本发明为双联偏心滑片泵,涉及油泵领域。技术特征包括两组防撞击驱动结构,两组所述防撞击驱动结构分别对应设置在所述转子中的所述左转子和所述右转子上、以驱动所述叶片滑动于所述左转子和所述右转子上;所述分流套上设有密封结构,通过所述密封结构阻断所述分流套左右两个泵室的液体互通。防撞击驱动结构中通过驱动环与叶片之间的配合,提高叶片的耐磨性又避免叶片因高速摩擦及撞击产生火花引发系统的燃爆事故,通过密封结构有效阻断两个泵室的液体互通,又避免因主轴悬点过长产生的径向跳动故障,提高了泵运行的稳定性使密封更为牢靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及油泵技术领域,特别涉及双联偏心滑片泵。
背景技术
油泵主要应用于石油化工行业可满足输送高粘度,含颗粒杂物及油、水、汽介质的混合输送工程而研发设计的一种新型泵产品。
在已有技术中,中国专利公开了专利名称为双联偏心泵的实用新型专利,其专利号为CN201420592478.3,其涉及一种油泵,主要用于油田地面输送高粘度的超稠油介质的双联偏心泵,尤其适用于油气、油水的混合输送。泵体出口中心线过转子主轴轴线,耐磨衬垫的过流槽孔在泵体出口处为斜面或弧面。泵体出口中心过转子主轴轴线,方便现场安装及拆卸,并有效加大泵体排油侧的过流空间,从根本上解决了排油不畅的弊病。耐磨衬垫的过流槽孔在泵体出口处为斜面或弧面,出液顺畅,不产生涡流,避免噪音产生,结构更加合理。
然而上述专利中,左、右定子的进排油孔分别对应在泵体的吸、排油通道,但由于分流套与泵轴接触处因空隙过大导致左右两泵室液体互通而影响泵流量及工作压力不足使得泵效下降。原泵主轴的密封点因设计采用的40Cr材质热处理加工制造,因轴颈与密封件连续运转使得轴颈表面磨损而产生的漏油故障影响系统的正常生产。同时原叶片的合金钢材料,运行中因磨损及叶片与定子内径撞击产生火花而引发燃爆事故。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述存在的技术问题,提供双联偏心滑片泵。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案具体如下:
双联偏心滑片泵,包括径向式泵体,泵体内主轴上有转子,泵腔内各有一个偏心相反的左定子和右定子,对应主轴上有左转子和右转子,所述左定子与所述右定子之间通过套在主轴上的分流套隔开;左右定子所在的泵腔出口最终都与泵体排出口连通,左定子泵腔与泵体吸入口连通;分流套是一个扁空心体,分流套在径端带有入口和出口,分流套入口与泵体吸入口连通,分流套出口与右定子泵腔吸入口连通;分流套两侧设有耐磨衬垫;泵体在吸入口和排出口内分别设有吸入口隔板、排出口隔板;泵体出口中心线过转子主轴轴线,耐磨衬垫的过流槽孔在泵体出口处为斜面或弧面;所述转子中的所述左转子和右转子上均伸缩设置有叶片,还包括两组防撞击驱动结构,两组所述防撞击驱动结构分别对应设置在所述转子中的所述左转子和所述右转子上、以驱动所述叶片滑动于所述左转子和所述右转子上;
所述分流套上设有密封结构,通过所述密封结构阻断所述分流套左右两个泵室的液体互通。
优选的,所述防撞击驱动结构包括驱动环;
在所述转子中的所述左转子和右转子上各自的两端面为供所述驱动环允许运转空间的凹槽。
优选的,由两组所述防撞击驱动结构中的两组所述驱动环的外径各自驱动所述左转子和右转子上的所述叶片做往复伸缩运动。
优选的,所述密封结构包括设置在所述分流套内孔两端部的密封套;
所述密封套位于所述分流套与所述主轴之间。
优选的,所述左定子和所述右定子的吸排油过流孔为对称180°分别对应在所述泵体的过流通道处、液体由吸入侧进泵腔加压后再经泵体出口的导流隔板汇入输出管线。
本发明具有以下的有益效果:
本发明的双联偏心滑片泵,防撞击驱动结构中通过驱动环与叶片之间的配合,提高叶片的耐磨性又避免叶片因高速摩擦及撞击产生火花引发系统的燃爆事故,通过密封结构有效阻断两个泵室的液体互通,又避免因主轴悬点过长产生的径向跳动故障,提高了泵运行的稳定性使密封更为牢靠。

请参阅图1-4,双联偏心滑片泵,包括径向式泵体1,泵体1内主轴4上有转子,泵腔内各有一个偏心相反的左定子2和右定子3,对应主轴4上有左转子5和右转子6,左定子2与右定子3之间通过套在主轴4上的分流套7隔开;左右定子所在的泵腔出口最终都与泵体排出口8连通,左定子泵腔与泵体吸入口9连通;分流套7是一个扁空心体,分流套7在径端带有入口和出口,分流套7入口与泵体吸入口9连通,分流套7出口与右定子泵腔吸入口连通;分流套7两侧设有耐磨衬垫10;泵体1在吸入口9和排出口8内分别设有吸入口隔板、排出口隔板;泵体1出口中心线过转子主轴4轴线,耐磨衬垫10的过流槽孔在泵体1出口处为斜面或弧面;转子中的左转子5和右转子6上均伸缩设置有叶片11,还包括两组防撞击驱动结构,两组防撞击驱动结构分别对应设置在转子中的左转子5和右转子6上、以驱动叶片11滑动于左转子5和右转子6上;
分流套7上设有密封结构,通过密封结构阻断分流套7左右两个泵室的液体互通。
具体的,转子中的左转子5和右转子6均通过防撞击驱动结构与叶片之间的配合驱动叶片11滑动于左转子5和右转子6上,提高叶片的耐磨性又避免叶片因高速摩擦及撞击产生火花引发系统的燃爆事故,通过密封结构有效阻断分流套7左右两个泵室的液体互通,又避免因主轴悬点过长产生的径向跳动故障,提高了泵运行的稳定性使密封更为牢靠。
进一步的,防撞击驱动结构包括驱动环12;
在转子中的左转子5和右转子6上各自的两端面为供所述驱动环12允许运转空间的凹槽13。
具体的,转子中的左转子5和右转子6均通过防撞击驱动结构中的驱动环12与叶片11之间的配合驱动叶片11滑动于左转子5和右转子6上,也即驱动左转子5和右转子6上的叶片11做往复伸缩运动,提高叶片11的耐磨性又避免叶片11因高速摩擦及撞击产生火花引发系统的燃爆事故。
进一步的,由两组防撞击驱动结构中的两组驱动环12的外径各自驱动左转子5和右转子6上的叶片11做往复伸缩运动。
进一步的,密封结构包括设置在分流套7内孔两端部的密封套14;
密封套14位于分流套7与主轴4之间。
具体的,密封套14材质为聚四氟加石墨,该结构优点主要为有效阻断分流套7左右两个泵室的液体互通,又避免因主轴悬点过长产生的径向跳动故障,提高了泵运行的稳定性使密封更为牢靠。
进一步的,左定子2和右定子3的吸排油过流孔为对称180°分别对应在泵体1的过流通道处、液体由吸入侧进泵腔加压后再经泵体出口的导流隔板汇入输出管线。

1.双联偏心滑片泵,包括径向式泵体(1),泵体(1)内主轴(4)上有转子,泵腔内各有一个偏心相反的左定子(2)和右定子(3),对应主轴(4)上有左转子(5)和右转子(6),所述左定子(2)与所述右定子(3)之间通过套在主轴(4)上的分流套(7)隔开;左右定子所在的泵腔出口最终都与泵体排出口(8)连通,左定子泵腔与泵体吸入口(9)连通;分流套(7)是一个扁空心体,分流套(7)在径端带有入口和出口,分流套(7)入口与泵体吸入口(9)连通,分流套(7)出口与右定子泵腔吸入口连通;分流套(7)两侧设有耐磨衬垫(10);泵体(1)在吸入口(9)和排出口(8)内分别设有吸入口隔板、排出口隔板;泵体(1)出口中心线过转子主轴(4)轴线,耐磨衬垫(10)的过流槽孔在泵体(1)出口处为斜面或弧面;所述转子中的所述左转子(5)和右转子(6)上均伸缩设置有叶片(11),其特征在于,还包括两组防撞击驱动结构,两组所述防撞击驱动结构分别对应设置在所述转子中的所述左转子(5)和所述右转子(6)上、以驱动所述叶片(11)滑动于所述左转子(5)和所述右转子(6)上;
所述分流套(7)上设有密封结构,通过所述密封结构阻断所述分流套(7)左右两个泵室的液体互通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双联偏心滑片泵,其特征在于,所述防撞击驱动结构包括驱动环(12);
在所述转子中的所述左转子(5)和右转子(6)上各自的两端面为供所述驱动环(12)允许运转空间的凹槽(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双联偏心滑片泵,其特征在于,由两组所述防撞击驱动结构中的两组所述驱动环(12)的外径各自驱动所述左转子(5)和右转子(6)上的所述叶片(11)做往复伸缩运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双联偏心滑片泵,其特征在于,所述密封结构包括设置在所述分流套(7)内孔两端部的密封套(14);
所述密封套(14)位于所述分流套(7)与所述主轴(4)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双联偏心滑片泵,其特征在于,所述左定子(2)和所述右定子(3)的吸排油过流孔为对称180°分别对应在所述泵体(1)的过流通道处、液体由吸入侧进泵腔加压后再经泵体出口的导流隔板汇入输出管线。
