Claims (10)
1. An automatic cleaning device for painting brushes for art comprises a box body, wherein a cleaning assembly for cleaning the painting brushes is arranged in the box body; characterized in that the cleaning assembly comprises:
the lifting clamping mechanism is arranged in the box body and used for clamping the painting brush and driving the painting brush to lift; and
the driving mechanism is arranged at the top of the box body, is linked with the lifting clamping mechanism and is used for driving the lifting clamping mechanism to rotate; and
the cleaning and spin-drying mechanism is arranged below the lifting clamping mechanism and is used for cleaning and spin-drying the painting brush; and
and the sewage filtering mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the box body, is communicated with the cleaning and spin-drying mechanism and is used for recovering and filtering sewage generated by the cleaning and spin-drying mechanism.
2. The automatic art painting brush cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting and clamping mechanism includes an adjusting lifting rod, and the adjusting lifting rod is mounted inside the box body through a driving mechanism and used for adjusting the distance between the painting brush and the cleaning and spin-drying mechanism; and
the clamping structure, the end that stretches out of adjusting the lifter is provided with rotates the motor, clamping structure sets up with the output linkage that rotates the motor, is used for the centre gripping painting brush and drives the painting brush and rotate.
3. The automatic art brush cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein the holding structure includes a rotation bracket, holding sleeves, and holding devices, the rotation bracket is provided at an output end of the rotation motor, the holding sleeves are provided at an end portion of the rotation bracket, the number of the holding sleeves is plural, and the holding sleeves are provided with plural sets of holding devices inside.

The automatic art brush cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the holding device includes four groups of holding telescopic rods and four groups of holding plates, the holding telescopic rods are annularly and equidistantly arranged inside the holding sleeve, the holding plates are four groups of holding plates and arc-shaped, and the holding plates are fixedly connected with the extending ends of the holding telescopic rods.
5. An automatic cleaning device for painting brushes according to claim 3, wherein an end cap is fixedly mounted on the output end of the rotating motor and positioned above the rotating bracket.

The automatic art painting brush cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism includes two sets of rotating shafts, two sets of chains, and two sets of chain wheels, the two sets of rotating shafts are respectively rotatably mounted at the upper ends of the two sets of rotating shafts, one set of rotating shafts extends out of the box body and is linked with a driving motor fixedly mounted at the outer top of the box body, the two sets of chain wheels are respectively and fixedly mounted at the lower ends of the two sets of rotating shafts, and the chain is sleeved on the peripheries of the two sets of chain wheels and is fixedly connected with the adjusting lifting rod through a connecting member.

The automatic art painting brush cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning and spin-drying mechanism comprises a cleaning barrel, a rinsing barrel and a spin-drying barrel, the cleaning barrel, the rinsing barrel and the spin-drying barrel are all mounted below the clamping sleeve, a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe which are communicated with the outside are further arranged on the cleaning barrel and the rinsing barrel respectively, and a cleaning brush is further mounted inside the cleaning barrel.
8. The automatic art brush cleaning device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cleaning spin-drying mechanism further comprises a blow-drying drum installed at one side of the spin-drying drum and having a blowing unit installed therein.
9. The automatic art painting brush cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a door is further provided on a side wall of the case body, and the door corresponds to the position of the lifting/lowering mechanism.
10. The automatic art painting brush cleaning device according to claim 8, wherein the sewage filtering mechanism comprises a filter chamber, the filter chamber is arranged at the bottom inside the box body and is respectively communicated with the brushing barrel, the rinsing barrel and the spin-drying barrel through connecting pipes, two groups of filter plates are arranged inside the filter chamber, and a drain pipe communicated with the outside is arranged on one side, away from the brushing barrel, of the bottom of the filter chamber.
