Claims (10)

1. A questionnaire delivery method, wherein the questionnaire delivery method is applied to a questionnaire delivery system, and the method comprises:
obtaining questionnaire survey information of a target object in the questionnaire delivery system, wherein the questionnaire survey information comprises the number of times that the target object is delivered questionnaires in a preset time and the type of the delivered questionnaires;
judging whether the questionnaire survey information of the target object conforms to a preset questionnaire delivery disturbance-free rule or not based on the questionnaire survey information of the target object,
if not, the questionnaire is delivered to the target object,
the questionnaire non-disturbing rule comprises that questionnaires which are not more than preset times are thrown to the target object within preset time.
2. The questionnaire delivery method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining questionnaire survey information of target objects in the questionnaire delivery system, the method further comprises:
the method for setting the disturbance-free rule of questionnaire delivery in the questionnaire delivery system comprises the following steps:
setting a time range of questionnaire delivery, wherein the time range comprises any one of natural years, natural seasons, natural months, natural days and specified days, and the default time range comprises the natural months;
setting the number of times of putting the questionnaire, wherein the number of times of putting comprises at least one time, and the number of times of putting does not set an upper limit value, and the default number of times of putting comprises six times;
setting the questionnaire types of the questionnaire drops, wherein the questionnaire types comprise different types of questionnaires of the same questionnaire drop party and the same type of questionnaire of the same questionnaire drop party;
and setting an input mode of the questionnaire, wherein the input mode of the questionnaire comprises any one of instant messaging software, social contact software and mails.
3. The questionnaire delivery method of claim 2, wherein the method for determining whether the questionnaire survey information of the target object meets a preset questionnaire delivery disturbance-free rule based on the questionnaire survey information of the target object comprises:
judging whether the target object is put with the questionnaire within the questionnaire putting time range and/or judging whether the questionnaire is put on the target object based on the questionnaire survey information of the target object
Judging the target object in the questionnaire putting time range, the putting mode of the put questionnaire and/or
Judging the type of the questionnaire put in the questionnaire and/or judging the target object in the questionnaire putting time range
And judging the putting times of the target object in the questionnaire putting time range.

6. The questionnaire delivery device of claim 5, wherein the device further comprises a rule setting unit configured to: setting a questionnaire non-disturbing rule in the questionnaire delivery system, wherein the rule setting unit is specifically used for:
setting a time range of questionnaire delivery, wherein the time range comprises any one of natural years, natural seasons, natural months, natural days and specified days, and the default time range comprises the natural months;
setting the number of times of putting the questionnaire, wherein the number of times of putting comprises at least one time, and the number of times of putting does not set an upper limit value, and the default number of times of putting comprises six times;
setting the questionnaire types of the questionnaire drops, wherein the questionnaire types comprise different types of questionnaires of the same questionnaire drop party and the same type of questionnaire of the same questionnaire drop party;
