Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an article management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The technical scheme of the embodiment is suitable for the condition of automatic warehouse entry and exit management of the warehouse goods. The method can be executed by an article management device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner and is configured to be applied in a computer processor. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, when the article borrowing information is detected, establishing borrowing records of the borrowed articles corresponding to the article borrowing information and determining storage positions of the borrowed articles corresponding to the borrowing information.
When the user borrows an article, the user firstly transmits article borrowing information to the server through the terminal device, and when the server detects the article borrowing information, the server establishes a borrowing record of the borrowed article corresponding to the article borrowing information. The terminal device may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a PAD (PAD), or a computer. Illustratively, the user sends the article borrowing information to the server through mobile phone WeChat.
In the present embodiment, the borrowing object is preferably, but not limited to, an electric power device and a maintenance tool, an accessory, and the like of the electric power device.
It will be appreciated that a warehouse will typically include at least one floor, each floor being provided with one or more shelves, each shelf including one or more memory locations, each memory location corresponding to a unique memory location code. For this purpose, when the server detects the article borrowing information, the server also automatically locates the current storage position of the borrowed article corresponding to the article borrowing information so as to determine the current placement position of the borrowed article.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of goods entering and exiting the warehouse, the storage area and the storage mode of each type of goods are determined according to the difference of the use frequency, the size and the type of the goods. For example, the emergency repair tools with higher frequency of use are placed on the lower floors of the warehouse, while the tools with lower frequency of use are placed on the higher floors. The goods shelf for storing larger tools and instruments is arranged into an upper layer and a lower layer; and the goods shelf for storing common tools and instruments is arranged into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer. Specifically, on the basis of the principle of top-light weight and bottom-light weight, the heavier tools are placed in the storage positions at the lower layer, and the lighter tools are placed in the storage positions at the upper layer.
S102, controlling the target transfer vehicle to carry the borrowed object to travel from the storage location to the elevator, controlling the elevator to convey the target transfer vehicle carrying the borrowed object to the target floor from the current location, acquiring an identification code of the borrowed object through a first radio frequency scanning device arranged in the elevator to generate a first identification code acquisition record in the process, and meanwhile adding the first identification code acquisition record to the borrowing record to update the borrowing record.
The target transfer Vehicle is preferably an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV for short) Vehicle, which carries the goods according to a planned action route on the ground. The action route comprises a cross grid and a straight grid, the target transfer trolley can only run in a straight line at the straight grid, and can turn and pick up goods when the cross grid exists, so that the width of two adjacent grids of the action route is larger than the maximum turning radius of the robot. In addition, in order to increase the traveling speed of the target transport vehicle, the traveling route of the embodiment includes a main road and branch roads, the main road is a one-way lane, and the branch roads are arranged on one side of the shelf and are two-way lanes, so that only one target transport vehicle is allowed to travel on any one branch road at the same time.
After the storage position of the borrowed object is determined, a target transfer vehicle is determined from all transfer vehicles in the idle state at present on the basis of a nearby principle, and a first traveling path and a second traveling path of the target transfer vehicle are determined at the same time. The control target transfer trolley travels from the current position to the storage position of the borrowed object along a first travel path, transfers the borrowed object on the storage position to the control target transfer trolley, and then travels from the storage position to the elevator along a second travel path; when the object transfer trolley is detected to carry the borrowed object to travel into the elevator, the elevator is controlled to convey the object transfer trolley carrying the borrowed object to the object floor, the identification code of the borrowed object is acquired through a first radio frequency scanning device arranged in the elevator in the process to generate a first identification code acquisition record, and meanwhile the identification code acquisition record is added into the borrowing record of the borrowed object to update the borrowing record. Updating the borrowing record of the borrowed article according to the automatically acquired first identification code acquisition record can ensure the consistency of the actual borrowed article and the borrowed article recorded in the system.
In one embodiment, when the control target transfer trolley carries the borrowed object to drive from the storage position to the entrance of the elevator, the current state of the elevator is obtained, if the current state of the elevator is an idle state, a door of the elevator is opened, and the control target transfer trolley drives from the current position to the inside of the elevator; and if the current state of the elevator is in a non-idle state, controlling the target transfer trolley to stay at the current position or move to a preset waiting position until the current state of the elevator is changed into an idle state. The preset waiting position is used for enabling the transfer trolley located in the elevator to smoothly run out of the elevator.
Wherein, the target floor is the floor where the preset goods taking position is located.
In one embodiment, each trolley, when it is in the idle state, is parked in its corresponding preset parking position. Thus, the first travel path is a travel path in which the target transport vehicle travels from its preset parking position to the storage position.
S103, controlling the target transfer trolley to travel to the conveying device of the target floor, and placing the borrowed objects on the conveying device.
The conveying device is preferably a conveyor belt.
When the object transfer trolley carrying the borrowed objects is conveyed to the object floor by the elevator, the door of the elevator is opened, the object transfer trolley is controlled to travel to the conveying device of the object floor from the elevator, and the borrowed objects carried by the object transfer trolley are placed on the conveying device. The transfer of the borrowed objects among different floors is realized through the elevator, the transfer of the borrowed objects among the same floor is realized through the target transfer trolley, and therefore the purpose of automatically conveying any borrowed object to the conveying device from the storage position of the borrowed object is realized through the elevator and the target transfer trolley.
And S104, controlling the conveying device to convey the borrowed article from the current position to a preset goods taking position.
The conveying device is used for conveying the borrowed articles to a preset goods taking position from the lifting ladder way of the floor. Therefore, when the borrowing article is detected to be placed on the conveying device, the conveying device is controlled to convey the borrowing article from the current position to the preset goods taking position. The arrangement of the conveying device helps to reduce the running distance of the target transfer trolley and simultaneously improves the conveying efficiency of the borrowed objects.
In one embodiment, the preset pickup position is provided with a second radio frequency scanning device. When the fact that the borrowing object is conveyed to the preset goods taking position by the conveying device is detected, the identification code of the borrowing object is acquired through the second radio frequency scanning device to generate a second identification code acquisition record, and the second identification code acquisition record is added to the return record of the returned object to update the return record of the returned object. Optionally, the second rf scanning device in this embodiment is preferably a wireless handheld rf scanning device. It will be appreciated that the identification code of the borrowed item is scanned by a worker holding the second radio frequency scanning device.
It can be understood that when the radio frequency scanning device completes scanning the identification code of the borrowed article, the identity information of the borrowed article, such as the name, category, weight, model, manufacturer, check date, delivery cycle, delivery code, receiving unit, longest borrowing time, etc., of the borrowed article can be output according to the requirement.
In one embodiment, the warehouse is further provided with a monitoring device without a dead angle in 360 degrees, so that a worker can check the warehouse-in and warehouse-out conditions of the articles through the monitoring device and know warehouse-in and warehouse-out information of the articles in real time.
According to the technical scheme of the article management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the borrowed article is automatically conveyed to a preset pickup position from a storage position of the borrowed article through the combination of the target transfer trolley, the elevator and the conveying device; the first radio frequency scanning device arranged in the elevator automatically acquires the identification code of the borrowed article to generate a first identification code generation record, and the first identification code generation record is added into the borrowing record to update the borrowing record of the borrowed article, so that the whole article borrowing process does not need manual participation, and the automation, the intelligence and the accuracy of article borrowing management are improved.
