The working principle is as follows:
the first step is as follows: before use, the fixing rods 31 on the bag body 3 are respectively clamped into the four fixing heads 71, and the four clip-type handles 32 are respectively clamped onto the bag hanging hooks 211 of the two clamping claws 21, so that the bag body 3, the clamping claws 21 and the mouth opening mechanism 7 are kept fixed.
The second step is that: the drive mechanism 6 is activated and the hydraulic lever 61 of the drive mechanism 6 forces the frame 2 to remain vertically sliding upwards along the support angle 12.
The third step: when the frame 2 keeps sliding along the supporting angle 12, because the clamping claws 21 are hinged on the outer wall of the frame 2, and the clamping claws 21 keep sliding connection with the arc-shaped groove 23 on the fixed plate 11 through the movable heads 22 arranged on the outer wall, when the frame 2 keeps moving in the vertical direction, the clamping claws 21 can keep sliding along the arc-shaped groove 23, so that the two clamping claws 21 keep rotating in opposite directions, and at the same time, when the frame 2 keeps moving vertically upwards, the abutting rods 721 arranged on the connecting arms 73 slide on the outer wall of the arc-shaped plate 26 arranged on the fixed plate 11 under the action of the pressing assembly 25, so that one end of the connecting arm 73 slides in the sliding groove, so that the connecting arm 73 pulls the rotating arms 72 to rotate, and the fixed rod 31 is gathered through the fixed heads 71 on the rotating arms 72, and the pressing assembly 24 on the clamping claws 21 keeps moving in opposite directions, the compression plate 241 is in contact with the outer wall of the feed opening such that the pocket is secured to the outer wall of the feed opening.
The fourth step: the blanking machine conveys the powder to the interior of the bag body 3.
The fifth step: when the bag 3 receives the powder therein, the weight increases, and when the weight increases, the bottom of the bag 3 applies a force to the support plate 41 and is supported by the elastic band 42 outside the support plate 41.
And a sixth step: after bagging, the hydraulic rod 61 drives the frame 2 to keep moving vertically downwards, when the frame 2 keeps moving vertically downwards, the two clamping claws 21 keep rotating backwards, so that the pressing component 24 is separated from the feed opening, meanwhile, the connecting arm 73 slides on the outer wall of the arc-shaped plate 26, so that the rotating arm 72 keeps rotating centripetally, the bag opening is folded, and the bag body 3 is separated from the bag hanging hook 211 through the bag separating rod 5.
The seventh step: the separated bag body 3 passes through the supporting mechanism 4 under the action of gravity, falls to a conveyor belt arranged below the fixing frame 1 to convey the bag body 3 away, and then an operator fixes the new bag body 3 to the opening mechanism 7 and the clamping claw 21.
