storing abnormal dressing and equipment image information, recording operation violation items and giving an alarm. And when judging that no non-specified personnel enter the working area and no illegal working condition exists, judging that the video monitoring operation of the target working area is compliant.
For example, referring to fig. 5, an exemplary diagram of an operation instruction supervision flow is provided herein. As shown in fig. 5:
when an operator performs operation on the information system, the management system analyzes the operation log through the operation and maintenance audit system of the docking company and records the behaviors of the operator, the operation object and the operation instruction. Then, comparing whether the recorded operator is consistent with the operator in the operation plan, and when the recorded operator is inconsistent with the operator in the operation plan, storing an abnormal operation record, recording an operation violation item and giving an alarm; then, comparing whether the recorded operation object is consistent with the operation object and the operation content in the operation plan, and when the recorded operation object is inconsistent with the operation object and the operation content in the operation plan, storing an abnormal operation record, recording an operation violation item and giving an alarm; and then comparing whether the recorded operation instruction behaviors are consistent with the operation content in the operation plan, and when the recorded operation instruction behaviors are inconsistent with the operation content in the operation plan, storing an abnormal operation record, recording an operation violation item and giving an alarm. In summary, the process is mainly a process of ticket auditing, and the completion of the process is the review of the ticket operation area and the review of the ticket operation timeliness.

the validity judging unit 30 is configured to perform validity judgment, and includes: judging whether a designated operator enters the target industrial area for operation within a designated time; judging whether the operator information is matched with the appointed operator or not according to the operation image information analyzed from the video monitoring data, and whether the operation behavior is standard or not; judging whether the operation of the current operator is legal or not;
the alarm unit 40 is configured to record and alarm when it is determined that the operation and maintenance process is illegal.
In an embodiment, the first obtaining unit 10 is specifically configured to:

and acquiring the operation instruction content of the current operator on the overhaul system or the updating and upgrading system required by the current operator from the fort system.
Optionally, the present application further provides a hardware structure block diagram of the operation and maintenance operation management device, as shown in fig. 7, where the hardware structure block diagram of the operation and maintenance operation management device mainly includes a processor 1 and a memory 3, and at least one processor 1, at least one communication interface 2, at least one memory 3 and at least one communication bus 4.
The memory 3 is used for storing instructions;
the processor 1 is configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory, so as to implement each process flow of the management method of the operation and maintenance job.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a management system of operation and maintenance operation, which comprises:
the system mainly comprises a job management system, an access control system, a video monitoring system, a fort machine system and a management system. The work order management system is used for providing work order data; the access control system is used for providing the access information of operators in the target operation area; the video monitoring system is used for providing video monitoring data of a target operation area; the fort system is used for providing operation information of the current operator.
For the management system, technicians need to complete the construction design and data design of the architecture of the management system for operation and maintenance operation, and the docking work with the job management system, the access control system, the video monitoring system and the fort machine system.
The specific main work is as follows:
1) The method for processing the video stream transcoding in the video monitoring by using the existing open source technology has the following specific reasons: the real-time video stream coding mode output by the monitoring camera is not uniform, the provided plug-in units are not uniform, the requirement on browser version is high, so that the monitoring video cannot be played anytime and anywhere, only a part of configured hosts can be relied on for playing, the stability is poor, video stream transcoding processing is needed, the video stream transcoding method can be further developed and packaged based on ZLMedia kit tools, transcoding is carried out by pulling video streams with different coding modes, and the transcoded video streams are output through a ws protocol. The transcoded video stream has uniform format and small delay, and can be compatible with any player of the main stream.
2) In video monitoring, face data and behavior image data are identified and analyzed, and identification and judgment are specifically needed by means of an illegal behavior database and an image identification algorithm. The violation database is a collection of video-monitored historical violation data. The early stage is to manually judge which are illegal behaviors, store the illegal behavior data into an illegal behavior database, and monitor similar behavior images in the later stage, so that the comparison and judgment can be directly carried out with the behaviors in the illegal behavior database.
3) Log audit analysis of the bastion system, which may also be referred to as an operation and maintenance audit system. Specifically, the syslog log records all events in the system, and by analyzing the syslog log, the security status of the system can be tracked and mastered. The system log audit module comprises a syslog log monitor which is arranged in the system log audit module and receives the syslog log in real time by monitoring a udp protocol port.
In summary, compared with the supervision means of other part of scenes, the management system for operation and maintenance operation provided by the application has comprehensiveness, and the supervision range is the whole process from the time when personnel enter the operation area to the time when the operation is finished and leaves. And acquiring an operation log for the hidden computer operation instruction through docking with the fort machine, and performing operation identification and supervision.

1. A method of managing operation and maintenance operations, comprising:
acquiring work ticket data, and analyzing the work ticket data to obtain detailed information of the operation;
acquiring operation information of a worker in a target operation area, wherein the operation information comprises the access information of the worker, video monitoring data of the target operation area and operation information of a current operator;
the legality judgment comprises the following steps: judging whether a designated operator enters the target industrial area for operation within a designated time; judging whether the operator information is matched with the appointed operator or not according to the operation image information analyzed from the video monitoring data, and whether the operation behavior is standard or not; judging whether the operation of the current operator is legal or not;
and when the operation and maintenance operation process is judged to be illegal, recording and alarming are carried out.
2. The operation and maintenance job management method according to claim 1, wherein the parsing the job ticket data to obtain job detailed information comprises:
and analyzing the work ticket data acquired from the work order management system to obtain the detailed information, wherein the detailed information comprises the information of the appointed working personnel, the information of the target working area and the working content.
3. The operation and maintenance work management method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the work information of the staff member of the target work area includes:
