Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a range hood, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a reminding device of completion of cooking is further provided, and the device is used for implementing the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of the device is omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a cooking completion reminding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 6, includes:
an obtaining module 60, configured to instruct an image collecting device to obtain a cooking picture when it is detected that the range hood is opened, where the image collecting device is disposed on the range hood, and the cooking picture is a picture of a target food being cooked by the cooking device;
the first determining module 62 is used for calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture;
and a second determining module 64, configured to determine the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scenario, and set a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, where the reminding task is used to remind a target object of completion of cooking.
According to the invention, under the condition that the range hood is detected to be opened, the image acquisition device is instructed to acquire the cooking picture, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged on the range hood, and the cooking picture is the picture of the target food which is being cooked by the cooking equipment; calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture; and determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene, and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, wherein the reminding task is used for reminding the completion of the cooking of the target object. That is to say, the invention can indicate the image acquisition device arranged on the range hood to acquire the cooking picture of the target food being cooked by the cooking equipment under the condition that the range hood is detected to be opened. Calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture, determining a cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene, and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time. Therefore, by adopting the technical scheme, the problems that in the related art, the cooking equipment cannot feed back the reminding of the cooking time to the user, the cooking is easy to be burnt, potential safety hazards exist and the like are solved, so that the user does not need to pay attention to the state of food at any time, and the time spent by the user in cooking is further liberated.
It should be noted that the cooking device is located in the collecting area of the image collecting device.
Optionally, the first determining module 62 is further configured to receive the cooking scenario identification model after learning the scenario features, which is sent by a cloud, where the cooking scenario identification model after learning the scenario features is acquired by the cloud in the following manner: acquiring cooking pictures with the number larger than the preset number, and introducing the cooking pictures into artificial intelligence training service so that a cooking scene recognition model learns the one-to-one correspondence relationship between various cooking scenes and various cooking pictures in a deep learning training mode; and storing the cooking scene recognition model in a local storage of the range hood.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cooking scene recognition model can be trained at the cloud end, and then the trained cooking scene recognition model is stored in the local storage of the range hood, so that the range hood can directly use the trained cooking scene recognition model stored in the local storage of the range hood to recognize the cooking scene under the condition of no networking.
The cooking scene recognition model obtained by the cloud in the following way after the scene features are learned: and acquiring the cooking pictures with the number larger than the preset number, and introducing the cooking pictures into artificial intelligence training service so as to enable the cooking scene recognition model to pass a deep learning training mode. In other words, the cooking pictures with the number larger than the preset number are obtained at the cloud end, and the artificial intelligence training service is called to carry out deep learning training on the cooking scene recognition model according to the cooking pictures. The cooking scene recognition model learns the one-to-one correspondence relationship between various cooking scenes and various cooking pictures, and may learn the scene characteristics corresponding to the various cooking scenes, wherein the scene characteristics include the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the various cooking scenes and the various cooking pictures.
Optionally, the second determining module 64 is further configured to receive a rule generating instruction, and generate the cooking time length determining rule according to the rule generating instruction, where the cooking time length determining rule includes: cooking time lengths corresponding to various cooking scenes respectively; storing the cooking time length judgment rule in a local storage of the range hood; and under the condition of determining the cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture, determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene according to the cooking time judgment rule.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to remind a user of completion of cooking when the cooking is completed, a cooking time length determination rule needs to be generated before the cooking, where the cooking time length determination rule includes: and the cooking time lengths respectively correspond to the multiple cooking scenes. In this embodiment, the cooking time length determination rule may be generated according to the received rule generation instruction and a database of cooking time lengths corresponding to various cooking scenarios, respectively. And storing the cooking time length judgment rule in a local storage of the range hood, so that the range hood can directly judge whether the cooking is finished or not by using the cooking time length judgment rule under the condition that the range hood is not networked.
Optionally, the first determining module 62 is further configured to start a duration adjustment task corresponding to the cooking scenario, where the duration adjustment task at least includes an adjustment mode of one of the following: increasing the duration of heat of the cooking equipment and reducing the duration of heat of the cooking equipment; acquiring a current cooking picture of the target food according to a first preset time length through the image acquisition device; and determining whether the adjusting mode of the heating adjusting task needs to be updated or not according to the current cooking picture.
In the embodiment of the invention, the invention also provides a fire automatic regulation method based on deep learning, which comprises the following steps: when the cooking device starts to cook food, a duration adjustment task is started. Acquiring a current cooking picture of the target food according to a first preset time length through the image acquisition device; the cooking scene recognition model determines whether the heating degree needs to be adjusted to be larger or smaller according to the current cooking picture and the current cooking scene, and if the heating degree needs to be adjusted to be larger or smaller, the adjusting mode of the heating degree adjusting task is updated, wherein the heating degree adjusting task at least comprises one of the following adjusting modes: heightening the duration and degree of heating of the cooking equipment and reducing the duration and degree of heating of the cooking equipment.
Optionally, the second determining module 64 is further configured to receive a cooking time length adjusting instruction, where the cooking time length adjusting instruction is used to indicate the target cooking time length modified by the reminding task and the modification operation of the target cooking time length; and adjusting the cooking time in the reminding task according to the target cooking time and the modification operation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the reminding task is set according to the cooking time length, but different users like different degrees of maturity of food, so the embodiment of the present invention further provides an adjusting scheme for the cooking time length in the reminding task: and the target object (user) sends a cooking time length adjusting instruction to the range hood, and the range hood adjusts the cooking time length in the reminding task according to the cooking time length adjusting instruction. The cooking time length adjusting instruction is used for indicating the target cooking time length which is correspondingly modified by the reminding task and the modification operation of the target cooking time length.
Optionally, the second determining module 64 is further configured to increase the cooking time length in the reminding task by the target cooking time length when the modification operation indicates that the target cooking time length is increased; and under the condition that the modification operation indicates that the target cooking time length is reduced, reducing the cooking time length in the reminding task by the target cooking time length.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the modification operation is to instruct the cooking time period to increase the target cooking time period or to decrease the target cooking time period. And increasing the cooking time in the reminding task by the target cooking time or reducing the cooking time in the reminding task by the target cooking time according to the target cooking time and the modification operation. Through the technical means, the cooking time in the reminding task can be automatically adjusted according to the user preference.
Optionally, the second determining module 64 is further configured to instruct the cooking device to stop the cooking operation when receiving a cooking stop instruction sent by the target object; and under the condition that the cooking stop instruction is not received within a second preset time, instructing the cooking equipment to stop the cooking operation.
In the correlation technique, cooking equipment can't feed back the warning of length of cooking to the user, and the pot is burnt in the culinary art appears easily, has the potential safety hazard scheduling problem. The embodiment of the invention not only can set a reminding task and feed back the reminding of finishing cooking to the user, but also can actively instruct the cooking equipment to stop the cooking operation: and if the cooking stop instruction is not received within a second preset time period, instructing the cooking equipment to stop the cooking operation. Through above-mentioned technical means, under the condition that cooking equipment does not obtain the instruction that the user stopped cooking, appear cooking and stick with paste the pot, have potential safety hazard scheduling problem.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the above-mentioned storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, when the range hood is detected to be opened, indicating an image acquisition device to acquire a cooking picture, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged on the range hood, and the cooking picture is a picture of target food which is being cooked by the cooking equipment;
s2, calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture;
and S3, determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene, and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, wherein the reminding task is used for reminding the completion of the cooking of the target object.
Further, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Further, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Further, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, when the range hood is detected to be opened, indicating an image acquisition device to acquire a cooking picture, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged on the range hood, and the cooking picture is a picture of target food which is being cooked by the cooking equipment;
s2, calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture;
and S3, determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene, and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, wherein the reminding task is used for reminding the completion of the cooking of the target object.
Further, in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners for specific examples, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and further, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Claims (10)

1. A method for reminding cooking time is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that the range hood is detected to be opened, indicating an image acquisition device to acquire a cooking picture, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged on the range hood, and the cooking picture is a picture of target food which is being cooked by the cooking equipment;
calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture;
and determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene, and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, wherein the reminding task is used for reminding the completion of the cooking of the target object.
2. The reminding method of cooking time according to claim 1, wherein before calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine the cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture, the method further comprises:
receiving the cooking scene recognition model which is sent by a cloud and is learned with the scene characteristics, wherein the cooking scene recognition model which is obtained by the cloud in the following way and is learned with the scene characteristics: acquiring cooking pictures with the number larger than the preset number, and introducing the cooking pictures into artificial intelligence training service so that a cooking scene recognition model learns the one-to-one correspondence relationship between various cooking scenes and various cooking pictures in a deep learning training mode;
and storing the cooking scene recognition model in a local storage of the range hood.
3. The reminding method of the cooking time according to claim 1, wherein the determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene comprises:
receiving a rule generation instruction, and generating the cooking time length judgment rule according to the rule generation instruction, wherein the cooking time length judgment rule comprises: cooking time lengths corresponding to various cooking scenes respectively;
storing the cooking time length judgment rule in a local storage of the range hood;
and under the condition of determining the cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture, determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene according to the cooking time judgment rule.
4. The reminding method of cooking time according to claim 1, wherein after calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine the cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture, the method further comprises:
and starting a heating adjustment task corresponding to the cooking scene, wherein the heating adjustment task at least comprises one of the following adjustment modes: increasing the duration of heat of the cooking equipment and reducing the duration of heat of the cooking equipment;
acquiring a current cooking picture of the target food according to a first preset time length through the image acquisition device;
and determining whether the adjusting mode of the heating adjusting task needs to be updated or not according to the current cooking picture.
5. The method for reminding the cooking time according to claim 1, wherein after a reminding task is set on a mobile terminal according to the cooking time, the method further comprises:
receiving a cooking time length adjusting instruction, wherein the cooking time length adjusting instruction is used for indicating the target cooking time length modified corresponding to the reminding task and the modification operation of the target cooking time length;
and adjusting the cooking time in the reminding task according to the target cooking time and the modification operation.
6. The method for reminding the cooking time according to claim 5, wherein the step of adjusting the cooking time in the reminding task according to the target cooking time and the modification operation comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the modification operation indicates that the target cooking time length is increased, increasing the cooking time length in the reminding task by the target cooking time length;
and under the condition that the modification operation indicates that the target cooking time length is reduced, reducing the cooking time length in the reminding task by the target cooking time length.
7. The method for reminding the cooking time according to claim 1, wherein after a reminding task is set on a mobile terminal according to the cooking time, the method further comprises:
instructing the cooking device to stop a cooking operation in case of receiving a cooking stop instruction sent by a target object;
and under the condition that the cooking stop instruction is not received within a second preset time, instructing the cooking equipment to stop the cooking operation.
8. A device for alerting of completion of cooking, comprising:
the cooking device comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for indicating an image acquisition device to acquire a cooking picture under the condition that the range hood is detected to be opened, the image acquisition device is arranged on the range hood, and the cooking picture is a picture of target food which is being cooked by the cooking device;
the first determining module is used for calling a cooking scene recognition model to determine a cooking scene corresponding to the cooking picture;
and the second determining module is used for determining the cooking time corresponding to the cooking scene and setting a reminding task on the mobile terminal according to the cooking time, wherein the reminding task is used for reminding the completion of the cooking of the target object.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program is operable to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 7 by means of the computer program.
