In order to facilitate the worker to accurately grasp the switching position during the operation, a first limit stop 7 is arranged on the frame 3, and a second limit stop 8 corresponding to the first limit stop 7 is arranged on the switching mounting frame 4. When the manual mode or the automatic mode needs to be switched, the switching mounting frame 4 is moved to the first limit stop 7 and the second limit stop 8 to contact and stop.

A sliding locking device 9 is arranged on the switching mounting frame 4. The slide locking device 9 is used for preventing the switching mounting rack 4 from shifting due to machine vibration and the like in the production process, and the slide locking device 9 is a screw which penetrates through the first limit stop 7 and the switching mounting rack 4 in the figure and locks or unlocks the switching mounting rack by loosening and loosening the screw.
