The control of the work of the part by adjusting the control gear F506 realizes that the single control does not interfere with the rest parts.
The working principle is as follows: a pen to be cleaned is placed in the middle of the movable belt 106, the movable belt 106 clamps the pen holder, then the motor 102 drives the chain wheel set A103 to rotate, then the worm wheel set A110 is driven to rotate, and therefore the movable belt 106 is driven to rotate and then the pen is driven to move.
After the ink pen reaches a proper position, the rod and the wheel of the worm gear set A110 are disconnected to stop the rotation of the movable belt 106, the motor 102 drives the chain wheel set D205 to rotate and then drives the control gear A206 and the control gear B207 to rotate, the position of the control gear B207 is adjusted through a switch to enable the control gear B207 to be meshed with the gear A208 and then drive the gear A208 to rotate, so that the chain wheel set B203 is driven to rotate and then drive the residual pigment extrusion mechanism 202 to tighten the pen point, the position of the control gear A206 is adjusted to enable the control gear A206 to be meshed with the gear B210, the control gear A206 drives the gear B210 to rotate and then drive the chain wheel set C204 to rotate, so that the worm gear set B213 is driven to rotate and then drive the chain wheel set E209 to rotate, so that the gear C211 and the worm gear set B213 are driven to rotate, and then the residual pigment extrusion mechanism 202 is driven to move up and down to extrude residual ink in the pen point.
The movable belt 106 drives the pen to move forward to a proper position and then stops moving, the position of the control gear B207 is adjusted to enable the control gear B207 to be meshed with the gear E303, the control gear B207 drives the gear E303 to rotate and then drives the chain wheel set F302 to rotate, so that the friction cleaning mechanism 301 is driven to clamp the pen point, the position of the control gear C307 is adjusted to enable the control gear C307 to be meshed with the gear F308, the chain wheel set D205 drives the control gear C307 to rotate and then drives the gear F308 to rotate, so that the chain wheel set G304 is driven to rotate and then the cam A305 is driven to rotate, and therefore the front end of the friction cleaning mechanism 301 is driven to move to clean the pen point.
The moving belt 106 then drives the pen to move forward for a distance, and then the chain wheel set D205 drives the worm wheel set D415 to rotate, and then drives the worm wheel set C413 to rotate, thereby driving the control gear E421 to rotate, adjusting the position of the control gear E421 to enable the control gear E421 to be meshed with the gear set a416 to enable the gear set a416 to rotate, and then driving the circular cleaning tank 403 to ascend to a proper position to enable the gear I408 to be meshed with the gear G405, adjusting the position of the control gear D412 to enable the control gear D412 to be meshed with the gear K411, and the worm wheel set C drives the control gear D412 to rotate and then drives the gear K411 to rotate and then drives the chain wheel set H410 to rotate, thereby driving the gear I408 to rotate and then driving the gear G405 to rotate, thereby driving the rotary cleaning supporting barrel 402 to rotate, and enabling the pen point to perform friction cleaning in the circular cleaning tank 403. After the parts are cleaned and returned to the original position, the rotary cleaning support barrel 402 descends, the circular cleaning tank 403 is separated from the rotary cleaning support barrel 402 through the spring, and the waste water in the circular cleaning tank 403 is discharged through the waste water collection box 418 and the waste water discharge pipe 406.
The moving belt 106 then moves forward for a distance to adjust so that the control gear E421 is meshed with the gear set B417, the control gear E421 moves the gear set B417 to rotate so as to drive the rotary lifting cleaning barrel 404 to ascend, the sprocket set H410 drives the gear J409 to rotate so as to drive the gear H407 to rotate so as to drive the rotary lifting cleaning barrel 404 to rotate so as to clean the pen point in the rotary lifting cleaning barrel 404, and after cleaning, the waste water in the device returned to the original position rotary lifting cleaning barrel 404 is discharged into the waste water discharge tank 109 through the suction waste water pipe 420. The moving belt 106 drives the pen to advance to a proper position to adjust the position of the control gear F506, so that the control gear F506 is meshed with the gear L414, the chain wheel set D205 drives the gear L414 to rotate and then drives the control gear F506 to rotate, thereby driving the chain wheel set I505 to rotate, and then driving the worm wheel set E503 and the worm wheel set F504 to rotate, thereby driving the cam B502 to rotate, and then driving the wiping mechanism 501 to clamp and release the pen head, so that the residual water on the pen head is wiped.
The movable belt 106 then advances to the pen placing and recycling box 104, the movable belt 106 loosens the pen holder, and the pen falls into the pen placing and recycling box 104, so that the pen is cleaned and dried at one time, and the time required by people for cleaning the writing brush and the painting brush is saved.
