柴胡3-9、陈皮6-10、黄岑3-10、郁金3-9、连翘6-15、茯苓8-15、枳壳3-9、大腹皮3-9、青皮3-9、茵陈10-20、泽泻8-15、枳实3-9、垂盆草25-35、瞿麦5-15、香附3-9、白芍8-15、萹蓄5-15、生甘草6-10、车前草5-15、丹参10-20。
所述合剂由以下重量份的原料药制成：

（1）将柴胡、陈皮、黄岑、郁金、连翘、茯苓、枳壳、大腹皮、青皮、茵陈、泽泻、枳实、垂盆草、瞿麦、香附、白芍、萹蓄、生甘草、车前草、丹参分别粉碎混合，得混合粉，然后装袋，放入容器中；

（1）将柴胡、陈皮、黄岑、郁金、连翘、茯苓、枳壳、大腹皮、青皮、茵陈、泽泻、枳实、垂盆草、瞿麦、香附、白芍、萹蓄、生甘草、车前草、丹参分别粉碎混合，得混合粉，然后装袋，放入容器中；
（2）分两次提取，第一次加入混合粉重量10～20倍量水煎煮1～2h， 其中煎煮前浸泡0.3～1h；第二次加入药材重量5～12倍量水煎煮0.5h～2h；再经过过滤及浓缩至原溶液的2.3～2.7倍；
（3）经步骤（2）后待浓缩液冷却至40～50°C，再向浓缩液中缓慢加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到40%，充分搅匀；1h后，再搅匀，然后静置20～40 h后过滤 ；再减压回收乙醇；
（4）经步骤（3）后，向容器中加水至配制量的80%～90%，在2～10°C的温度下冷藏15～30h，然后过滤；
（5）经步骤（4）后，向容器中加入甜味剂蜂蜜，混合均匀， 再经过定容和灭菌制成成品。
典型病例一：徐某，男，65岁，有30年的饮酒史，自述症状为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、乏力、腹胀、食欲缺乏、精神萎靡。医院就诊，有肝硬化的临床表现和血清生物化学指标的改变，诊断为酒精型肝硬化，服用本发明实施例所得的中药合剂，一次一瓶，一天3次，服药两个疗程后，上述症状明显改善，继续服用三个疗程后临床症状基本消失。复查，没有复发。
典型案例二：张某，男，45岁，患者有10年饮酒史。症见：食欲减退、恶心、口苦、经常腹泻，乏力，精神萎靡，医院就诊，血清ALT、AST升高和血清TBil明显增高，可伴有发热、外周血中性粒细胞升高，诊断为轻症酒精性肝炎。服用本发明实施例所得的中药合剂，一次一瓶，一天3次，服药 2个疗程后，临床症状基本消失，患者基本痊愈。
典型病例三：杨某，男，30岁，有8年饮酒史，经常腹泻，腹胀，食欲不振，到医院检查，肝脏生物化学指标，影像学和组织病理学检查轻微异常，诊断为酒精性肝病。服用本发明实施例所得的中药合剂，一次一瓶，一天3次，服药 1个疗程后，食欲有所增加，精神良好，且无任何不良反应，继续服用三个疗程后，临床症状消失，不再复发。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗酒精型肝病的中药合剂，其特征在于：所述合剂由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡3-9、陈皮6-10、黄岑3-10、郁金3-9、连翘6-15、茯苓8-15、枳壳3-9、大腹皮3-9、青皮3-9、茵陈10-20、泽泻8-15、枳实3-9、垂盆草25-35、瞿麦5-15、香附3-9、白芍8-15、萹蓄5-15、生甘草6-10、车前草5-15、丹参10-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗酒精型肝病的中药合剂，其特征在于：所述合剂由以下重量份的原料药制成：
柴胡6、陈皮8、黄岑7、郁金6、连翘10、茯苓12、枳壳6、大腹皮6、青皮6、茵陈15、泽泻12、枳实6、垂盆草30、瞿麦10、香附6、白芍12、萹蓄10、生甘草8、车前草10、丹参15。
3.一种治疗酒精型肝病的中药合剂的制备方法，其特征在于：具体步骤如下：
（1）将柴胡、陈皮、黄岑、郁金、连翘、茯苓、枳壳、大腹皮、青皮、茵陈、泽泻、枳实、垂盆草、瞿麦、香附、白芍、萹蓄、生甘草、车前草、丹参分别粉碎混合，得混合粉，然后装袋，放入容器中；
