Abstract
The invention provides a PVDC interlayer casing packaging film printed by an external heat sealing edge and a preparation method thereof. The outer heat-sealing edge printing text layer improves the binding force between two films, prevents layering, does not print printing ink on the inner heat-sealing edge, reduces the influence of printing ink on the heat-sealing strength, and avoids the problem of bubble of PVDC sandwich casing after high-frequency welding.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging films, in particular to a PVDC interlayer casing packaging film printed with external heat-sealing edges and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existing PVDC interlayer casing production mode mainly adopts an internal and external heat sealing mode without printing characters, such as patent CN1884007A, the patent adopts an internal and external heat sealing mode without printing characters, the obtained packaging film has good layering sense, brightness and vividness, but the mode is found in the production process, the produced casing can seriously influence the production efficiency due to layering, the casing produced by adopting the internal and external heat sealing printing characters is easy to form blisters at a heat-seal line when in high-frequency welding, the products are mildewed and deteriorated, the blister product accounts for about 142.3/ten thousands, and the annual loss of enterprises is about 1 ten thousand; and the product of bubble in production can't reject in current automatic picker, only picks through the manual work, greatly reduced workman's work efficiency, cause the product to go moldy spoilage to rise continually, more serious is causing food safety hidden danger and higher external feedback more and more.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a PVDC interlayer casing packaging film printed by external heat sealing edges and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that the existing PVDC interlayer casing packaging film is easy to laminate by heat sealing and easy to have blisters at a heat seal line after high-frequency welding. The invention not only improves the binding force between PVDC interlayer casing layers so as to prevent the interlayer casing layering from affecting the production efficiency, but also avoids the influence of printing ink on the heat sealing strength of the PVDC interlayer casing, and avoids the problem of bubble of the PVDC interlayer casing when using high-frequency welding.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows:
the PVDC sandwich casing packaging film with the printed outer heat sealing edge comprises an outer heat sealing edge, an intestinal body and an inner heat sealing edge, wherein a printed character layer is arranged on the inner side of the outer heat sealing edge.
The weld line is located on the outer heat seal edge. The inner and outer heat sealing edges of the sheet casing are overlapped after the sheet casing passes through the forming plate, the outer side of the outer heat sealing edge is thermally bonded with the inner heat sealing edge under the action of high-frequency current, and the welding positions can be all positions on the outer heat sealing edge and are not fixed on a certain point or a certain line, wherein the characters on the heat sealing edge are positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film of the outer heat sealing edge.
The packaging film sequentially comprises an outer transparent film and an inner layer from outside to inside, and an ink layer is arranged on the inner surface of the outer layer.
The outer layer transparent film is made of a transparent PVDC film with the thickness of 15-30 mu m, and the inner layer is made of a white PVDC film with the thickness of 15-35 mu m or PVDC film with other colors.
The printed text layer is positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film.
The preparation method of the packaging film comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a printing plate, wherein an external heat sealing edge is provided with a printing character layer;
the PVDC transparent film is printed by using a gravure printing technology, a special gravure printing plate is prepared according to different product design requirements, and printing ink is transferred onto the PVDC transparent film through a gravure, so that the PVDC transparent film printing effect is achieved;
b. printing the outer transparent film by using cooking-resistant inner printing ink;
c. and compounding the printing surface of the outer transparent film and the inner layer at a certain temperature and pressure.
And cutting the compounded packaging film, and curing after cutting.
And c, compounding at 40-60 ℃ and under 50-80N. After the PVDC transparent film is printed with the ink, the viscosity and the adhesion fastness of the ink layer are increased under the actions of a 40-80% humidity environment, a 45-55 ℃ oven temperature and a 60-80N composite pressure, so that the interlayer binding force between the PVDC transparent film printing surface and the base film is improved.
The curing temperature is 20-30 ℃.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the outer heat-sealing edge printing text layer improves the binding force between two films, prevents layering, does not print printing ink on the inner heat-sealing edge, reduces the influence of printing ink on the heat-sealing strength, and avoids the problem of bubble of PVDC sandwich casing after high-frequency welding.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the packaging film sequentially comprises an outer transparent film 1 and an inner layer 3 from outside to inside, wherein an ink layer 2 is arranged on the inner surface of the outer layer 1, the outer transparent film, the inner layer and the inner layer are compounded to form the packaging film, the packaging film comprises an outer heat sealing edge 4, an intestinal body 5 and an inner heat sealing edge 6 after being unfolded, and the outer heat sealing edge 4 is provided with a printed character layer 7. The weld line 8 is located on the outer heat seal.
The outer transparent film 1 is made of a transparent PVDC film with the thickness of 15-30 mu m, and the inner layer 3 is made of a white PVDC film or PVDC film with the thickness of 15-35 mu m or other colors.
The printed text layer 7 is positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film 1.
The preparation method of the packaging film comprises the following steps:
a. preparing a gravure printing plate, wherein an external heat sealing edge is provided with a printing character layer;
the outer transparent film 1 is printed by using a gravure printing technology, a special gravure printing plate is prepared according to different product design requirements, and printing ink is transferred onto the outer transparent film 1 through a gravure, so that the effect of printing the outer transparent film 1 is achieved; as shown in fig. 3, the conventional inner and outer heat sealing edges are printed with characters;
b. printing the outer transparent film 1 by using cooking-resistant inner printing ink;
c. the printing surface of the outer transparent film 1 and the inner layer 3 are compounded at 40-60 ℃ and 50-80N.
The following table is the conventional two-sided heat sealed printed text interlayer casing blister problem tracking data of FIG. 3
As can be seen from the table, the conventional heat-sealed edge is easy to generate the problem of blisters, but by utilizing the technical scheme of the invention, the use condition of 7 batches of casings is tracked in total from 3 months to 6 months in 2021, about 10 ten thousand products are produced, and no blister condition is found.

Claims (7)
1. The PVDC sandwich casing packaging film printed with the outer heat-sealing edge is characterized in that: the sausage comprises an outer heat sealing edge (4), an sausage body (5) and an inner heat sealing edge (6), wherein a printed text layer (7) is arranged on the inner side of the outer heat sealing edge (4);
a welding line (8) is arranged on the printed text layer (7);
the packaging film sequentially comprises an outer transparent film (1) and an inner layer (3) from outside to inside, and an ink layer (2) is arranged on the inner surface of the outer transparent film (1); the external heat sealing edge (4) is printed with characters, and the internal heat sealing edge (6) is not printed with characters;
the inner and outer heat sealing edges of the flaky casing are overlapped after the flaky casing passes through the forming plate, and the outer side of the outer heat sealing edge (4) is heat-sealed with the inner heat sealing edge (6) under the action of high-frequency current.
2. The packaging film according to claim 1, wherein: the outer transparent film (1) is made of a transparent PVDC film with the thickness of 15-30 mu m, and the inner layer (3) is made of a white PVDC film with the thickness of 15-35 mu m or PVDC film with other colors.
3. The packaging film according to claim 2, wherein: the printed text layer (7) is positioned on the inner side of the outer transparent film (1).
4. A method of producing a packaging film as claimed in claim 3, characterized by the steps of:
a. preparing a gravure printing plate, wherein the inner side of an outer heat sealing edge (4) is provided with a printing character layer (7);
b. printing an outer transparent film (1) by using cooking-resistant inner printing ink;
c. the printing surface of the outer transparent film (1) and the inner layer (3) are compounded under certain temperature and pressure.
5. The method of manufacturing according to claim 4, wherein: and cutting the compounded packaging film, and curing after cutting.
6. The method of manufacturing according to claim 4, wherein: and c, compounding at 40-60 ℃ and under 50-80N.
