Abstract

本方案公开了精油加工技术领域的一种艾草精油的加工工艺,使用艾草脱叶机对艾草进行脱叶。本申请通过升降框的升降即可实现对上下方的输送辊的距离调节,减少了现有技术中拆卸输送辊和更换齿轮所需的时间,同时也减少了齿轮的更换,有助于节约成本,提高艾草精油的加工效率。

一种艾草精油的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于精油加工技术领域,特别涉及一种艾草精油的加工工艺。
背景技术
艾草精油是从艾草的叶子、茎的提取物,挤压法和溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。在艾草精油制备过程中,为了提高艾草精油的提取率和减少杂质,需要将艾草的艾草杆和艾草叶进行分离(艾草脱叶),再使用艾草叶进行精油的提取。
当前,艾草脱叶主要通过艾草脱叶机来进行,艾草脱叶机包括机体和安装在机体内的输多组送辊组和脱叶辊组,输送辊组和脱叶辊组交替设置;输送辊组连接有输送驱动电机,脱叶辊组连接有脱叶驱动电机;也可以使用同一个驱动电机带动脱叶辊组和输送辊组传动。使用时,将艾草放入到输送辊组之间,艾草在输送辊组的带动下向前传送,在艾草传送的过程中,脱叶辊组实现对艾草的脱叶工作,最后艾草叶从机体下方的出料口掉落,而艾草杆经输送辊组传送出去。
现有艾草脱叶机能较好的实现对艾草的脱叶工作,但是在实际使用过程中,由于不同批次的艾草的大小差异较大,在使用时,一般需要对输送辊组的上下两个输送辊之间的距离进行调节,但由于当前输送辊组的两个输送辊之间通过齿轮啮合传动,导致在调节两个输送辊之间的距离时,需要对机体进行拆解,调整好输送辊之间的距离后,由于两个输送辊之间的距离变化,还需要更换齿轮,进而导致输送辊之间距离的调整十分不便,进而严重影响艾草精油的提取效率。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种艾草脱叶机,已解决当前的艾草脱叶机输送辊组的输送辊之前距离调节不便的问题。
本方案中的一种艾草脱叶机,包括机体以及多组输送辊组,相邻输送辊组之间均设有脱叶辊组;输送辊组包括两个位于上下方的输送辊,脱叶辊组包括两个位于上下方的脱叶辊;所述机体的上端开口,位于下方的输送辊和脱叶辊均转动连接在机体内且靠近开口,所述机体的顶部设有可升降的升降框,位于上方的所述输送辊和脱叶辊均转动连接在升降框内,输送辊和脱叶辊的底部伸出到升降框外;位于同一水平面的输送辊或脱叶辊通过传输带或链条传动;所述升降框的外壁上固定连接有安装框,安装框内竖直滑动连接有两个调节框,调节框为中空的矩形框,矩形框内的相对两侧壁上均布有啮齿,两个调节框自上而下设置且固定连接,两个调节框内均设有不完全齿轮,不完全齿轮的180度圆周上设有与所述啮齿啮合的轮齿,两个不完全齿轮上的轮齿处于相反位置;上方的不完全齿轮通过转动轴转动连接在所述安装框上;所述机体的外壁上设有驱动电机,位于下方的所述不完全齿轮连接在驱动电机的输出轴上;上方的输送辊和脱叶辊通过转动轴传动连接,下方的输送辊和脱叶辊通过驱动电机的输出轴传动连接。
本方案的工作原理及其有益效果:需要调节两个输送辊之间的距离时,通过上升或下降升降框,升降框内的输送辊和脱叶辊随之进行升降,进而调整好输送辊之间的距离;在上方的输送辊和脱叶辊上升的过程中,由于安装框安装在升降框上,而上方的不完全齿轮安装在安装框上,从而使得输送辊和脱叶辊与上方的不完全齿轮之间的距离不发生改变,进而不影响转动轴对输送辊和脱叶辊的带动;而由于下方的输送辊和脱叶辊位置不变,驱动电机的位置也不变,进而也不影响驱动电机的输出轴带动下方的输送辊和脱叶辊传动。
工作时,启动驱动电机,驱动电机带动下方的不完全齿轮顺时针转动,不完全齿轮带动两调节框个向下移动,上方的调节框向下移动带动上方的不完全齿轮逆时针转动。在此过程中,驱动电机的输出轴带动下方的输送辊进行顺时针转动,上方的转动轴带动上方的输送辊进行逆时针转动。将艾草放置到上下方的两个输送辊之间,输送辊组将艾草向前方输送,艾草在输送过程中,脱叶辊实现对艾草的脱叶工作。
本方案通过升降框的升降即可实现对上下方的输送辊的距离调节,减少了现有技术中拆卸输送辊和更换齿轮所需的时间,同时也减少了齿轮的更换,有助于节约成本。
进一步,所述机体的开口端固定连接有多根导向柱,多根导向柱的顶部共同固定连接有固定板,固定板上设有升降电机,升降电机的输出轴固定连接有连接杆,连接杆螺纹连接所述升降框,升降框上还设有多个通孔,所述升降框通过通孔滑动连接在多根导向柱上。通过升降电机转动带动升降框进行升降,操作更加方便。
进一步,所述机体的开口端固定连接有多根导向柱,多根导向柱的顶部共同固定连接有固定板,固定板上设有气缸,气缸的伸缩杆固定连接所述升降框,升降框滑动连接在多根导向柱上。通过气缸带动升降框进行升降,操作更加方便。
进一步,所述升降框的侧壁上设有挡板,挡板位于升降框的底部。通过挡板的设置,使得艾草投放时位于挡板下,避免艾草向上移动,有利于艾草的传送。
进一步,所述机体的下部设有出料口。通过出料口的设置,便于收集艾草叶。
进一步,所述机体的一端连接有输送带。通过艾草输送带的设置,将艾草投放到输送带上,艾草将输送带的传送,将其输送到输送辊之间进行输送。
进一步,机体的另一端设有向下倾斜的导料板。通过导料板的设置,有利于艾草杆的收集。
基于艾草脱叶机,本申请还提供了一种艾草精油的加工工艺,通过艾草脱叶机,可以显著提高艾草精油的加工效率并降低投入成本。

实施例1基本如附图1~2所示:一种艾草脱叶机,包括矩形体的机体1以及多组输送辊3组,相邻输送辊3组之间均设有脱叶辊9组;输送辊3组包括两个位于上下方的输送辊3,脱叶辊9组包括两个位于上下方的脱叶辊9;机体1的上端开口,机体1的下部设有出料口2;位于下方的输送辊3和脱叶辊9均转动连接在机体1内且靠近开口,机体1的顶部设有升降框5,位于上方的输送辊3和脱叶辊9均转动连接在升降框5内,输送辊3和脱叶辊9的底部伸出到升降框5外;输送辊3与机体1和升降框5的转动连接均通过第二转轴13实现,脱叶辊9与机体1和升降框5的转动连接均通过第一转轴12实现;位于同一水平面的输送辊3或脱叶辊9通过传输带实现传动连接;机体1开口端的四个角上均固定连接有一根导向柱7,四根导向柱7的顶部共同固定连接有固定板8,固定板8上安装有升降电机10,升降电机10的输出轴固定连接由连接杆11,连接杆11螺纹连接有升降板6,升降板6固定连接在升降框5的顶部,升降板6上设有四个通孔,升降框5通过升降板6的通孔滑动连接在四根导向柱7上。
升降框5的外壁上固定连接有安装框18,安装框18内竖直滑动连接有两个调节框14,具体为:调节框14的侧壁上设有滑槽15,安装框18内设有与滑槽15配合使用的凸棱;调节框14为中空的矩形框,矩形框内的相对两侧壁上均布有啮齿16,两个调节框14自上而下设置且焊接在一起,两个调节框14内均设有不完全齿轮17,不完全齿轮17的180度圆周上设有与啮齿16啮合的轮齿,两个不完全齿轮17上的轮齿处于相反位置;上方的不完全齿轮17通过转动轴转动连接在安装框18上;机体1的外壁上设有安装板21,安装板21上安装有驱动电机20,位于下方的不完全齿轮17连接在驱动电机20的输出轴上;上方的输送辊3和脱叶辊9通过转动轴传动连接,传动连接可以通过皮带或齿轮来实现,下方的输送辊3和脱叶辊9通过驱动电机20的输出轴传动连接,传动连接可以通过皮带或齿轮来实现;但是要确保上下方的输送辊3的传动方向相反;另外,升降框5的侧壁上还有挡板4,挡板4位于升降框5的底部,挡板4位于升降框5远离安装框18的一端,机体1上设有向下倾斜的导料板19,导料板19位于机体1远离挡板4的一端。
实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于:使用气缸替换电机,气缸的伸缩杆固定连接在升降板6上。
实施例3与实施例1的区别仅在于:机体1的一端连接有输送带,机体1的另一端设有向下倾斜的导料板19。
实施例4,一种艾草精油的加工工艺,使用实施例1中的艾草脱叶机对艾草进行脱叶,脱叶时,启动升降电机10,通过升降电机10带动升降板6和升降框5进行转动,由于升降板6受到导向柱7的限位,使得升降板6和升降框5只能在竖直方向进行升降,进而调整上下方的输送辊3之间的距离,然后启动驱动电机20,将艾草放置到上下方的输送辊3之间,输送辊3组将艾草向前传送,艾草在传送过程中,脱叶辊9组实现对艾草的脱叶,艾草叶通过出料口2收集,艾草杆通过导料板19收集。

1.一种艾草脱叶机,包括机体以及多组输送辊组,相邻输送辊组之间均设有脱叶辊组;输送辊组包括两个位于上下方的输送辊,脱叶辊组包括两个位于上下方的脱叶辊;所述机体的上端开口,其特征在于:位于下方的输送辊和脱叶辊均转动连接在机体内且靠近开口,所述机体的顶部设有可升降的升降框,位于上方的所述输送辊和脱叶辊均转动连接在升降框内,输送辊和脱叶辊的底部伸出到升降框外;位于同一水平面的输送辊或脱叶辊通过传输带或链条传动;所述升降框的外壁上固定连接有安装框,安装框内竖直滑动连接有两个调节框,调节框为中空的矩形框,矩形框内的相对两侧壁上均布有啮齿,两个调节框自上而下设置且固定连接,两个调节框内均设有不完全齿轮,不完全齿轮的180度圆周上设有与所述啮齿啮合的轮齿,两个不完全齿轮上的轮齿处于相反位置;上方的不完全齿轮通过转动轴转动连接在所述安装框上;所述机体的外壁上设有驱动电机,位于下方的所述不完全齿轮连接在驱动电机的输出轴上;上方的输送辊和脱叶辊通过转动轴传动连接,下方的输送辊和脱叶辊通过驱动电机的输出轴传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草脱叶机,其特征在于:所述机体的开口端固定连接有多根导向柱,多根导向柱的顶部共同固定连接有固定板,固定板上设有升降电机,升降电机的输出轴固定连接有连接杆,连接杆螺纹连接所述升降框,升降框上还设有多个通孔,所述升降框通过通孔滑动连接在多根导向柱上。
