The inventor has found through creative work that, in order to prolong the service life of a main motor, most of the current cleaning equipment, such as a floor cleaning machine, a wet type dust collector, etc., a high efficiency particulate filter (HEPA) is added in a recycling bin, wherein the HEPA is a high efficiency air filter in the Chinese meaning, and is characterized in that the effective rate of particles of 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron reaches 99.7%, and the HEPA is characterized in that air can pass through but fine particles cannot pass through. Therefore, the HEPA can effectively prevent the water vapor in the recovery barrel from ascending to enter the main motor. In actual use, most of water vapor in the air flow is intercepted by the HEPA, but the residual water on the HEPA is accumulated for a long time due to the closed environment of the recovery barrel, so that bacteria and peculiar smell are bred. That is, the user is likely to cause the cleaning apparatus to discharge bacteria or odor on the HEPA to the home environment when the cleaning apparatus is started again for use because the drying problem of the HEPA is ignored, which causes great harm to the health of the user.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides the following embodiments to provide a cleaning apparatus capable of converting a closed connection manner between a recycling bin and a main machine into an open connection manner in a non-use state.
Example one

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning apparatus provided in this embodiment includes: a main body 10 and a recovery tub 20. It should be noted that the main body 10 in this embodiment includes a body 11 and a floor brush 12, and the body 11 and the floor brush 12 can be rotatably connected to adapt to different working environments and working conditions.
Wherein, the recycling bin 20 has an opening 21 at the top, and the recycling bin 20 is movably connected with the main body 10 to enable the recycling bin 20 to move to a closed position and an open position, so that the main body 10 shields or exposes the opening 21 of the recycling bin 20.
Specifically, in this embodiment, preferably, the recycling bin 20 may be disposed on the machine body 11, and the volume of the machine body 11 is generally large enough, so that the recycling bin 20 with a large volume may be placed, and the capacity of the recycling bin 20 is ensured to be sufficient. In other embodiments, the recycling bin 20 may be disposed on the floor brush 12, but the invention is not limited thereto. Taking the recycling bin 20 disposed on the machine body 11 as an example, the machine body 11 may have a holding tank 111 for holding the recycling bin 20, when the recycling bin 20 is in the closed position, the recycling bin 20 is completely matched with the holding tank 111, as shown in fig. 1, an outer side wall of the recycling bin 20 may be flush with an outer surface of the machine body 11, so as to improve the overall appearance.
An opening 21 at the top of the recycling bin 20 can be used for dumping the sewage in the recycling bin 20, and a user can clean the inside of the recycling bin 20 through the opening 21. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a filtering device 22 may be further disposed at the opening 21. The filter device 22 may be detachably or movably connected to the recycling bin 20 and cover the opening 21. A main motor (not shown) and a fan (not shown) may be provided on the body 11 above the recycling bin 20, the main motor may drive the fan to operate to provide a suction force for sucking the contaminated water in the floor brush 12 to the recycling bin 20, and the suction force generated above the recycling bin 20 sucks the contaminated water to the recycling bin 20 when the recycling bin 20 is in the closed position. The filter device 22 blocks the water vapor in the recovery tank 20 from rising to prevent the water vapor from entering the main motor to affect the service life of the main motor.
In the present embodiment, the recycling bin 20 is movably connected with the main body 10, for example, the recycling bin 20 may be slidably or rotatably connected with the main body 10. The relative position of the recycling bin 20 and the main body 10 can be changed, so that the recycling bin 20 can move from the closed position to the open position, when the recycling bin 20 is in the open position, the filtering device 22 at the opening 21 can be exposed to the outside air and can be fully dried through the flow of the outside air, and the sewage remained on the filtering device 22 can be dried, so that the generation of bacteria and peculiar smell can be further reduced.
In other embodiments, the filter 22 may be disposed on the body 11 below the main motor and the fan, and the filter 22 may be disposed opposite to the opening 21 when the recycling bin 20 is in the closed position, so that the filter 22 can block moisture from entering the main motor when the cleaning device is in the use state. When the recycling bin 20 is in the open position, the filtering device 22 on the machine body 11 is exposed, and the filtering device 22 is in an unsealed environment, so that natural drying is realized.
The cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a main body and a recovery barrel, wherein the top of the recovery barrel is provided with an opening, and the recovery barrel is movably connected with the main body so as to enable the recovery barrel to have a closed position and an open position, so that the opening of the recovery barrel is shielded or exposed by the main body. Therefore, the recycling bin can move to the opening position relative to the host, the opening of the recycling bin can be opened, bacteria and peculiar smell of the cleaning equipment can be effectively reduced, the environmental protection performance is good, the recycling bin can move to the closing position relative to the host, the normal use of the cleaning equipment is not influenced, and the health of a user is effectively guaranteed.
Further, the recycling bin 20 may include a recycling bin body 20a and a recycling bin seat 20b, the recycling bin body 20a may be fittingly sleeved in the recycling bin seat 20b, and the recycling bin seat 20b is movably connected with the machine body 11. The shape of the recycling bin base 20b can be matched with the recycling bin body 20a, and under the condition that the recycling bin body 20a is sleeved in the recycling bin base 20b, the outer wall surface of the recycling bin body 20a and the inner wall surface of the recycling bin base 20b can be in clearance fit, the clearance can be small enough, so that the recycling bin body 20a can be easily taken out of the recycling bin base 20b, and the recycling bin body 20a cannot shake in the recycling bin base 20 b. The recycling bin base 20b is directly connected with the machine body 11, and the recycling bin body 20a is not directly connected with the machine body 11 but indirectly connected through the recycling bin base 20 b. The recycling bin body 20a is sleeved in the recycling bin seat 20b, and the recycling bin body 20a can be taken out from the recycling bin seat 20b independently, so that a user can clean the recycling bin body 20a conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the top of the recycling bin body 20a can be exposed from the top opening of the recycling bin base 20b, and a handle 201a is provided on the top side wall of the recycling bin body 20 a. The recycling bin base 20b can only wrap the lower half portion of the recycling bin body 20a, so that the cost is effectively saved and the whole weight of the cleaning equipment is reduced on the premise that the recycling bin body 20a is stably installed. The handle 201a is disposed on the top side wall of the recycling bin body 20a, so that the user can take out the recycling bin body 20a from the recycling bin seat 20b through the handle 201 a. Specifically, the handle 201a may be a protrusion protruding from the sidewall of the recycling bin body 20a, or a pull ring disposed on the sidewall of the recycling bin body 20 a. In other embodiments, a handle 201a with a pull ring shape may be disposed on the top of the recycling bin body 20a, and the structural form of the handle 201a may have various design manners, which is not limited in the present invention.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the recovery bucket seat 20b may be rotatably coupled to the body 11. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the recovery bucket seat 20b is slidably coupled to the body 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 2-4, the recycling bin 20 may be located on the opposite side of the body 11 when the recycling bin 20 is in the open position. When the cleaning device is in an open position, the recycling bin 20 is located on the opposite side of the machine body 11 instead of the left side and the right side of the machine body 11, so that the structure of the whole cleaning device is balanced as much as possible, and the cleaning device is placed on the ground or a tray and is not prone to toppling when not in use, and the stability of the cleaning device is improved.
Specifically, as for the rotatable connection manner of the recovery bucket seat 20b and the machine body 11, at least two manners can be provided, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the recovery bucket seat 20b can be rotatably connected with the machine body 11 through the rotating shaft 30; the axis of the rotation shaft 30 is horizontal so that the recovery tub base 20b can be turned upside down with respect to the body 11.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the recycling bin base 20b may be rotatably connected with the body 11 through a rotating shaft; the axis of the rotation shaft is parallel to the height direction of the machine body 11 so that the recovery tub base 20b can be turned left and right with respect to the machine body 11. It is understood that, in this form, when the recovery tank 20 is in the open state, the recovery tank 20 is located at the left or right side of the body 11.
In the manner that the recycling bin base 20b is rotatably connected with the machine body 11, further, a limiting assembly 40 may be disposed between the recycling bin base 20b and the machine body 11, and the limiting assembly 40 is used for limiting the limit rotation angle of the recycling bin base 20b relative to the machine body 11. The limit rotation angle of the recycling bin base 20b relative to the machine body 11 is limited by the limiting component 40, so that the situation that the sewage in the recycling bin body 20a inclines to contact with the filtering device 22 due to the overlarge rotation angle and further bacteria on the filtering device 22 are increased can be effectively prevented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the limiting assembly 40 may include: a retaining member 41 and a stop member 42. The limiting member 41 can be arranged on the recovery barrel base 20b at a position close to the rotating shaft 30, and the limiting member 41 extends into the machine body; the stopper 42 is disposed in the body 11. When the recycling bin 20 (i.e. the recycling bin base 20b) rotates to be in the open position, the abutting member 42 abuts against the limiting member 41 to prevent the limiting member 41 from rotating further. The position-limiting member 41 and the stop member 42 may be a plate-like structure or a block-like structure, but the invention is not limited thereto.
The recycling bin 20 rotates to drive the limiting member 41 to rotate along with the recycling bin, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the recycling bin 20 rotates from a closed position to an open position, the limiting member 41 rotates counterclockwise to be blocked by the blocking member 42, the recycling bin 20 does not rotate any more, the recycling bin base 20b can rotate and move within the limiting range of the limiting member 41 and the blocking member 42, the recycling bin base 20b and the recycling bin body 20a keep an outward-opening state under the action of gravity only, and the recycling bin body 20a has the freedom degree of the installation direction in the outward-opening state. The user can take out the recycling bin body 20a from the recycling bin seat 20b and then perform cleaning operation, and after the cleaning is completed, the user can put the recycling bin body 20a into the recycling bin seat 20b again and push the recycling bin 20 to the closed position.
In addition, in some alternative embodiments, the stop assembly 40 may include a flexible connector, one end of which may be connected to the recovery bucket seat 20b and the other end of which may be connected to the body 11. Specifically, a flexible connection member of a fixed length may be preset, and when the recovery tank 20 is rotated to a preset angle, the flexible connection member is stretched to an extreme length, thereby pulling the recovery tank 20 and enabling the recovery tank 20 to be maintained at the preset angle.
Above reasonable design through mechanical structure for recycling bin 20 can maintain presetting the angle, and recycling bin 20 can realize that natural draft dries under this state, reduces the production of bacterium, peculiar smell, its simple structure, low cost.
In addition to the above embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning apparatus may further include a locking assembly 50, and the locking assembly 50 is used for locking the recycling bin 20 in the closed position. The recycling bin 20 is locked at the closing position through the locking assembly 50, so that the recycling bin 20 can be stably fixed in a using state of the cleaning equipment, sewage is not influenced to be sucked into the recycling bin 20, and the working reliability of the cleaning equipment is guaranteed.
Specifically, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the locking assembly 50 may include: a latch 51, an engagement portion (not shown), and a driving member 52. Wherein, the lock tongue 51 can be movably arranged on the recycling bin 20; the matching part can be arranged on the machine body and is used for matching with the lock tongue 51 to block the movement of the recycling bin 20; the driving member 52 is disposed on the recycling bin 20, and the driving member 52 is connected to the latch 51 and is used for driving the latch 51 to extend into or separate from the matching portion. The driving member 52 may have two predetermined positions of movement, and when the driving member 52 is in the first position, the latch tongue 51 may extend into the engagement portion, and when the driving member 52 is in the second position, the latch tongue 51 may be disengaged from the engagement portion.
Further, an elastic member (not shown) may be disposed between the bottom of the driving member 52 and the recycling bin 20, and the elastic member may be rubber, or an axial spring, etc., as long as it can provide an elastic force. When the user depresses the driving member 52, the driving member 52 can drive the latch tongue 51 out of engagement, and when the user releases the driving member 52, the user can push and pull the recovery bucket 20 to move within the movable range defined by the limiting assembly 40. When the recycling bin 20 moves to the closed position, the user releases the driving element 52, the driving element 52 can drive the latch tongue 51 to rebound to the matching part under the elastic restoring force of the elastic element, and the latch tongue 51 stably locks the recycling bin 20 at the closed position. Through the design of the elastic piece, when the latch tongue 51 is switched from the state of being separated from the matching part to the state of extending into the matching part, the user does not need to operate the driving piece 52 again, and the driving piece 52 can drive the latch tongue 51 to automatically extend into the matching part under the action of the elastic piece.
It should be noted that in fig. 2 and 3, the driving member 52 is operated by pressing, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the driving member 52 may be in the form of a push button. The moving direction of the driving member 52 is not limited to the axial direction parallel to the recycling bin 20, and it can also move along the radial direction of the recycling bin 20.
The latch 51 may be a protrusion, a buckle, etc., and correspondingly, the matching portion on the body 11 may be a groove, a through hole, or even a buckle, and when the structure is designed, a person skilled in the art can reasonably select and match the latch 51 and the matching portion according to actual situations, as long as the purpose of blocking the movement of the recycling bin 20 is achieved by using the matching of the latch 51 and the matching portion, which is not limited in the invention.
As for the sliding connection manner of the recycling bin base 20b and the machine body 11, as shown in fig. 4, a sliding slot may be provided on the machine body 11, a sliding rail 221 may be provided at the bottom of the recycling bin base 20b, the sliding rail 221 may be specifically a sliding rail 221 extending outward from the bottom of the recycling bin 20b in the radial direction, a space for the sliding rail 221 to extend into may be provided in the machine body 11, and the recycling bin base 20b may be pushed into the closed position or pulled to the open position (as shown in fig. 4) by sliding along the sliding slot. In this manner, the slide rail 221 can slide along the slide groove together with the recovery bucket seat 20 b.
In some other embodiments, the recycling bin base 20b may have a sliding slot, and a sliding track is provided on the body 11 at the bottom of the accommodating slot 111, in which manner, the recycling bin base 20b slides with the sliding slot relative to the sliding track on the body 11.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, in order to limit the extreme opening position of the recycling bin 20, a stop 2211 may be disposed on the sliding rail 221, the cross-sectional dimension of the stop 2211 may be larger than that of the sliding chute, and the stop 2211 can prevent the sliding rail 221 from further sliding relative to the sliding chute.
