背景技术
汞又称为水银,是重金属种毒性较强的一种,一般情况下,汞可以以气态形式长期存在于空气当中,随着大气流动在全球范围内迁移,并沉降到陆地和水生生态系统,对生态环境和人体健康造成威胁。汞可以通过被其污染的环境和食物以及粘膜、皮肤表皮渗透进入动物机体,并对机体造成一系列损伤。

Claims (3)
1.一种抗汞益生菌复合物,其特征在于,所述抗汞益生菌复合物由短乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌及植物乳杆菌组成;
所述短乳杆菌中活菌数为109-1010CFU/g;
所述植物乳杆菌中活菌数为109-1010CFU/g;
所述乳双歧杆菌与所述短乳杆菌的菌落数比例为(1-10):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗汞益生菌复合物,其特征在于:所述抗汞益生菌复合物应用于食品或药物制剂中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗汞益生菌复合物,其特征在于:所述药物制剂为粉剂、片剂、颗粒剂、锭剂、混悬剂、胶囊剂或液体剂。
