Abstract

本发明涉及一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备出:2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土、钛白粉、碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯、催化剂、消泡剂。较之前的现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的防水涂料,按照GB/T19250‑2013I型标准测定其涂膜后的拉伸性质力学特性,符合标准要求。本发明的产品检测可以通过A类标准要求,有害物质释放中无甲醛和乙醛,TVOC(28d)释放约为50μg/m3左右,TSVOC(28d)释放大约在30μg/m3左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,消费渐渐趋于理性,而不是盲目的随波逐流,对美好生活的向往在逐渐提高,对于装修方面,人们更看重的是是否健康,是否环保。装修中最重要的就是涂料,众多周知以前的聚氨酯防水涂料中含有多种有害物质例如煤焦油、甲醛、苯系物等过多,严重影响人们的健康。随着国家对环保的重视,市面上的煤焦油等非标产品已经不复存在了,但现有聚氨酯防水涂料国标中,还是无法满足装饰装修的要求,虽然聚氨酯涂料中溶剂在成膜过程中挥发较快,一般1个月就可以完成,但是我们更应该重视涂料中不挥发的有害物,比如是否含有害重金属如铅、镉、铬、汞(用于增加遮盖性及制作颜料);是否含有邻苯增塑剂(用于涂料的降低粘度,作为分散体系等);是否含有砷(用于涂料的颜料制作);久放不坏的涂料可能还含有甲醛、汞;这些有害物大部分是不挥发的,危害时间长,特别是对小孩、老人、孕妇等抵抗力低下的人群具有很大危害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法,本发明的聚氨酯不含甲醛、乙醛等有害物质,而且力学性能优异。
本发明提供以下技术方案实现:
一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备出:

进一步地,所述的增塑剂为复合植物酯。
进一步地,所述的催化剂为有机铋催化剂,所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土和催化剂放入负压反应釜中,然后设置搅拌速率为300-500r/min(以下步骤均保持该搅拌速率),接着在温度为115-125℃、压力为-0.09--0.1Mpa下反应排水2-4h;
然后将负压反应釜内降温至70-80℃并关闭负压,然后加入碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,接着在75-85℃后下恒温搅拌1.5-2.5h,然后在60-70℃下,加入钛白粉并在65-75℃下恒温搅拌0.5-1.5h;
最后在55-60℃下加入消泡剂并保温15-25min,然后在温度为45-55℃压力为-0.095--0.098mpa下保持25-35min,即得。
本发明的2官能度聚醚多元醇和2官能度聚酯多元醇提供软段,碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯和二异氰酸酯提供硬段;
2官能度聚酯多元醇的强度比2官能度聚醚多元醇高,2官能度聚醚多元醇的伸长率较好,而且选用的2官能度聚酯多元醇粘度低于2官能度聚醚多元醇,采用本发明的配比其力学性能均衡。采用本发明的异氰酸酯是碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,它是4,4结构的,不是混合的,反应活性较快,而且它干燥速度块,TVOC,TSVOC释放的也快,所以TVOC,TSVOC含量比较低。
较之前的现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的防水涂料,按照GB/T19250-2013 I型标准测定其涂膜后的拉伸性质力学特性,符合标准要求。
根据JC/T1066-2008方法测试,本发明的产品检测可以通过A类标准要求,有害物质释放中无甲醛和乙醛,TVOC(28d)释放约为50μg/m3左右,TSVOC(28d)释放大约在30μg/m3左右。
产品成膜后可外加色浆,可制成各种颜色,用于装饰装修材料中,提高观感。
产品干燥速度快,12h涂膜可实干,涂膜致密,力学性能优异,经检测30℃储存均可达6个月以上。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步阐述:
实施例1
一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备出:

一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土和催化剂放入负压反应釜中,然后设置搅拌速率为300r/min,接着在温度为115℃、压力为-0.09Mpa下排水2h;
然后将负压反应釜内降温至70℃并关闭负压,然后加入碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,接着在75℃后下恒温搅拌1.5h,然后在60℃下,加入钛白粉并在65℃下恒温搅拌0.5h;
最后在55℃下加入消泡剂并保温15min,然后在温度为45℃压力为-0.095mpa下保持25min,即得。
实施例2
一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备出:

一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土和催化剂放入负压反应釜中,然后设置搅拌速率为500r/min,接着在温度为125℃、压力为-0.1Mpa下排水4h;
然后将负压反应釜内降温至80℃并关闭负压,然后加入碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,接着在85℃后下恒温搅拌2.5h,然后在70℃下,加入钛白粉并在75℃下恒温搅拌1.5h;
最后在60℃下加入消泡剂并保温25min,然后在温度为55℃压力为-0.098mpa下保持35min,即得。
实施例3
一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备出:

一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土和催化剂放入负压反应釜中,然后设置搅拌速率为300-500r/min,接着在温度为115-125℃、压力为-0.09--0.1Mpa下排水2-4h;
然后将负压反应釜内降温至75℃并关闭负压,然后加入碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,接着在80℃后下恒温搅拌2.0h,然后在65℃下,加入钛白粉并在70℃下恒温搅拌1.0h;
最后在58℃下加入消泡剂并保温20min,然后在温度为50℃压力为-0.097mpa下保持30min,即得。
产品干燥速度快,12h涂膜可实干,涂膜致密,力学性能优异,经检测30℃储存均可达6个月以上。
根据GB/T19250-2013 I型标准测定其涂膜后的拉伸性质力学特性,符合标准要求。结果如表1所示:

将上述实施例的防水涂料根据JC/T1066-2008方法测试,本发明的产品检测可以通过,A类标准要求,有害物质释放中无甲醛和乙醛,TVOC(3d)/释放50μg/m3左右,TSVOC/释放30μg/m3左右,结果如表2所示。

本发明上述实施例中,各组分优选来源如下:2官能度聚醚多元醇为万华化学集团股份有限公司WANOL C2010,2官能度聚酯多元醇为华大化学集团有限公司CMA-24,增塑剂为复合植物酯,高岭土为市售1250目煅烧高岭土,滑石粉为市售1000目滑石粉,有机膨润土为浙江安吉天龙有机膨润土有限公司BT-818有机膨润土流变剂,钛白粉为市售金红石型,碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯为万华化学集团股份有限公司

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为有机铋催化剂,所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
4.一种用于制备权利要求1-3中任一项所述的装饰装修用单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将2官能度聚醚多元醇、2官能度聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、高岭土、滑石粉、有机膨润土和催化剂放入负压反应釜中,然后设置搅拌速率为300-500r/min,接着在温度为115-125℃、压力为-0.09--0.1Mpa下反应排水2-4h;
然后将负压反应釜内降温至70-80℃并关闭负压,然后加入碳化二亚胺二异氰酸酯,接着在75-85℃后下恒温搅拌1.5-2.5h,然后在60-70℃下,加入钛白粉并在65-75℃下恒温搅拌0.5-1.5h;
最后在55-60℃下加入消泡剂并保温15-25min,然后在温度为45-55℃压力为-0.095--0.098mpa下保持25-35min,即得。
