The first air supply device 1-4 comprises an air return opening 10, a third filter 16, a first filter 11, a cleaning device 17, a second fan 30, an air-conditioning heat exchanger 28, a second filter 13 and an air outlet 14; the second filter 13 and the air-conditioning heat exchanger 28 are arranged above the inside of the sampling sealing chamber 2, the air outlet 14 is arranged below the second filter 13, the second fan 30, the cleaning device 17 and the first filter 11 are sequentially arranged on the lower portion of the air-conditioning heat exchanger 28, the third filter 16 is arranged on the portion, close to the isolating door 4, of the first filter 11, and the air return opening 10 is formed in the bottom of the front face of the sampling sealing chamber 2 and corresponds to the third filter 16. The second fan 30 is a snail type fan.
Air enters from the air return inlet 10, sequentially passes through the third filter 16 and the first filter 11, then is transmitted to the air-conditioning heat exchanger 28 through the second fan 30, is subjected to heat exchange in the air-conditioning heat exchanger 28 and then is discharged, and is discharged into the sampling sealing chamber 2 through the second filter 13 and the air outlet 14, so that the temperature and humidity of the environment are ensured. Cleaning device 17 is including setting up the vibration cylinder of second fan 30 lower part, vibration cylinder with the mounting bracket of second fan 30 lower part is connected, makes second fan 30 vibration through the up-and-down motion of vibration cylinder to avoid sample process filter jam.
In this embodiment, the first filter 11 is a middle-effect filter, the second filter 13 is a high-effect filter, and the third filter 16 is a primary-effect air filter; as shown in fig. 4, two sides of the sampler 2-3 are respectively provided with a sliding door 12 communicated with the bag opening chamber 1 and the packaging chamber 3, and the sliding door is communicated with the three chambers to keep pressure balance; all indoor splicing positions are in arc transition, so that dead angles are avoided. The device can also be provided with a sampling authorization function, and authorization control is carried out on sampling personnel to avoid disordered sampling information authority.

Claims (10)
1. A mobile clean sampling chamber, comprising: the bag opening device comprises a bag opening chamber, a sampling sealing chamber and a packaging chamber which are connected in sequence; the middle parts of the front surfaces of the bag opening chamber, the sampling sealing chamber and the packaging chamber are all connected with an isolation door through hinges, and the bottoms of the bag opening chamber, the sampling sealing chamber and the packaging chamber are all connected with trundles; the interior of the box body is provided with a lighting device and a sterilizing device;
the bag opening chamber is internally provided with a first conveying device, a first height adjusting device, a bag opener and a first air supply device, the first conveying device is horizontally arranged, the lower part of one end of the first conveying device, which is far away from the sampling sealing chamber, is hinged with the first height adjusting device, and the bag opener is arranged above the side surface of the first conveying device;
a second conveying device, a second air supply device and a sampler are arranged in the sampler, the second conveying device is horizontally arranged, and the sampler is detachably arranged in the sampler and is positioned above the second conveying device;
the packaging chamber is internally provided with a third conveying device, a third heightening device, a sealing device and a third air supply device, the third conveying device is horizontally arranged, the lower part of one end of the third conveying device, which is far away from the sampling sealing chamber, is hinged with the third heightening device, and a bag sealing device is arranged above the side surface of the third conveying device.

The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the first heightening device and the third heightening device are both lifting cylinders, the free ends of the first heightening device and the third heightening device are hinged, and the fixed ends of the first heightening device and the third heightening device are fixedly arranged at the inner bottoms of the bag opening chamber and the packaging chamber.

The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the first conveying device, the second conveying device and the third conveying device respectively comprise a conveying belt, a motor, a driving wheel and a driven wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying belt, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the driving wheel, and the driving wheel and the driven wheel are surrounded on the outer portion of the conveying belt.

The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the first air supply device and the third air supply device respectively comprise an air return inlet, a first filter, a first fan, a second filter, an air outlet and a flow equalizing membrane; the fan is arranged above the bag opening chamber and the packaging chamber, the second filter, the air outlet and the flow equalizing membrane are sequentially arranged below the fan, and the first filter is arranged below the bag opening chamber and the packaging chamber and opposite to the air return opening arranged on the front side.

The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the first air supply device comprises an air return opening, a third filter, a first filter, a cleaning device, a second fan, an air conditioner heat exchanger, a second filter and an air outlet; the second filter with air conditioner heat exchanger all sets up the inside top of sample seal chamber, second filter below sets up the air outlet, air conditioner heat exchanger lower part sets gradually the fan the cleaning device with first filter, first filter is close to once of dodge gate is equipped with the third filter, the return air inlet sets up the sample seal chamber the positive bottom with the third filter corresponds.
6. The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the bag opening chamber, the sampling sealing chamber and the positive upper part of the packaging chamber are provided with air pressure balance openings, and the interior of the bag opening chamber is provided with an air speed sensor.
7. The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: and a direct-current power supply is arranged in the upper part of the sampling sealing chamber.
8. The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the sampler comprises a telescopic cylinder, a rotary cylinder and an outer pipe from top to bottom, wherein an inner pipe is arranged in the outer pipe; the free end of telescopic cylinder with revolving cylinder's stiff end is connected, revolving cylinder's free end with inner tube connected.
9. The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the sterilizing device comprises ultraviolet lamps respectively arranged at the tops of the bag opening chamber, the sampling sealing chamber and the packaging chamber.
10. The portable clean sampling chamber of claim 1, wherein: the lighting device comprises LED lamps which are respectively arranged at the tops of the bag opening chamber, the sampling sealing chamber and the packaging chamber.
