The novel coronavirus has high infectivity and strong adaptability to the environment, can continuously survive and spread in low-temperature and ultralow-temperature environments, and can continuously detect positive in cold chain processing and transportation all over the world.
The low-temperature disinfectant developed at home and abroad in the end of 2020 comprises the main components of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, calcium chloride, ethanol, glycol, benzalkonium bromide and the like, and is generally packaged in a binary mode, wherein the agent A is a chlorine preparation such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate and the like, and the agent B is a mixed solution of two or more of calcium chloride, ethanol, glycol and the like. Further, when the agent B exists in a liquid, the content of sodium chloride in the aqueous solution ranges from 0.5% to 23.5%, and the content of calcium chloride ranges from 0.1% to 35%.
On the basis of the scheme, the agent A is prepared by taking potassium monopersulfate composite salt as a main material and mixing with auxiliary materials such as sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium tripolyphosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sulfamic acid and the like, and the agent B is prepared by taking sodium chloride or calcium chloride as a main material and optionally magnesium chloride and ethylene glycol.
The invention also provides a use scheme of the potassium monopersulfate low-temperature disinfectant, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the preparation method comprises the steps of adding 1 g of the agent A into 200 g of the agent B in a liquid state, and then stirring and mixing uniformly;

Based on the scheme, the agent A in the S1 contains 65% of potassium monopersulfate complex salt, 15% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 10% of sulfamic acid by mass percentage.
In a still further aspect of the present invention, the sterilization in S3 is performed within 24 hours after the agent B is dissolved.

2. The invention adopts a formula system, is safe in production, storage, transportation and use, has no harmful secondary residue, and better meets the requirements of safety, environmental protection and health compared with chlorine preparations.
3. Compared with the existing low-temperature disinfectants such as chlorine preparations and the like, 1 kg of the agent A and 60 kg of the agent B can be used for preparing 201 kg of the low-temperature disinfectants used on site, and the efficiency is higher.
4. According to the invention, the potassium monopersulfate disinfectant and the sodium chloride and calcium chloride frozen brine technology are organically combined, a system suitable for being used under a low-temperature condition and achieving a disinfection effect is designed, and the disinfection effect can be effectively achieved within 10 minutes by utilizing the formula and the use scheme.

Referring to fig. 1, a low-temperature potassium monopersulfate disinfectant formula comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A is powder, the agent A is 100 g, the compound salt containing potassium monopersulfate is 75 g, sodium hexametaphosphate is 10 g, polyvinylpyrrolidone is 4 g, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is 3 g, sulfamic acid is 8 g, the agent B is powder, and an aqueous solution with the mass percentage of sodium chloride of 23.5% is prepared into 20 kg.
The invention also provides a use scheme of the potassium monopersulfate low-temperature disinfectant, which comprises the following steps:

The low-temperature potassium monopersulfate disinfectant formula comprises an agent A and an agent B, and is characterized in that the agent A is powder, the agent A contains 65-95% of potassium monopersulfate composite salt, 1-25% of sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium tripolyphosphate, 0-5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0-5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.5-25% of sulfamic acid in percentage by mass, the agent B exists in the form of powder or liquid, the chemical components of the agent B are sodium chloride, calcium chloride or a mixture of the sodium chloride and the calcium chloride when the powder exists, the sodium chloride content is 0.5-99%, the calcium chloride content is 0.1-99%, the magnesium chloride content is not higher than 5%, and when the liquid exists, the sodium chloride content is 0.5-23.5%, the calcium chloride content is 0.1-35%, the magnesium chloride content is not higher than 2%, and the total content is 15-35%.
2. The potassium monopersulfate low temperature disinfectant formulation according to claim 1, wherein the amount of sodium chloride in the aqueous solution is in the range of 0.5 to 23.5% and the amount of calcium chloride in the range of 0.1 to 35% when the agent B is present as a liquid.

The formula of the potassium monopersulfate low-temperature disinfectant as claimed in claim 1, wherein the agent A is prepared by mixing potassium monopersulfate composite salt serving as a main material with auxiliary materials such as sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium tripolyphosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sulfamic acid and the like, and the agent B is prepared by using sodium chloride or calcium chloride serving as a main material with or without magnesium chloride.
4. The use scheme of the potassium monopersulfate low-temperature disinfectant is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: the preparation method comprises the steps of adding 1 g of the agent A into 200 g of the agent B in a liquid state, and then stirring and mixing uniformly;
s2: the preparation method II comprises the steps of adding water into the powder agent B, stirring or shaking for dissolving to prepare 200 g of 15-35% solution, then adding 1 g of the agent A, and stirring and mixing uniformly;

7. The usage scheme of the low-temperature potassium monopersulfate disinfectant as set forth in claim 4, wherein the disinfection treatment in S3 is performed within 24 hours after the agent B is dissolved.
