本发明涉及一种金属夹芯板,包括上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)及其之间的芯材(3),金属面板和芯材通过胶水粘合成一体,所述金属夹芯板上边部成型有上金属面板肩部(4)和隐藏安装螺钉头的安装槽(5)和与相邻金属夹芯板拼接用的榫头(6),下边部成型有上金属面板凸部(7)和与相邻金属夹芯板插接用的榫槽(8),所述榫头(6)通过上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)分别成型并粘合在一起,在端头部位下金属面板(2)边部弯曲包裹上金属面板(1)咬合而成,所述榫槽(8)通过上金属面板(1)成型成n型榫槽,再和下金属面板(2)粘合在一起,在端头部位下金属面板(2)边部弯曲包裹上金属面板(1)咬合而成。

Description

一种金属夹芯板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑用板材技术领域,涉及一种金属夹芯板,尤其是一种结构紧凑的金属夹芯板。
背景技术
目前,金属夹芯板是用自动化连续生产设备将金属板冷弯成型后做面层,中间加各种芯材,用高强度粘合剂经加压加热固化后复合成的轻质建筑板材。但由于大多数芯材本身有吸湿的特性或是中空的,以及在实际使用安装时存在榫卯接口处密封不够严密的问题,故现有的金属夹芯板容易受潮乃至进水而导致其保温及粘合性能下降,逐渐降低其耐久性,甚至造成一定安全隐患。
现有的金属夹芯板,结构一般是上下二层面板,中间一层芯板,有些边部用槽形边条与上下二层面板扣合,结构强度主要靠中间粘合程度保障,但中间芯板一般本体强度较低,所以导致容易分层,影响板材的强度和耐用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种强度和安全可靠性更高,防护性能更好,安装方便,外表美观的金属夹芯板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种金属夹芯板,包括上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)及其之间的芯材(3),金属面板和芯材通过胶水粘合成一体,所述金属夹芯板上边部成型有上金属面板肩部(4)和隐藏安装螺钉头的安装槽(5)和与相邻金属夹芯板拼接用的榫头(6),下边部成型有上金属面板凸部(7)和与相邻金属夹芯板插接用的榫槽(8),所述榫头(6)通过上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)分别成型并粘接在一起,在端头部位下金属面板(2)边部弯曲包裹上金属面板(1)咬合而成,所述榫槽(8)通过上金属面板(1)成型成n型榫槽,再和下金属面板(2)粘接在一起,在端头部位下金属面板(2)边部弯曲包裹上金属面板(1)咬合而成,通过上下面板直接的咬合方式,一方面加强了整件板的强度,包括边部的强度和整体的强度,具有冷弯薄壁型材用料省,强度大的优势,同时也增强了上下面板与芯材的粘合耐久性,并解决了上下面板容易分层的缺陷,另一方面解决了芯板容易受潮乃至进水而导致其保温及粘合性能下降的问题,见图1、图2。
在相邻金属夹芯板相配合的榫卯结构内,上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)的咬合线(9)都处于榫卯结构内,外表面见不到咬合线(9)。使整件板表面平整光洁,并很好地防止板材边部锈蚀。
同时,在金属夹芯板上边部成型有隐藏安装螺钉头的安装槽(5),是通过上金属面板(1)成形并和下金属面板(2)粘合连接而成,两件金属面板粘合在一起,增加了安装部位的强度和刚性。整个板面没有外露的螺钉头,具有很好的耐腐蚀性能。
在上述金属夹芯板所述榫头(6),折弯成型有固定面(10)和(11),分别与榫槽(8)的两面相接触,起到固定的作用,见图3。
作为本发明的另一种改进,上述金属夹芯板所述榫头(6)由一固定边(12)和内限条(13)组成,内限条(13)固定在固定边(12)上,起到与榫槽(8)配合固定作用,见图4。
在上述金属夹芯板所述肩部(4)和凸部(7)两相邻面直接接触,表面平整,只看到一接触缝隙。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在上述金属夹芯板所述肩部(4)成形成一折弯型和凸部(7)相配合,形成一条宽10mm到30mm的空槽(14),作为一种装饰效果,见图5。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在上述金属夹芯板所述安装槽(5)与榫头(6)和榫槽(8)结构中的金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)之间加金属加强板(15)和(16),接触面用胶水粘合,以加强安装槽(5)与榫头(6)和榫槽(8)的强度和刚度,见图6、图7。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在上述金属夹芯板所述安装槽(5)与榫头(6)和榫槽(8)结构中的金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)之间加非金属绝热条(17)和(18),接触面用胶水粘合,起到冷桥的作用,阻隔热量的传导。增强整板的绝热性能,见图8、图9。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在所述上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)表面可压制条形连续的加强筋(19),以增加整板的刚性和达到一定的修饰效果,见图10。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在上述金属夹芯板所述上金属面板凸部(7)成型成中空为零的两面紧贴的形状,所述上金属面板肩部(4)成型多一个肩台(20),与上述凸部相配合,这样的改进可有效地减少上述金属夹芯板的厚度,以适应不同场合的需要,见图11、图12。
作为本发明的另一种改进,在上述金属夹芯板所述榫头(6)通过上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)分别成型并粘接在一起,在端头部位上金属面板(1)边部弯曲包裹下金属面板(2)咬合而成,见图13。

Claims (10)

1.一种金属夹芯板,包括上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)及其之间的芯材(3),金属面板和芯材通过胶水粘合成一体,所述金属夹芯板上边部成型有上金属面板肩部(4)和隐藏安装螺钉头的安装槽(5)和与相邻金属夹芯板拼接用的榫头(6),下边部成型有上金属面板凸部(7)和与相邻金属夹芯板插接用的榫槽(8),其特征在于:所述榫头(6)和榫槽(8)是通过上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)粘接并咬合方式连接,上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)的咬合线(9)都处于榫卯结构内,外表面见不到咬合线(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:在金属夹芯板上边部成型有隐藏安装螺钉头的安装槽(5),是通过上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)粘合连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述榫头(6)由连续弯折的固定面(10)和(11)组成,与榫槽(8)相配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述榫头(6)由一固定边(12)和内限条(13)组成,与榫槽(8)相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述上金属面板肩部(4)与上金属面板凸部(7)直接相接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述上金属面板肩部(4)成形成一折弯型和凸部(7)相配合,形成一条宽10mm到30mm的空槽(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述安装槽(5)与榫头(6)和榫槽(8)结构中的金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)之间加金属加强板(15)和(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述榫头(6)和榫槽(8)结构中的金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)之间加非金属绝热条(17)和(18)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述上金属面板(1)和下金属面板(2)表面可压制条形连续的加强筋(19)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的金属夹芯板,其特征在于:所述上金属面板凸部(7)成型成中空为零的两面紧贴的形状,所述上金属面板肩部(4)成型多一个肩台(20),与上述凸部相配合。
