s200, after detecting a cutting in-position signal of the steel strand 200 to be cut, the position sensor 13 transmits cutting in-position information to the controller 14, at the moment, the controller 14 controls the strand rotating drum 101 to stop working and controls the lifting mechanism 16 to lower the cutting machine 11 so that the cutting machine 11 moves to a cutting station to perform cutting operation;
and S300, after the cutting operation is completed, the position sensor 13 loses a cutting position signal of the steel strand 200 to be cut, and transmits feeding information to the controller 14, at this time, the controller 14 controls the lifting mechanism 16 to lift the cutting machine 11, and then the step in the S100 is executed.
The step of controlling the elevation mechanism 16 to elevate the cutter 11 by the controller 14 and then executing the step of S100 further includes a step of S310, detecting height state information of the cutter 11 by the infrared sensor 15, and executing the step of S100 when the height state information is first preset height information.

The automatic steel strand cutting system according to claim 1, wherein the limiting support comprises a truss, two support frames and a guide frame, the two support frames are respectively arranged on two sides of the truss, the cutting machine and the position sensor are respectively arranged corresponding to the two support frames, and the guide frame is arranged between the two support frames and is connected with the truss.

The automatic steel strand cutting system according to claim 2, wherein the number of the guide frames is multiple, the guide frames are arranged in the extending direction of the truss at regular intervals, each guide frame comprises a guide inclined plate, a guide support plate and a bottom plate, the plane where the guide inclined plate is located and the plane where the truss is located are matched with each other to form a downward opening, and the guide support plate and the two ends of the guide support plate are respectively connected with the guide inclined plate and the bottom plate.
