The touchpad assembling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vacuum absorption pressure maintaining head device (811) comprises a pressure maintaining plate (813), 4 vacuum absorption pressure maintaining heads (814) arranged in a matrix are arranged at the lower part of the pressure maintaining plate (813), the vacuum absorption pressure maintaining heads (814) are connected with the vacuum pressure maintaining device (805) through hoses, and the inner top wall of the fetching block positioning groove (809) is provided with a laser ranging sensor (817) corresponding to the pressure maintaining plate (813).
