10. A method of using a marine waste collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the using method comprises the following steps:
firstly, arranging a collecting device, placing the whole device on the sea surface, wherein the water inlet tank (1) can float on the water surface under the action of the floating tank (21), and seawater can automatically enter the water inlet tank (1) and flow ocean garbage on the sea surface into the water inlet tank (1);
secondly, sorting the garbage, wherein the bottle-shaped garbage can directly enter the filter cylinder (3) along the edge of the filter cylinder (3), the connecting pipe (19) can be stressed to rotate after the belt-shaped garbage contacts the connecting pipe (19) and the spikes (20), the spikes (20) can hang the belt-shaped garbage, and then the belt-shaped garbage can be wound on the connecting pipe (19) due to water flow, so that the belt-shaped garbage can stay on the connecting pipe (19);
thirdly, discharging seawater, wherein garbage in the seawater can stay in the filter cartridge (3), the bottom of the filter cartridge (3) is not in contact with the bottom plate of the water inlet tank (1), and in order to enable the seawater to enter the water inlet tank (1), the switch of submersible pumps (12) on two sides of the water inlet tank (1) needs to be turned on simultaneously to discharge the seawater in the water inlet tank (1), and the water level in the water inlet tank (1) is kept lower than the water level outside the water inlet tank (1);
fourthly, compressing the garbage, wherein when the seawater wraps the garbage and enters the water inlet tank (1), the air bag (10) below the pressing plate (9) can contact the garbage and the seawater, then the pressing plate (9) is jacked upwards due to buoyancy generated by the air bag (10), the connecting rod (6) connected with the pressing plate (9) is pulled downwards by the sleeved spring (7), and the garbage is compressed by dynamically adjusting the pressing force according to the height of the water surface;
fifthly, immersible pump (12) prevent stifled, in the drainage, the tiny floater of a part can be blockked in cartridge filter (3) inner wall fixed connection's second double-deck filter screen (28) all around, and first filter screen (16) are installed in protection tube (15) that hose (14) cup jointed, tiny floater in sea water can be blockked in first filter screen (16), and first double-deck filter screen (13) have been installed in the orientation of immersible pump (12) play water end in protective housing (11), can effectually prevent that outside great floater from entering into protective housing (11) because eddy current phenomenon, and less floater can be washed away by the rivers that protective housing (11) produced.
