It is to be appreciated that the air quality sensor 700 may be an air quality monitor.
As shown in connection with fig. 3-8, in some alternative embodiments, the dehumidifier 400 comprises: a housing 410, a hygroscopic turning disc 420 and a first partition 430. The interior of the housing 410 defines a cavity; the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 is rotatably arranged in the cavity, a circulation cavity 411 is defined between the upper end surface of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 and the inner wall of the cavity, and the lower end surface of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 is provided with a first air inlet end 421, a first air outlet end 422, a second air inlet end 423 and a second air outlet end 424; the first partition 430 is disposed in the circulation chamber 411 and partitions the circulation chamber 411 into a first chamber 412 and a second chamber 413. Thus, because the moisture in the air flow is absorbed when the air flow at normal temperature passes through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420, and the heated air flow releases the moisture in the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 into the air flow when passing through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 absorbing the moisture, by utilizing the characteristic of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420, the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 is driven to continuously rotate below the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, and one of the air flow at normal temperature or the heated air flow passes through the first air inlet end 421 located at the lower end face of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 to enter the first chamber 412, then passes through the first air outlet end 422 located at the lower end face of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 again to flow out, and the other air flow passes through the second air inlet end 423 located at the lower end face of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 to enter the second chamber 413, then passes through the second air outlet end 424 located at the lower end face of the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 again to enable the moisture in the air flow at normal temperature to be better absorbed, and the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 is better released into the heated air flow, thereby enabling continuous humidification of the indoor environment.

Like this, in making the air in the outdoor environment can get into first cavity 412 through first air inlet end 421, then during the first air-out end 422 of rethread flows out the outdoor environment, the air in the indoor environment can get into in the second cavity 413 through second air inlet end 423, then the rethread second air-out end 424 flows out the indoor environment, forms the inner loop circulation of indoor air.
Optionally, a first baffle 430 may be rotatably disposed within the recirculation chamber 411. Thus, since the first partition 430 is located in the circulation chamber 411 and divides the circulation chamber 411 into the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, the first partition 430 is rotatably disposed, the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413 can be switched by the rotation of the first partition 430, and the communication relationship among the first air inlet 421, the first air outlet 422, the second air inlet 423 and the second air outlet 424 can be realized, so that the flow passage of the air flow is switched by the rotation of the first partition 430 according to the outdoor environment quality, the humidity conditioner 400 is in the state of external circulation or internal circulation, the exchange between the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow or the non-exchange can be realized in the humidification process, the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow can be exchanged in the case of the indoor air exchange requirement, and the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow can not be exchanged in the case of the outdoor air quality without the air exchange requirement, the indoor humidification device has the advantages that the outdoor dirty air is prevented from entering the indoor space, outdoor airflow is selectively utilized, dependence on the outdoor environment is reduced, humidification stability is improved, and the quality of indoor air is maintained.
Optionally, a heating portion 414 is disposed in each of the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413. In this way, the airflow passing through the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413 can be selectively heated by the heating unit 414, so that moisture in the airflow at normal temperature can be absorbed by the moisture absorption turntable 420, and the heated airflow can carry away the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption turntable 420, thereby better humidifying the indoor environment.
In some examples of the humidity conditioner 400 in internal circulation, the first chamber 412 communicates with the outdoor environment, the second chamber 413 communicates with the indoor environment, that is, the first chamber 412 communicates with the first air inlet 421 and the first air outlet 422, and the second chamber 413 communicates with the second air inlet 423 and the second air outlet 424, at this time, the air in the indoor environment is in an internal circulation state, the heating unit 414 in the second chamber 413 is controlled to be opened, the heating unit 414 in the first chamber 412 is closed, the outdoor normal temperature air flow passes through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 through the first air inlet 421 and enters the first chamber 412, then passes through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 again and exits to the outdoor environment through the first air outlet 422, moisture in the outdoor air is absorbed by the moisture absorption rotary disc 420, the indoor air flow passes through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 through the second air inlet 423 and enters the second chamber 413, and the air flow is heated by the heating unit 414 in the second chamber 413, the heated airflow passes through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 again and flows out to the indoor environment through the second air outlet end 424, and the moisture absorbed in the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 is regenerated and discharged to the indoor environment along with the heated airflow, so that the indoor environment is humidified.
In some examples of the humidity conditioner 400 in the external circulation, the first chamber 412 communicates the outdoor environment with the indoor environment, the second chamber 413 communicates the indoor environment with the outdoor environment, that is, the first chamber 412 communicates with the first air inlet 421 and the second air outlet 424, and the second chamber 413 communicates with the second air inlet 423 and the first air outlet 422, when the air in the indoor environment is in the external circulation state, the outdoor air flows into the indoor environment through the first chamber 412, the indoor air flows out to the outdoor environment through the second chamber 413, the heating portion 414 in the first chamber 412 is controlled to be opened, the heating portion 414 in the second chamber 413 is controlled to be closed, the indoor normal temperature air flow flows into the second chamber 413 through the second air inlet 423 through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420, then flows out to the outdoor through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 again through the first air outlet 422, and the moisture in the indoor air flow flowing out to the outdoor is absorbed by the moisture absorption rotary disc 420, outdoor airflow flows into the first chamber 412 through the first air inlet end 421, is heated by the heating part 414 opened in the first chamber 412, and flows into the room through the second air outlet end 424 after passing through the moisture absorption turntable 420, and the heated airflow can regenerate the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption turntable 420 and flows into the room together with the heated airflow, thereby playing a role of humidifying the indoor environment.
Optionally, the dehumidifier 400 further comprises: and a second barrier 440. Thus, outdoor airflow and indoor airflow can pass through the moisture absorption rotary table 420 through the first air inlet end 421 and the second air inlet end 423 to enter the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, then flow out through the second air outlet end 424 and the second air outlet end 424, and are connected with the second partition plate 440 through the first partition plate 430, so that the first partition plate 430 and the second partition plate 440 can synchronously rotate, under the condition that the first partition plate 430 rotates to switch the communication relation of the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, the second partition plate 440 at the lower end of the humidity conditioning rotary table can synchronously rotate along with the first partition plate 430, and as the first plate 441 of the second partition plate 440 is parallel to the first partition plate 430 and the center is on the same vertical line, the first plate 441 of the second partition plate 440 and the first partition plate 430 are on the same vertical plane, so that the first partition plate 430 and the second partition plate 440 synchronously rotate, and the airflow can be kept to smoothly flow in the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, better humidify the indoor environment.
Alternatively, the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 are the same plate-shaped structure, and the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 vertically intersect with each other and overlap at their centers. Like this, make first board 441 and second board 442 be the crisscross setting, through first air inlet end 421, first air-out end 422, second air inlet end 423 and the size of second air-out end 424 that first board 441 and second board 442 divided are even, the air inlet area difference is less, air inlet and air-out that can be better.
Alternatively, with the first partition 430 located at the first position, the dehumidifier 400 is in the state of internal circulation; with the first partition 430 located at the second position, the dehumidifier 400 is in the state of the outer circulation. Thus, the state of the humidity conditioner 400 can be switched by controlling the position of the first partition 430, and the communication relation between the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413 is changed by driving the first partition 430 to rotate according to the quality of the outdoor environment, so that the humidity conditioner 400 is in an external circulation or internal circulation state, the outdoor dirty air is prevented from entering the room, the outdoor airflow is selectively utilized, the dependence on the outdoor environment is reduced, the humidifying stability of the indoor environment is improved, and the quality of the indoor air is maintained.
It will be appreciated that when the first partition 430 is switched from the first position to the second position, the first partition 430 is rotated 90 degrees in a counterclockwise direction, and when the second position is switched to the first position, the first partition 430 is rotated 90 degrees in a clockwise direction.
In some embodiments, a method for humidifying, as shown in conjunction with fig. 9-10, includes:
the method comprises the steps that a controller obtains a preset target temperature interval and the running mode of the air conditioner in the preset target temperature interval;
the controller determines that the air conditioner operates in a heating mode, obtains the temperature difference between the set temperature and the indoor environment temperature, and obtains at least two preset humidity intervals and the operating modes of the humidity conditioner in different preset humidity intervals if the temperature difference is in a preset target temperature interval;
the controller acquires the relative humidity of the indoor environment, determines a target humidity interval where the relative humidity is located from at least two preset humidity intervals, and controls the operation of the humidity conditioner and the air conditioner according to the operation mode of the humidity conditioner corresponding to the target humidity interval and the operation mode of the air conditioner corresponding to the preset target temperature interval.
By adopting the method for humidifying provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of heating and humidifying the indoor environment, the indoor environment is heated by the air conditioner firstly, so that the temperature difference between the set temperature and the indoor environment temperature is in the target temperature range, the indoor environment temperature is close to the set temperature, then the indoor environment is humidified by the humidifier, the air conditioner and the humidifier are controlled according to different humidity ranges of the indoor relative humidity, the control process of heating by the air conditioner firstly and then humidifying by the humidifier is adopted, the influence of overhigh humidity of the indoor environment on the heating efficiency of the air conditioner can be avoided, the humidity fluctuation of the indoor environment in the heating and humidifying process is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the comfort of the indoor environment is improved.
Optionally, in the preset target temperature interval, the operation mode of the air conditioner is as follows: the compressor of the air conditioner runs at low frequency, and the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner is increased. Like this, in predetermineeing the target temperature interval under, the temperature of indoor environment is close to the settlement temperature, indoor environment heating demand reduces, consequently, the compressor low frequency operation of controller control air conditioner, the fan rotational speed of air conditioner improves, the compressor low frequency operation can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioner, reduce the heating volume of air conditioner to the indoor environment, make the temperature of indoor environment keep in comfortable within range, the fan rotational speed improves the amount of wind that can increase the air conditioner, the air flow of reinforcing indoor environment, and then improve humidification efficiency, make the humidity of indoor environment more even.
Optionally, the preset target temperature interval is greater than or equal to 0 degree and less than or equal to 3 degrees. Therefore, under the condition that the temperature difference between the set temperature and the temperature of the indoor environment is greater than or equal to 0 ℃ and less than or equal to 3 ℃, the temperature of the indoor environment is close to the set temperature, the temperature of the indoor environment is comfortable at the moment, and the user experience is better.
In some examples, in a preset target temperature interval, a compressor of the air conditioner operates at a speed of less than or equal to 40Hz, and a fan of the air conditioner operates at a speed of greater than or equal to 700r/min, if a temperature difference between the set temperature and the temperature of the indoor environment is in the preset target temperature interval, the temperature of the indoor environment is close to the set temperature, and the temperature of the indoor environment is more comfortable, so that the heating capacity of the air conditioner can be reduced by controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to operate at the speed of less than or equal to 40Hz, the temperature of the indoor environment is prevented from continuously rising, the temperature of the indoor environment is kept in a comfortable range, and the fan of the air conditioner operates at the speed of greater than or equal to 700r/min, so that the air volume of the air conditioner is increased, the air flow of the indoor environment is enhanced, and the indoor environment is more efficiently humidified.
Optionally, if the preset humidity interval is two preset humidity intervals: a first preset humidity interval and a second preset humidity interval; the mode of operation of damping machine under different humidity intervals of predetermineeing includes: the operation mode of the humidity conditioner in the first preset humidity interval is as follows: humidifying by a humidifying machine; the operation mode of the humidity conditioner in the second preset humidity interval is as follows: the damping machine is stopped. Like this, the controller is through acquireing the first humidity interval of predetermineeing during humidity with the second is predetermineeing and the mode of operation of damping machine between the first humidity interval of predetermineeing and the second is predetermineeing, better control damping machine, when the relative humidity of indoor environment under the first humidity interval of predetermineeing, the relative humidity of indoor environment is less, the travelling comfort is relatively poor, consequently, need control damping machine to carry out the humidification, improve the relative humidity of indoor environment, when the relative humidity of indoor environment predetermines under the humidity interval at the second, the relative humidity of indoor environment is in comfortable within range, consequently, control damping machine shuts down, thereby more energy-conserving carry out the humidification to the indoor environment.
Optionally, the initial states of the humidity conditioner when the humidity conditioner performs humidification in the first preset humidity interval and the second preset humidity interval are both internal circulation states. Therefore, when the indoor environment is humidified by the dehumidifier, the air quality of the outdoor environment is unknown, and the dehumidifier is controlled to operate in an internal circulation state in order to prevent low-quality air in the outdoor environment from entering the room.
It is understood that the initial state of the humidifier is a state immediately after the humidifier is turned on.
Optionally, the first preset humidity range and the second preset humidity range acquired by the controller are defined by a first humidity set value and a second humidity set value, wherein the second humidity set value is greater than the first humidity set value. Like this, acquire the first humidity interval of presetting and the second humidity interval of presetting that is injectd by first humidity setting value and second humidity setting value through the controller, according to the different humidity interval of presetting of indoor environment's relative humidity place down the operation mode of control damping machine, better control the operation mode of damping machine, reduce the energy consumption, improve the travelling comfort of indoor environment.
In some examples, the first humidity set point is 40%, the second humidity set point is 50%, a first predetermined humidity interval defined by the first humidity set point and the second humidity set point is less than 40%, and the second predetermined humidity interval is greater than or equal to 40% and less than or equal to 50%; under the condition that the relative humidity of the indoor environment is in a first preset humidity range, namely the relative humidity of the indoor environment is less than 40%, the relative humidity of the indoor environment is low, the comfort of the indoor environment is influenced, the humidity conditioner needs to be controlled to be started to humidify the indoor environment, at the moment, because the temperature of the indoor environment is in a preset target temperature range, the air conditioner operates at low frequency, the fan operates at high speed, and the temperature of the indoor environment is stable, so that in the process of humidifying the indoor environment through the humidity conditioner, the humidity of the indoor environment stably rises, the fluctuation is small, the comfort of the indoor environment is improved, the air fluidity of the indoor environment can be enhanced through the high-speed operation of the fan of the air conditioner, the humidifying efficiency is further improved, and the humidification is more uniform; under the condition that the relative humidity of the indoor environment is within the second preset humidity range, namely the relative humidity of the indoor environment is greater than or equal to 40% and less than or equal to 50%, the relative humidity of the indoor environment is suitable, the comfort of the indoor environment is high, the damping machine needs to be controlled to stop, at the moment, the temperature of the indoor environment is within the preset target temperature range, the air conditioner runs at a low frequency, the fan runs at a high speed, the temperature of the indoor environment is stable, the temperature and the humidity of the indoor environment are within the comfortable range, and the energy consumption can be further reduced by controlling the damping machine to stop.
Optionally, under a first preset humidity interval, the humidity conditioner humidifies, including: the rotating speed of a fan of the humidity conditioner is increased; the heating power of the heating part of the humidity conditioner is improved. Like this, because the humidification efficiency of damping machine is relevant with the fan rotational speed of damping machine and the heating power of heating portion, the higher the fan rotational speed of damping machine and the heating power of heating portion are, the higher the humidification efficiency of damping machine is, when the relative humidity of indoor environment under first predetermined humidity interval, the relative humidity of indoor environment is less, the travelling comfort of indoor environment is relatively poor, consequently, the fan rotational speed of control damping machine and the heating power of heating portion improve, can more efficient humidify the indoor environment, improve the comfort level of indoor environment.
