The injection molding and embedding machine for the external thread of the water pipe joint is characterized by comprising a machine table, a material tray feeding mechanism, a water pipe joint conveying mechanism, a material tray recycling mechanism, a water gap cutting mechanism and a water pipe joint discharging mechanism, the material tray feeding mechanism, the water pipe joint conveying mechanism, the material tray recovery mechanism, the water gap cutting mechanism and the water pipe joint discharging mechanism are all arranged on the machine table, the material tray provided with the metal parts is conveyed to a designated position through the material tray feeding mechanism, then the metal piece is transferred to an external injection molding machine for injection molding through a water pipe joint conveying mechanism, the water pipe joint subjected to injection molding is conveyed to a water gap cutting mechanism, meanwhile, an empty material tray is recovered through a material tray recovery mechanism, and finally, the finished product of the water pipe joint is discharged and stored through a water pipe joint discharging mechanism.

The external thread injection molding and embedding machine for the water pipe joint according to claim 1, wherein the machine table comprises an upper machine table portion, a middle machine table portion and a lower machine table portion, the material tray feeding mechanism is arranged on the lower machine table portion, the material tray recycling mechanism is arranged on the middle machine table portion, and the water pipe joint conveying mechanism, the water gap cutting mechanism and the water pipe joint discharging mechanism are arranged on the upper machine table portion.

The injection molding and embedding machine for the external thread of the water pipe joint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the material tray feeding mechanism comprises a horizontal feeding assembly and a vertical feeding assembly, the material tray containing the metal pieces is arranged on the horizontal feeding assembly, the horizontal feeding assembly comprises an ejection feeding assembly and a horizontal conveying assembly, the ejection feeding assembly is arranged on one side of the horizontal conveying assembly, the vertical feeding assembly is arranged on the other side of the horizontal conveying assembly, the material tray containing the metal pieces enters the lower portion of the machine table through the ejection feeding assembly, the material tray containing the metal pieces is received by the horizontal conveying assembly and is transferred to the lower end of the vertical feeding assembly, and finally the material tray containing the metal pieces is conveyed to one side of the water pipe joint conveying mechanism through the vertical feeding assembly.

The external thread injection molding and embedding machine for the water pipe joint according to claim 3, wherein the ejection loading assembly comprises an ejection loading cylinder, an ejection sliding rail and a loading seat, the loading seat is arranged on the ejection sliding rail, the ejection loading cylinder is fixed on the horizontal conveying assembly, the lower end of the loading seat is connected with an air rod of the ejection loading cylinder, and the ejection loading cylinder provides a power source for the horizontal sliding of the loading seat on the ejection sliding rail; the horizontal conveying assembly comprises a horizontal conveying motor, a horizontal conveying driving wheel, a horizontal conveying driven wheel, a horizontal conveying synchronous belt, a horizontal conveying sliding rail and a bearing seat, wherein the horizontal conveying motor provides a power source for the bearing seat to slide on the horizontal conveying sliding rail through the horizontal conveying driving wheel, the horizontal conveying driven wheel and the horizontal conveying synchronous belt; the vertical feeding assembly comprises a vertical feeding fixing plate, a vertical feeding slide rail, a vertical feeding motor, a vertical feeding screw rod nut and a lifting seat, and the vertical feeding motor provides a power source for the lifting seat to vertically slide on the vertical feeding slide rail through the vertical feeding screw rod and the vertical feeding screw rod nut.

The external thread injection molding and embedding machine for the water pipe joint according to claim 4, wherein the water pipe joint conveying mechanism comprises a conveying manipulator, an injection molding and embedding manipulator, a metal piece placing station and a water pipe joint placing station, the conveying manipulator is arranged on a rack on the upper portion of a machine table and is positioned above the vertical feeding assembly, the metal piece placing station and the water pipe joint placing station are arranged on one side of the vertical feeding assembly side by side, the injection molding and embedding manipulator is fixed at an external injection molding machine, the metal piece at a material tray provided with the metal piece is clamped and conveyed to the metal piece placing station through the conveying manipulator, the metal piece is clamped and conveyed to the external injection molding machine through the injection molding and embedding manipulator to form the water pipe joint, and then the water pipe joint is clamped and conveyed to the water pipe joint placing station through the injection molding and embedding manipulator, and finally, conveying the water pipe joint to a water pipe joint blanking mechanism through a conveying manipulator.

The injection molding and embedding machine for the external thread of the water pipe joint as claimed in claim 5, wherein the conveying manipulator comprises an X-axis conveying assembly, a Y-axis conveying assembly, a Z-axis conveying assembly and a metal piece clamp, the Y-axis conveying assembly is arranged on the X-axis conveying assembly, the Z-axis conveying assembly is arranged on the Y-axis conveying assembly, the metal piece clamp is arranged on the Z-axis conveying assembly, the metal piece clamp comprises a positioning device, a water gap clamping device and a plurality of metal piece fixing devices, a metal piece placing portion is arranged on the metal piece placing station, a water pipe joint placing portion is arranged on the water pipe joint placing station, and the metal piece clamp is driven to work by the X-axis conveying assembly, the Y-axis conveying assembly and the Z-axis conveying assembly.
