Fig. 1 shows an implementation flow of a message pushing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the method flow includes steps S101 to S106. The specific realization principle of each step is as follows:
s101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a message to be pushed, identification information of a source application of the message to be pushed and an activity index of the message to be pushed.
Specifically, the connection server is connected to the user's smart device and the application server, and the connection server is configured to receive a message to be pushed sent from the application server and send the message to be pushed sent from the application server to the user's smart device. The message to be pushed acquired by the connection server comprises a message type and a message content.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there are various applications, for example, a news APP, a game APP, a chat APP, and a payment APP and a bank APP, so that more than one application server that needs to push a message is provided, the connection server can receive a message to be pushed that is sent by more than one application server, so that, while obtaining the message to be pushed, identification information and an activity index of a source application of the message to be pushed are also obtained, the identification information of the source application includes a number of the application server that sends the message to be pushed, an application name of the source application, and an application version number of the source application, the activity index is used to identify a target user of the message to be pushed, the activity index includes one or more of daily activity, weekly activity, quarterly activity, and annual activity, whether daily activity is daily activity, Weekly, quarterly or annually active refer to the period of use of an application on the smart terminal by a user, for example, daily use is daily activity, and weekly use is weekly activity.
According to the method and the device for pushing the message, the message to be pushed is obtained, meanwhile, the identification information and the activity index of the source application of the message to be pushed are obtained, the application and the version which are suitable for the message to be pushed are rapidly determined according to the identification information of the source application, the pushed intelligent device is screened according to the activity index of the message to be pushed, user experience can be improved, and meanwhile, the message pushing efficiency is improved.
S102: and determining the intelligent device which is on line currently.
Specifically, the smart device currently online refers to a smart device currently in connection communication with the connection server. In the embodiment of the invention, the connection server stores the equipment identification codes of the intelligent equipment of all registered users, and whether the intelligent equipment of the registered users is in connection communication with the connection server currently is detected according to the stored equipment identification codes. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent equipment which needs to carry out message pushing is screened by judging whether the intelligent equipment is on line, and all registered users are divided into the intelligent equipment which is connected on line currently and the intelligent equipment which is connected off line currently.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the S102 specifically includes:
a1: and acquiring the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet regularly from the stored record of the intelligent equipment. The stored record of the smart device includes the device identification code of the smart device that communicated with the connection server. Specifically, when a user registers on the intelligent device, the intelligent device is connected with the connection server, and registration information is sent to the connection server, wherein the registration information includes identification information of a registered application and registered user information.
A2: and determining the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet regularly as the current online intelligent equipment.
Generally, when a user logs in an application on a smart terminal, a smart device sends an operation request to a connection server, so as to communicate with the connection server, and the smart device is in an online state. However, for some applications, the user is in an online state right after logging in, but the connection server does not detect an operation request on the smart device due to long-time non-operation, and the server cannot determine whether the smart device is in an online state or a logged-out account is in an offline state. The embodiment of the invention detects whether the intelligent equipment is on line or not by establishing a heartbeat mechanism.
Specifically, after the user logs in, the intelligent device sends a heartbeat packet to the server at a regular time, and of course, the server may also poll and send the heartbeat packet to the intelligent device at a regular time. The heartbeat packet is called because it is sent at regular intervals like a heartbeat, so as to tell the connection server that the intelligent device is still alive. The heartbeat packet comprises a packet header and also comprises an equipment identification code of the intelligent equipment or a user ID of a user registration account, data in the heartbeat packet can be defined by users, but the heartbeat packet is not too large, and the consumption of too much network resources is avoided.
After the user successfully logs in for the first time after registering, the connection server acquires registration information sent by the intelligent device and generates a login token according to the registration information, wherein the registration information comprises a registered account number, a password and an identity authentication mechanism, and the login token is used for identifying the user. The connection server saves the login token in a local database and sends the login token to the intelligent device. The login token also comprises a random number, and after login is completed again each time, the connection server regenerates a login token for the intelligent equipment. After the registered user logs in, the intelligent device starts a timer, and sends a heartbeat packet to the connection server at regular time, wherein the heartbeat packet comprises a login token sent by the connection server during logging in, and the connection server receives the heartbeat packet sent by the intelligent device at regular time. The connection server records and stores the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet at regular time, and the record comprises the equipment identification code of the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet at regular time and the period of the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet at regular time, so that the equipment identification code of the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet at regular time in the appointed time interval can be rapidly obtained. Optionally, the login token further includes an expiration time. For example, news APP/game APP/chat APP, etc. require a long user stickiness, typically 1 year of validity time may be set, and payment APP/bank type of validity time is relatively short, about five to ten minutes.
And acquiring the intelligent equipment which sends the heartbeat packet regularly from the stored record of the intelligent equipment. When the connection server detects a heartbeat packet sent by the intelligent equipment, comparing a login token in the heartbeat packet with a login token in a record stored by the connection server, if the login token in the heartbeat packet is the same as the heartbeat token in the record of the connection server, judging that the intelligent equipment is in an online state, and marking the intelligent equipment in the record of the connection server as online; if the login token in the heartbeat packet is different from the heartbeat token in the connection server record, or the login token does not exist in the heartbeat packet sent by the intelligent equipment, judging that the intelligent equipment is offline, marking the intelligent equipment as offline, and deleting the record of the intelligent equipment.
S103: and summarizing the intelligent equipment which is provided with the source application in the current online intelligent equipment to a group to be pushed according to the identification information of the source application of the message to be pushed.
Specifically, the identification information of the source application includes a number of an application server that sends the message to be pushed, an application name of the source application, and an application version number of the source application, and according to the application name of the source application and the application version number of the source application, it is detected whether the source application is installed on the current online smart device, the current online smart device is further grouped by detecting whether the source application of the message to be pushed is installed, the smart device that is currently online and is installed with the source application is grouped into one group, and the smart device that is not installed with the source application is grouped into one group.
As an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows a specific implementation flow of the message pushing method S103 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
b1: and acquiring the equipment identification code of the current online intelligent equipment.
B2: and acquiring the registration information of the current online intelligent equipment according to the equipment identification code. The registration information comprises identification information of the registration application and registration user information, the identification information of the registration application comprises an application name and an application version number, and the registration user information comprises an account number, a password and an identity authentication mechanism.
B3: and searching whether the identification information of the source application exists in the registration information or not based on the identification information of the source application of the message to be pushed. Specifically, the flag information in the registration information is compared with the flag information of the source application of the message to be pushed, if the flag information in the registration information is consistent with the flag information of the source application of the message to be pushed, that is, the flag information of the source application of the message to be pushed exists in the registration information, and if the flag information is not consistent, the flag information of the source application does not exist in the registration information.
B4: and if the identification information of the source application exists in the registration information, judging that the current online intelligent equipment is provided with the source application.
B5: and summarizing the intelligent equipment installed with the source application in the current online intelligent equipment to the group to be pushed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the registration information corresponding to the intelligent equipment is obtained through the identification code of the current online intelligent equipment, whether the current online intelligent equipment has the source application for installing the message to be pushed is judged by judging whether the identification information of the source application for the message to be pushed exists in the registration information, the current online intelligent equipment is further screened, the message pushing range is narrowed, the accuracy and the effectiveness of the message pushing are improved, the intelligent equipment with the source application is summarized to a group to be pushed, the pushing is convenient, and the pushing efficiency is improved.
S104: and acquiring historical information fed back by the intelligent equipment in the group to be pushed, and determining the activity of the intelligent equipment in the group to be pushed according to the historical information fed back by the intelligent equipment.
Specifically, the history information fed back by the smart device may include a plurality of sub-feature information, for example, the history information includes a message click rate, a message presentation rate, and a message arrival rate. The activeness of the intelligent equipment in the pending push group refers to the communication continuity between the connection server and the intelligent equipment.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining of the history information fed back by the intelligent device includes a message arrival rate, a message display rate, and a message click rate, and determining the activity of the intelligent device in the pending push group according to the history information fed back by the intelligent device, where the obtaining of the history information fed back by the intelligent device includes:
acquiring a weight value corresponding to a message arrival rate and a message arrival rate of the intelligent equipment in each time period, a weight value corresponding to a message display rate and a message click rate of each time period, and a weight value corresponding to the message click rate and the message click rate of each time period;
determining the activity of the smart device according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0001659580720000081
wherein, VijRepresenting the activity of the ith intelligent device in j time periods, N being the number of the time periods, RijThe message arrival rate, lambda, of the ith intelligent device in the jth time periodjWeight value corresponding to message arrival rate representing jth time period, DijThe message display rate, eta, of the ith intelligent device in the jth time periodjWeight value corresponding to message presentation rate representing jth time period, CijThe message click rate, rho, of the ith intelligent device in the jth time periodjAnd the weight value corresponding to the message click rate of the jth time period is represented, i is a positive integer, and j is a positive integer less than or equal to N.
Specifically, the connection server stores in advance a weight value corresponding to each piece of sub-feature information in the history message. In the embodiment of the invention, the weighted values of the message click rate and the message display rate are greater than the message arrival rate. For message presentation rate: the weight value corresponding to the times of displaying the information in the preset time period is in direct proportion to the times; for message click-through rate: the difference between the moment of receiving the click operation last time and the current moment is inversely proportional to the weight value stored in the connection server. That is, the weight value of each piece of sub-feature information stored in the connection server is positively correlated with the activity level of the smart device, and the higher the activity level of the smart device is, the higher the weight value corresponding to the sub-feature information in the state parameter of the smart device is. Furthermore, in consideration of the activity of the intelligent device related to the time period of operation, the connection server stores the mapping tables of the sub-feature information and the weight values at different time periods, that is, at different time periods, the weight values corresponding to the same sub-feature information are different,
s105: and determining the intelligent equipment meeting the activity index in the to-be-pushed group according to the activity index of the to-be-pushed message and the activity of the intelligent equipment in the to-be-pushed group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the activity of the intelligent equipment in the pending push group is matched with the activity index of the message to be pushed, and whether the intelligent equipment in the pending push group is the intelligent equipment meeting the requirement is judged, so that the intelligent equipment in the pending push group is further screened, and invalid push is avoided.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the activity index includes a specified activity range, for example, specifies active users on push days and active users on months, and fig. 4 shows a specific implementation flow of the message push method S105 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
c1: and judging whether the activity of the intelligent equipment in the to-be-pushed group is within the specified activity range or not.
C2: and if the activity of the intelligent equipment in the to-be-pushed group is within the specified activity range, determining that the intelligent equipment in the to-be-pushed group is the intelligent equipment meeting the activity index.
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent equipment with the activity within the specified activity range in the undetermined pushing group is determined as the intelligent equipment meeting the activity index by comparing the specified activity range with the activity of the intelligent equipment in the undetermined pushing group, and the intelligent equipment in the undetermined pushing group is further screened, so that the intelligent equipment for message pushing meets the requirement of the message to be pushed, and the effectiveness of message pushing is improved.
S106: and pushing the message to be pushed to the intelligent equipment meeting the liveness index in the group to be pushed.
Optionally, the offline intelligent device is determined according to a stored record of the intelligent device, the intelligent devices with the source applications installed in the offline intelligent device are summarized to an offline group according to the identification information of the source applications of the message to be pushed, a corresponding relationship between the message to be pushed and the device identification codes of the intelligent devices in the offline group is established, and the message to be pushed and the corresponding relationship are stored in an offline library of a connection server. And if the situation that the intelligent equipment in the off-line group is on line is detected, pushing the message to be pushed in the off-line library to the on-line intelligent equipment according to the corresponding relation between the message to be pushed and the equipment identification code of the intelligent equipment in the off-line group. Because the offline library only stores the messages to be pushed and the corresponding relation between the messages to be pushed and the equipment identification codes of the intelligent equipment in the offline group, one message to be pushed corresponds to a plurality of equipment identification codes, but not one equipment identification code corresponds to one message to be pushed, the storage space of a connection server is reduced for a large number of messages to be pushed, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the history information further includes a history message type. And training a user preference model in advance, and training the user preference model according to the ID of the intelligent equipment, the fed-back historical information and the activity of the intelligent equipment. Specifically, the user preference model is trained, the characteristic value (0 or 1) is established on the basis of positive and negative proportion, and the training data comprises positive example (characteristic value is 1) and negative example (characteristic value is 0). For example, the user clicks on a push message, as a positive example. The eigenvalue is 1, the user did not click on the push message, for the opposite example, the eigenvalue is 0. And obtaining historical information fed back by the intelligent equipment, obtaining sample data, and training the user preference model by using the sample data. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the message type of a message to be pushed, inputting the message type of the message to be pushed into a trained user preference model, determining the intelligent equipment of an interested user in a group to be pushed, pushing the message to be pushed, and pushing the message to be pushed to the interested user, so that the pushing effectiveness is improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
In the embodiment of the invention, by acquiring a message to be pushed, identification information of a source application of the message to be pushed and an activity index of the message to be pushed, then determining a current online intelligent device, summarizing the intelligent devices with the source application installed in the current online intelligent device to a group to be pushed according to the identification information of the source application of the message to be pushed, then acquiring historical information fed back by the intelligent devices in the group to be pushed, determining the activity of the intelligent devices in the group to be pushed according to the historical information fed back by the intelligent devices, finally determining the intelligent devices in the group to be pushed which meet the activity index according to the activity index of the message to be pushed and the activity of the intelligent devices in the group to be pushed, and pushing the message to be pushed to the intelligent devices in the group to be pushed which meet the activity index, according to the scheme, aiming at the activity index of the message to be pushed, the intelligent equipment with the activity meeting the activity index is screened from the current online intelligent equipment to push the message, and the pushing tool is pointed, so that the pushing effectiveness can be improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
