Abstract

本发明属于基于生物质的高附加值利用功能材料领域,提供了一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴的制备方法,包括以下步骤:利用绿色溶剂快速高效地进行一锅法制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素;将纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、多巴胺、纳米银进行充分混合,制备防晒液体创可贴。该液体创可贴制备过程采用的溶剂绿色环保,制备的原料是可再生资源木质纤维素类生物质,充分利用了植物的天然组分。该创可贴携带方便,成膜均匀,可生物降解,具有抑菌效果,尤其需要指出的是其同时具有良好的防晒功能。适合产业化生产,具有较好的市场推广价值。

技术领域
本发明属于基于木质纤维生物质的纳米功能材料应用领域,具体涉及一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴的制备方法。
背景技术
公开本发明的背景技术部分的信息是为了增加对本发明内容的理解,并不是必然被视为承认或者以任何其他形式暗示该信息已经成为本领域一般技术人员所周知的现有技术。
植物是自然界取之不尽用之不竭的木质纤维素类生物质资源,木质纤维素类生物质结构组成的主要成分有纤维素和木质素,对生物质主要成分的高附加值利用是目前的研究热点,尤其是替代不可再生的石化资源的产品研究是热点之一。来源于植物成分的纤维素和木质素可以制备纳米级别的产品,分别是纳米纤维素和纳米木质素。纳米纤维素和纳米木质素具有诸多纳米材料的特点,另外尤其需要指出的是纳米纤维素是良好的成膜材料;纳米木质素因为其自身结构单元和功能基团,因此具有防晒的效果。基于植物组分的纳米功能材料已经在诸多领域有着广泛的应用,但在具有防晒功能的创可贴方面暂未见研究。
创可贴是常见的帮助较浅伤口愈合的医药用品。早年常见的创可贴是固体状态,是以胶布中部有载药的海绵或者纱布等状态存在。近些年来,液体创可贴是发展的趋势,诸多液体创可贴产品应运而生,但多以基于石化资源的化学品为主,近期,基于生物质组分的液体创可贴逐步进入科研人员的视野,但成分中并没有兼具纳米木质素和纳米纤维素两种纳米功能材料;同时,目前的液体创可贴并没有考虑到夏季户外或者高原日照强烈的户外环境下的防晒功能。总而言之,目前,基于木质纤维素类生物质绿色溶剂一锅法制备出的纳米纤维素和纳米木质素作为原料的,同时具备防晒和抗菌功能的可降解液体创可贴暂未见报道。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴的制备方法。本发明实现了源于植物各组分制备功能材料,实现了木质纤维素类生物质的高附加值利用,实现了利用绿色溶剂高效快速一锅法制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素,进而制备出具有防晒功能的液体创可贴,因此具有良好的理论指导意义和生产实际应用价值
本发明的第一个方面,提供一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴。这种液体创可贴含有纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺。
本发明的第二个方面,提供上述纳米纤维素和纳米木质素的制备方法。所述方法包括对于木质纤维素类生物质原料利用绿色溶剂进行微波辅助的一锅法制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素。
本发明的第三个方面,提供了上述纳米木质素的防晒功能在生物医药领域,尤其是在液体创可贴领域的应用。
具体发明内容涉及一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴;其含有纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺;其步骤主要包括采用绿色溶剂一锅法制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素及将纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺进行均匀混合,制备液体创可贴;其中多巴胺具有粘合作用,纳米银具有抗菌作用,纳米木质素具有防晒作用,纳米纤维素作为成膜主材料。绿色溶剂是指有机溶剂、离子液体、低共熔溶剂中的一种或者多种,优选为二元或三元的基于氯化胆碱基的酸性低共熔溶剂。植物是指木质纤维素类生物。一锅法,是指在微波辅助条件下,在时间为30分钟的长度内进行的快速高效率同时制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素的方法。一锅法的反应条件如下:植物原料粉碎后的目数为10-80目,优选为40-60目;固液比为1:5-1:30,优选为1:10-1:20;微波处理时间为2-30分钟,优选为5-15分钟。该发明的液体创可贴,便于携带;便于根据伤口的具体形状进行使用;形成的膜可降解;由于其具有防晒功能,尤其适用于夏季户外使用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明制备的液体创可贴具有防晒效果。
(2)本发明制备的液体创可贴原料是取之不尽用之不竭的可再生资源生物质,并不是不可再生资源如石化资源。
(3)本发明制备过程绿色,工艺路线简单可行,易于工业化生产。
(4)本发明制备过程采用的一锅法时间短,效率高,采用的绿色溶剂污染性小,环境友好。
(5)本发明制备的液体创可贴基于植物的成分,可生物降解。

实施例1
采用玉米秸秆作为原料,将其粉碎后,取目数为40目的为后续备用。采用添加了路易斯酸的氯化胆碱/乳酸低共熔溶剂作为反应试剂,采用1:20的固液比,在微波反应器中反应15分钟,对反应后的固体液体进行洗涤分离提纯,得到纳米纤维素和纳米木质素,其中纳米纤维素的平均粒径是130nm,纳米木质素的平均粒径是80nm。将上述纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺,按照质量比为100:20:10:20的比例进行充分混合,混合均匀后制备得到黄褐色的粘稠的液体创可贴。将此液体创可贴挤在皮肤浅层伤口处,60s内形成湿润有弹性的可抗菌的具有紫外线吸收防晒功能的膜,皮肤粘附性较好。
实施例2
采用柳枝稷作为原料,将其粉碎后,取目数为60目的为后续备用。采用添加了路易斯酸的氯化胆碱/草酸低共熔溶剂作为反应试剂,采用1:15的固液比,在微波反应器中反应20分钟,对反应后的固体液体进行洗涤分离提纯,得到纳米纤维素和纳米木质素,其中纳米纤维素的平均粒径是95nm,纳米木质素的平均粒径是100nm。将上述纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺,按照质量比为100:25:15:25的比例进行充分混合,混合均匀后制备得到黄褐色的粘稠的液体创可贴。将此液体创可贴挤在皮肤浅层伤口处,50s内形成湿润有弹性的可抗菌的具有紫外线吸收防晒功能的膜,皮肤粘附性较好。
实施例3
采用杨木木屑作为原料,将其粉碎后,取目数为20目的为后续备用。采用氯化胆碱/乳酸低共熔溶剂作为反应试剂,采用1:30的固液比,在微波反应器中反应25分钟,对反应后的固体液体进行洗涤分离提纯,得到纳米纤维素和纳米木质素,其中纳米纤维素的平均粒径是105nm,纳米木质素的平均粒径是78nm。将上述纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺,按照质量比为100:25:25:25的比例进行充分混合,混合均匀后制备得到褐色的粘稠的液体创可贴。将此液体创可贴挤在皮肤浅层伤口处,45s内形成湿润有弹性的可抗菌的具有紫外线吸收防晒功能的膜,皮肤粘附性较好。

1.一种基于植物的具有防晒功能的液体创可贴;其含有纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺;其步骤主要包括采用绿色溶剂一锅法制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素及将纳米纤维素、纳米木质素、纳米银、多巴胺进行均匀混合,制备液体创可贴;其中多巴胺具有粘合作用,纳米银具有抗菌作用,纳米木质素具有吸收紫外线防晒作用,纳米纤维素作为成膜主材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的绿色溶剂,其特征在于,绿色溶剂是指有机溶剂、离子液体、低共熔溶剂中的一种或者多种,优选为二元或三元的基于氯化胆碱基的酸性低共熔溶剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的植物,其特征在于,植物是指木质纤维素类生物质。
4.如权利要求1所述的快速高效一锅法,其特征在于,是指在微波辅助条件下,在时间为30分钟的长度内进行的快速高效率同时制备纳米纤维素和纳米木质素的方法。
5.如权利要求4所述的一锅法,其特征在于,一锅法的反应条件如下:植物原料粉碎后的目数为10-80目,优选为40-60目;固液比为1:5-1:30,优选为1:10-1:20;微波处理时间为2-30分钟,优选为5-15分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述的纳米木质素,其特征在于,纳米木质素的防晒功能应用在生物医药领域,尤其是液体创可贴领域。
