The main effective component of the formula is the extract of traditional Chinese medicine papermulberry leaf. The papermulberry leaf has the effect of moistening the skin recorded in ancient traditional Chinese medicine books. In recent times, Mr. Zhao Zhan nan, a Chinese medicine dermatology department, is used as a medicated bath raw material for treating psoriasis. The papermulberry leaf is the leaf of papermulberry, is a natural product in nature, has good safety and does not have strong irritation to human body, and the papermulberry leaf is also the main effective component source of the invention. The separation, extraction and purification process of the effective components for repairing the paper mulberry leaf barrier comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing 50g of dry papermulberry leaf, adding 500ml of 75% ethanol, and soaking for 12 hours;
step 2: reflux-extracting in 85 deg.C water bath for 60 min;
and step 3: adding the extract into a rotary evaporator, recovering under reduced pressure, collecting concentrated paste, and weighing;
and dissolving the collected and weighed pure paste in double distilled water for storage.
Preparing the papermulberry leaf skin barrier repairing cream:
step 01: weighing 2g of hyaluronic acid, adding 50ml of double distilled water, and sealing for overnight storage after the hyaluronic acid is dissolved in the water.
Step 02: weighing 60g of white vaseline, 80g of light liquid paraffin, 60g of stearic acid, 44g of polysorbate and 16g of sorbitan oleate as oil phase components on the next day, mixing, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a mixture A.
Step 03: weighing 566.5g of double distilled water, adding 20g of papermulberry leaf extract, 1.5g of potassium sorbate and 50g of hyaluronic acid as water phase components, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a mixture B.
Step 04: and mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, and stirring for 30 minutes by using an electronic stirrer until all components are uniformly stirred to obtain a mixed solution C.
Step 05: aging the mixed solution C in a water bath at 50 ℃ for 72 hours to prepare cream A;
step 06: storing cream A in cold storage room at 4 deg.C for 18 hr, and packaging to obtain topical cream for repairing skin barrier.
Example 2
The dry papermulberry leaf in the example 1 is replaced by the fresh papermulberry leaf.
The procedure was the same as in example 1.
The test details of the examples are as follows:
the test data for example 1 mainly included safety and efficacy in repairing skin barrier in both directions, and animal experiments and human experiments were performed, respectively.
Specifically, the safety test of the papermulberry leaf repairing barrier cream and the safety animal test of the papermulberry leaf repairing barrier cream are carried out.
Step 1: subpackaging the papermulberry leaf repairing barrier cream according to the steps. C57B/6J mice were purchased and shaved on the back.
Step 2: the papermulberry leaf repairing barrier cream prepared by daubing the back of a mouse every day is 2 times, and the daubing amount is 2mg +/-0.1 mg/cm 2. The rub lasted 7 days.
And step 3: the observation result shows that the papermulberry leaf barrier repair cream has no relevant irritation to mice.

And 4, step 4: the basic TEWL values and barrier function recovery rate indices of both arms were measured by the TEWL probe of the skin barrier function measuring instrument MPA580 of CK, Germany.
And 5: the test results show that the basic skin barrier function indexes of the papermulberry leaf barrier repair cream group and the matrix cream control group have no statistical difference through analysis, but the papermulberry leaf barrier repair cream group in the skin barrier function repair indexes is obviously superior to the matrix cream group, and the test results show in fig. 1 and 2.
The efficacy evaluation animal test of the papermulberry leaf repairing barrier cream comprises the following steps:
in order to evaluate the efficacy of the paper mulberry leaf barrier repairing cream, a plurality of skin barrier repairing products which are currently sold are selected for efficacy evaluation comparison. The skin barrier repair cream comprises 4 similar products such as American manicure skin barrier repair cream, jade eupatorium skin barrier repair cream, pien Tze Huang skin barrier repair cream, Binxi skin barrier repair cream and the like.
Step 1: animal models were constructed using C57B/6J mice divided into 6 groups of 8 mice each, shaved back. Respectively as a control non-intervention group, a Yuze repairing group, a repair repairing group, a pien Tze Huang repairing group, a Bingxi repairing group and a Broussonetia papyrifera leaf repairing group.

firstly, the main effective components of the papermulberry leaf barrier repairing emulsifiable paste come from papermulberry leaves which are sweet, cool and nontoxic and have the effects of dispelling wind and removing dampness, clearing heat and killing insects, moistening skin and relieving itching and the like. The effective components in the papermulberry peach leaves can be considered to have the effect of repairing skin barriers, so that related animal and human body experiments are developed. After the papermulberry leaf barrier repairing cream is prepared, a human body safety experiment is firstly carried out, and all subjects are negative through a patch experiment, so that the safety of the prepared cream is proved. After being reviewed by ethical committee of southern medical university dermatologic hospital, a human body efficacy evaluation experiment is carried out, healthy people are recruited as subjects in a self-contrast mode, and the papermulberry peach leaf barrier repair cream and the contrast matrix cream are respectively smeared on arms at two sides, so that the result proves that the epidermal barrier repair effect of the papermulberry peach leaf barrier repair cream is obviously better than that of a contrast matrix group. Then, in the animal experiments, the repairing effects of 4 skin barrier function repairing products on sale and the researched and developed papermulberry peach leaf barrier repairing emulsifiable paste are compared, and the result proves that the researched and developed papermulberry peach leaf barrier repairing emulsifiable paste is slightly superior to different brands on sale, and the advantages and effects of the researched and developed barrier repairing skin care product are proved.
