The invention provides a PVDC sandwich casing packaging film printed with an external hot sealed edge and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the outer heat-sealed edge printed character layer improves the binding force between two films, prevents delamination, and the inner heat-sealed edge does not print ink, so that the influence of the ink on the heat seal strength is reduced, and the problem of blister after high-frequency welding of the PVDC sandwich casing is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging films, in particular to a PVDC sandwich casing packaging film printed with an external heat edge sealing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The production mode of the existing PVDC sandwich casing is mainly characterized in that an inner and outer hot edge sealing and no-character printing mode is adopted, for example, patent CN1884007A adopts an inner and outer hot edge sealing and no-character printing mode, the obtained packaging film has good picture layering, brightness and vividness, but the production process discovers that the mode can cause that the produced casing seriously influences the production efficiency due to layering when in use, the casing produced by adopting the inner and outer hot edge sealing and no-character printing mode is easy to form water bubbles at a heat sealing line when in high-frequency welding, so that the product is moldy and deteriorated, the water bubble product accounts for about 142.3/ten thousand, and the annual loss of an enterprise is about 1 million; and the produced products with bubbles can not be removed in the existing automatic picking machine, and only picking is carried out manually, so that the working efficiency of workers is greatly reduced, the mildewing and deterioration rate of the products is continuously increased, and more seriously, the potential safety hazard of food and higher external feedback are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a PVDC sandwich casing packaging film printed with an external heat sealed edge and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that the heat sealed edge of the existing PVDC sandwich casing is easy to delaminate, and water bubbles are easy to exist at a heat sealing line after high-frequency welding. The invention not only improves the binding force between the PVDC interlayer enteric coating layer films so as to prevent the interlayer enteric coating from layering to influence the production efficiency, but also avoids the influence of printing ink on the heat seal strength of the PVDC interlayer enteric coating and avoids the problem of blister when the PVDC interlayer enteric coating is welded by high frequency.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows:
the PVDC sandwich casing packaging film with the printed outer heat sealing edge comprises an outer heat sealing edge, a casing body and an inner heat sealing edge, wherein a printed character layer is arranged on the inner side of the outer heat sealing edge.
The weld line is located on the outer heat seal edge. The inner and outer heat-sealed edges of the flaky casing are overlapped together after the flaky casing passes through the forming plate, the outer side of the outer heat-sealed edge is thermally combined with the inner heat-sealed edge under the action of high-frequency current, the welding positions can be all positions on the outer heat-sealed edge and are not fixed at a certain point or a certain line, and characters on the heat-sealed edge are positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film of the outer heat-sealed edge.
The packaging film comprises an outer transparent film and an inner layer in sequence from outside to inside, and an ink layer is arranged on the inner surface of the outer layer.
The outer layer transparent film is made of a transparent PVDC film with the thickness of 15-30 mu m, and the inner layer is made of a white or other-color PVDC film with the thickness of 15-35 mu m.
The printed text layer is positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film.
The preparation method of the packaging film comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a printing plate, wherein the outer heat sealed edge is provided with a printing character layer;
the printing plate to be prepared by the invention prints characters by external heat edge sealing and does not print characters by internal heat edge sealing;
b. printing the outer transparent film by using steaming-resistant inner printing ink;
c. and compounding the printed surface of the outer transparent film and the inner transparent film at a certain temperature and pressure.
And cutting the compounded packaging film, and curing after cutting.
In the step c, the compounding temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the compounding pressure is 50-80N. After printing ink on the PVDC transparent film, under the action of 40-80% humidity environment, 45-55 ℃ oven temperature and 60-80N composite pressure, the viscosity and the adhesion fastness of the ink layer are increased, so that the interlayer bonding force between the printing surface of the PVDC transparent film and the base film is improved.
The curing temperature is 20-30 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the outer heat-sealed edge printed character layer improves the binding force between two films, prevents delamination, and the inner heat-sealed edge does not print ink, so that the influence of the ink on the heat seal strength is reduced, and the problem of blister after high-frequency welding of the PVDC sandwich casing is avoided.

The outer layer transparent film 1 is made of a transparent PVDC film with the thickness of 15-30 mu m, and the inner layer 3 is made of a white or other-color PVDC film with the thickness of 15-35 mu m.
The printed text layer 7 is positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film 1.
The preparation method of the packaging film comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a gravure printing plate, wherein the outer heat sealed edge is provided with a printing character layer;
the printing of the outer transparent film 1 adopts a gravure printing technology, a special gravure printing plate is prepared according to the design requirements of different products, and ink is transferred to the outer transparent film 1 through a gravure plate, so that the printing effect of the outer transparent film 1 is achieved, and the printing plate to be prepared is used for printing characters by an outer heat edge sealing 4 and not printing characters by an inner heat edge sealing 6; as shown in fig. 3, the condition that the conventional inner and outer heat sealing edges are printed with characters is shown;
b. printing the outer transparent film 1 by using steaming-resistant inner printing ink;
c. the printing surface of the outer transparent film 1 and the inner layer 3 are compounded at 40-60 ℃ and 50-80N.

As can be seen from the table, the blister problem is easy to occur on the conventional heat-sealed edges, but by using the technical scheme of the invention, the using condition of 7 batches of sausage casings is tracked in 3-6 months in 2021, about 10 thousands of products are produced, and the blister is not found.
