冷敷贴是根据传统冷敷方式改良而成，以高分子凝胶为基础制备的药物释放系统为核心，冷敷贴可使局部毛细血管收缩，减轻局部充血，可使神经末梢的敏感性降低而减轻疼痛，降温退热，可减少局部血流，防止炎症和化脓扩散，而目前的冷敷贴对颈椎病、肩周炎、关节炎、骨质增生、腱鞘炎、湿膜炎、腰间盘突出、腰肌劳损、跌打损伤、风湿类风湿引起的肿痛的效果不佳，为此做出改进。

发明为克服上述情况不足，旨在提供一种能解决上述问题的技术方案。

一种医用冷敷贴的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)、制备中药浸膏
①、取当归、大黄、秦艽、牛膝、川穹、威灵仙、青风藤、地龙、全蝎、透骨草和鱼腥草根，研磨呈粗粉；
②、取步骤①中制得的粗粉，加5倍量的体积分数为85％的乙醇水溶液，加热到79.5℃，
回流提2-3次，每次2-3h，合并提取液，减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.20，得中药浸膏，回收乙醇；
2)、制备凝胶基质
①将配方量的聚丙烯酸、二羟基氨基乙酸铝、交联聚维酮、聚乙烯基吡啶、聚甲基丙烯酸和透明质酸加入甘油中，混合均匀得混合液，将配方量的防腐剂溶于无水乙醇中，然后加入混合液中，搅拌均匀，得到油相；
②将配方量的无水硫酸镁、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和蜗牛黏液提取物溶于纯化水中，然后先加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，再加入部分酒石酸，后加入羟丙基纤维素，进行搅拌，在搅拌过程中加入聚丙烯酰胺与剩余的酒石酸，最后搅拌5分钟，搅拌均匀，得到水相；
③自制中药提取物，作为C相；
④油相与水相分别于60℃水浴10min后，将油相相加入水相中搅拌均匀，然后加入C相，搅拌均匀；
⑤调节pH至中性，即得凝胶剂；
3)、制贴
把凝胶投入融胶罐中，加热到80℃，搅拌0.5个小时，通过涂布机摊涂成型，再经过模切贴片人工复合，即得成型的医用冷敷贴。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：通过药物层的存在能够实现对颈椎病、肩周炎、关节炎、骨质增生、腱鞘炎、湿膜炎、腰间盘突出、腰肌劳损、跌打损伤、风湿类风湿引起的肿痛起到缓解的作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用冷敷贴，其特征在于，所述药物层包括下述质量份数的中药组分：当归10份、大黄6份、秦艽15份、牛膝10份、川穹10份、威灵仙15份、青风藤10份、地龙10份、全蝎10份、透骨草10份和鱼腥草根10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用冷敷贴，其特征在于，所述药物层包括下述质量份数的中药组分：当归5份、大黄1份、秦艽10份、牛膝5份、川穹5份、威灵仙10份、青风藤5份、地龙5份、全蝎5份、透骨草5份和鱼腥草根5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用冷敷贴，其特征在于，所述药物层包括下述质量份数的中药组分：当归15份、大黄12份、秦艽20份、牛膝15份、川穹15份、威灵仙20份、青风藤15份、地龙15份、全蝎15份、透骨草15份和鱼腥草根15份。
5.一种医用冷敷贴的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)、制备中药浸膏
①、取当归、大黄、秦艽、牛膝、川穹、威灵仙、青风藤、地龙、全蝎、透骨草和鱼腥草根，研磨呈粗粉；
②、取步骤①中制得的粗粉，加5倍量的体积分数为85％的乙醇水溶液，加热到79.5℃，
回流提2-3次，每次2-3h，合并提取液，减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.20，得中药浸膏，回收乙醇；
2)、制备凝胶基质
①将配方量的聚丙烯酸、二羟基氨基乙酸铝、交联聚维酮、聚乙烯基吡啶、聚甲基丙烯酸和透明质酸加入甘油中，混合均匀得混合液，将配方量的防腐剂溶于无水乙醇中，然后加入混合液中，搅拌均匀，得到油相；
②将配方量的无水硫酸镁、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和蜗牛黏液提取物溶于纯化水中，然后先加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，再加入部分酒石酸，后加入羟丙基纤维素，进行搅拌，在搅拌过程中加入聚丙烯酰胺与剩余的酒石酸，最后搅拌5分钟，搅拌均匀，得到水相；
③自制中药提取物，作为C相；
④油相与水相分别于60℃水浴10min后，将油相相加入水相中搅拌均匀，然后加入C相，搅拌均匀；
⑤调节pH至中性，即得凝胶剂；
3)、制贴
把凝胶投入融胶罐中，加热到80℃，搅拌0.5个小时，通过涂布机摊涂成型，再经过模切贴片人工复合，即得成型的医用冷敷贴。
