As shown in connection with fig. 1-2, in some embodiments, a system for humidification includes: an air conditioner 200, a humidity conditioner 400, a temperature sensor 300, and a controller 500. The humidity conditioner 400 is used for humidifying the indoor environment; the temperature sensor 300 is used for detecting the indoor environment temperature; the controller 500 is configured to obtain a preset target temperature interval and an operation mode of the air conditioner 200 in the preset target temperature interval; determining that the air conditioner 200 is operated in a heating mode and acquiring a temperature difference between a set temperature and an indoor environment temperature; if the temperature difference is in the preset target temperature interval, acquiring at least two preset humidity intervals and the operation modes of the damping machine 400 in different preset humidity intervals; acquiring the relative humidity of the indoor environment, determining a target humidity interval in which the relative humidity is located from at least two preset humidity intervals, and controlling the operation of the humidity regulator 400 and the operation of the air conditioner 200 according to the operation mode of the humidity regulator 400 corresponding to the target humidity interval and the operation mode of the air conditioner 200 corresponding to the preset target temperature interval.
By adopting the system for humidifying provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of heating and humidifying the indoor environment, the indoor environment is heated through the air conditioner 200, so that the temperature difference between the set temperature and the indoor environment temperature is in the target temperature interval, the indoor environment temperature is close to the set temperature, then the indoor environment is humidified through the humidifying machine 400, the air conditioner 200 and the humidifying machine 400 are controlled according to different humidity intervals where the indoor relative humidity is, the air conditioner 200 is firstly used for heating, and then the humidifying machine 400 is used for humidifying the control process, so that the influence of the overhigh humidity of the indoor environment on the heating efficiency of the air conditioner 200 can be avoided, the humidity fluctuation of the indoor environment in the heating and humidifying process is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the comfort of the indoor environment is improved.
Alternatively, the controller 500 can control the processors of the air conditioner 200 and the humidity conditioner 400 separately from the air conditioner 200 and the humidity conditioner 400, and the controller 500 may be installed on the air conditioner 200 or the humidity conditioner 400. In this way, the controller 500 can control the operation states of the air conditioner 200 and the humidity regulator 400 at the same time, so that the indoor environment can be heated and humidified better, and the controller 500 is integrated with the air conditioner 200 or the humidity regulator 400, so that the occupation of the space of the system can be reduced.
Optionally, the system for humidifying further comprises: humidity sensor 600. The humidity sensor 600 is used for detecting the absolute humidity of the indoor environment, and the controller 500 is also used for calculating the relative humidity of the indoor environment according to the absolute humidity of the indoor environment. The air quality sensor 700 is used to detect the quality of an outdoor environment and an indoor environment. In this way, the air quality sensor 700 can detect the air quality of the outdoor environment and the indoor environment, and the controller 500 can control the operation mode of the humidity control machine 400 according to the air quality of the outdoor environment and the indoor environment, so as to better heat and humidify the indoor environment.
It is understood that the air quality sensor 700 may be an air quality monitor.
As shown in connection with fig. 3-8, in some alternative embodiments, a damping machine 400 includes: the housing 410, the moisture absorption rotary disk 420 and the first partition 430. The interior of the housing 410 defines a cavity; the moisture absorption rotary table 420 is rotatably disposed in the cavity, and a circulation cavity 411 is defined between an upper end surface of the moisture absorption rotary table 420 and an inner wall of the cavity, and a lower end surface of the moisture absorption rotary table 420 has a first air inlet end 421, a first air outlet end 422, a second air inlet end 423 and a second air outlet end 424; the first partition 430 is disposed in the circulation cavity 411, and divides the circulation cavity 411 into a first chamber 412 and a second chamber 413. In this way, since moisture in the air flow at normal temperature is absorbed when the air flow passes through the moisture absorption turntable 420, and moisture in the moisture absorption turntable 420 is released into the air flow when the heated air flow passes through the moisture absorption turntable 420, by utilizing the characteristic of the moisture absorption turntable 420, the moisture absorption turntable 420 is driven to rotate continuously below the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, one of the normal temperature air flow or the heated air flow enters the first chamber 412 through the first air inlet end 421 positioned at the lower end surface of the moisture absorption turntable 420, then flows out again through the first air outlet end 422 positioned at the lower end surface of the moisture absorption turntable 420, enters the second chamber 413 through the second air inlet end 423 positioned at the lower end surface of the moisture absorption turntable 420, and then flows out again through the second air outlet end 424 positioned at the lower end surface of the moisture absorption turntable 420, so that moisture in the normal temperature air flow is absorbed better, and moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption turntable 420 is released into the heated air flow better, thereby continuously humidifying the indoor environment.
Optionally, the first air inlet end 421 and the first air outlet end 422 are both in communication with an outdoor environment, and the second air inlet end 423 and the second air outlet end 424 are both in communication with an indoor environment. Optionally, the first baffle 430 is rotatably disposed within the flow-through chamber 411. In this way, since the first partition plate 430 is located in the circulation cavity 411 and separates the circulation cavity 411 into the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, the first partition plate 430 is rotatably disposed, and the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413 can be switched by the rotation of the first partition plate 430, and the communication relationship between the first air inlet end 421, the first air outlet end 422, the second air inlet end 423 and the second air outlet end 424 is achieved, so that the flow passage of the air flow is switched by driving the rotation of the first partition plate 430 according to the outdoor environment quality, the humidity regulator 400 is in an external circulation or internal circulation state, the exchange between the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow in the humidifying process can be realized, or the exchange between the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow does not occur under the condition that the indoor air exchange demand exists, the exchange between the indoor air flow and the outdoor air flow does not occur under the condition that the outdoor air quality does not exist, the outdoor dirty air is prevented from entering the indoor, the outdoor air flow is selectively utilized, the dependence on the outdoor environment is reduced, the humidity stability is improved, and the indoor air quality is maintained.
Optionally, a heating portion 414 is disposed in each of the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413. In this way, the air flows flowing through the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413 can be selectively heated by the heating part 414, so that moisture in the air flow at normal temperature can be absorbed by the moisture absorption rotary table 420, and the heated air flow can take away the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorption rotary table 420, thereby better humidifying the indoor environment.
In some embodiments of the humidity control machine 400 in the internal circulation mode, the first chamber 412 is communicated with the outdoor environment, the second chamber 413 is communicated with the indoor environment, that is, when the first chamber 412 is communicated with the first air inlet end 421 and the first air outlet end 422, and the second chamber 413 is communicated with the second air inlet end 423 and the second air outlet end 424, at this time, the air in the indoor environment is in the internal circulation state, the heating part 414 in the second chamber 413 is controlled to be opened, the heating part 414 in the first chamber 412 is closed, the outdoor normal-temperature air flow passes through the moisture absorption turntable 420 to enter the first chamber 412 through the first air inlet end 421, then passes through the moisture absorption turntable 420 again to flow out to the outdoor environment through the first air outlet end 422, moisture in the outdoor air is absorbed through the moisture absorption turntable 420, the indoor air flow passes through the moisture absorption turntable 420 to enter the second chamber 413, the air flow is heated by the heating part 414 in the second chamber 413, and the heated air flow again passes through the second air outlet end 424 to flow out to the indoor environment, and the moisture absorbed in the moisture absorption turntable 420 can be regenerated and discharged to the indoor environment along with the heated air flow to the indoor environment, thereby playing a role of humidifying the indoor environment.
In some examples of the humidity regulator 400 in the external circulation mode, the first chamber 412 is communicated with the outdoor environment and the indoor environment, the second chamber 413 is communicated with the indoor environment and the outdoor environment, that is, the first chamber 412 is communicated with the first air inlet end 421 and the second air outlet end 424, under the condition that the second chamber 413 is communicated with the second air inlet end 423 and the first air outlet end 422, at this time, the air in the indoor environment is in the external circulation state, the outdoor air flows into the indoor environment through the first chamber 412, the indoor air flows out into the outdoor environment through the second chamber 413, the heating part 414 in the first chamber 412 is controlled to be opened, the heating part 414 in the second chamber 413 is closed, the indoor normal-temperature air flows into the second chamber 413 through the moisture absorption turntable 420 through the second air inlet end 423, then flows out to the outside through the first air outlet end 422 again through the moisture absorption turntable 420, the outdoor air flows into the first chamber 412 through the first air inlet end 421, the heated by the heating part 414 in the first chamber 412, the heated air flows into the indoor environment through the second air outlet end 424, and the heated air flows into the indoor environment through the humidity absorption turntable 420, and the humidity can be regenerated together.
Optionally, the humidity conditioner 400 further includes: and a second separator 440. The second partition plate 440 is rotatably disposed on the lower end surface of the moisture absorption rotary plate 420 and connected to the first partition plate 430, the second partition plate 440 includes a first plate 441 and a second plate 442, the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 are disposed in a crossing manner, the first plate 441 is parallel to the first partition plate 430 and the center of the first plate 441 is located on the same vertical line, and the first air inlet end 421, the first air outlet end 422, the second air inlet end 423 and the second air outlet end 424 of the lower end surface of the moisture absorption rotary plate 420 are defined by the second partition plate 440. In this way, the outdoor air flow and the indoor air flow can pass through the moisture absorption rotary disc 420 through the first air inlet end 421 and the second air inlet end 423 to enter the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, then flow out through the second air outlet end 424 and the second air outlet end 424, and are connected with the second partition plate 440 through the first partition plate 430, so that the first partition plate 430 and the second partition plate 440 can synchronously rotate, and when the first partition plate 430 rotates to switch the communication relationship between the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, the second partition plate 440 positioned at the lower end of the moisture absorption rotary disc can synchronously rotate along with the first partition plate 430, and because the first plate 441 of the second partition plate 440 is parallel to the first partition plate 430 and the center of the second partition plate 440 is positioned on the same vertical plane in the vertical direction, the first partition plate 430 and the second partition plate 440 can synchronously rotate, so that the air flow can be kept to smoothly flow in the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, and the indoor environment can be humidified better.
Alternatively, the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 are of the same plate-like structure, and the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 vertically intersect each other with their centers overlapped. In this way, the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 are disposed in a cross-shaped manner, and the first air inlet end 421, the first air outlet end 422, the second air inlet end 423 and the second air outlet end 424 separated by the first plate 441 and the second plate 442 are uniform in size, and have smaller air inlet area difference, so that better air inlet and air outlet can be achieved.
Alternatively, in case that the first partition 430 is located at the first position, the damping machine 400 is in an internal circulation state; with the first partition 430 in the second position, the damping machine 400 is in an externally circulated state. Thus, by controlling the position of the first partition 430, the state of the damping machine 400 can be switched, and the first partition 430 is driven to rotate according to the quality of the outdoor environment to change the communication relationship between the first chamber 412 and the second chamber 413, so that the damping machine 400 is in an external circulation or internal circulation state, the outdoor dirty air is prevented from entering the room, the outdoor air flow is selectively utilized, the dependence on the outdoor environment is reduced, the humidification stability of the indoor environment is improved, and the quality of the indoor air is maintained.
It will be appreciated that when the first diaphragm 430 is switched from the first position to the second position, the first diaphragm 430 is rotated 90 degrees in the counterclockwise direction, and when the second position is switched to the first position, the first diaphragm 430 is rotated 90 degrees in the clockwise direction.
As shown in connection with fig. 9-10, in some embodiments, a method for humidification includes:
the controller obtains a preset target temperature interval and an operation mode of the air conditioner in the preset target temperature interval;
the controller determines that the air conditioner operates in a heating mode, acquires a temperature difference between a set temperature and an indoor environment temperature, and acquires at least two preset humidity intervals and operation modes of the humidity regulator in different preset humidity intervals if the temperature difference is in a preset target temperature interval;
The controller obtains the relative humidity of the indoor environment, determines a target humidity interval in which the relative humidity is located from at least two preset humidity intervals, and controls the operation of the humidity regulator and the air conditioner according to the operation mode of the humidity regulator corresponding to the target humidity interval and the operation mode of the air conditioner corresponding to the preset target temperature interval.
According to the method for humidifying provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of heating and humidifying the indoor environment, the indoor environment is heated through the air conditioner, the temperature difference between the set temperature and the indoor environment temperature is located in the target temperature interval, the indoor environment temperature is close to the set temperature, then the indoor environment is humidified through the humidifying machine, the air conditioner and the humidifying machine are controlled according to different humidity intervals where the indoor relative humidity is located, the control process of heating through the air conditioner and then humidifying through the humidifying machine is adopted, the influence of the excessive humidity of the indoor environment on the heating efficiency of the air conditioner can be avoided, the humidity fluctuation of the indoor environment in the heating and humidifying process is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the comfort of the indoor environment is improved.
Optionally, in a preset target temperature interval, the air conditioner operates in the following manner: the compressor of the air conditioner runs at low frequency, and the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner is improved. Like this, under the target temperature interval of predetermineeing, indoor environment's temperature is close to the settlement temperature, indoor environment heating demand reduces, therefore the compressor low frequency operation of controller control air conditioner, the fan rotational speed of air conditioner improves, the compressor low frequency operation can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioner, reduce the heating capacity of air conditioner to indoor environment, make indoor environment's temperature keep in comfortable within range, the fan rotational speed improves can increase the amount of wind of air conditioner, the air flow of reinforcing indoor environment, and then improve humidification efficiency, make indoor environment's humidity more even.
Optionally, the preset target temperature interval is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 3 degrees. Thus, under the condition that the temperature difference between the set temperature and the temperature of the indoor environment is greater than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 3 degrees, the temperature of the indoor environment is close to the set temperature, and at the moment, the temperature of the indoor environment is more comfortable, and the user experience is better.
In some examples, in a preset target temperature interval, the compressor of the air conditioner operates at a speed of less than or equal to 40Hz, the fan of the air conditioner operates at a speed of more than or equal to 700r/min, if the temperature difference between the set temperature and the temperature of the indoor environment is in the preset target temperature interval, the temperature of the indoor environment is close to the set temperature, and at the moment, the temperature of the indoor environment is more comfortable, so that the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at a speed of less than or equal to 40Hz, the heating capacity of the air conditioner can be reduced, the temperature of the indoor environment is prevented from continuously rising, the temperature of the indoor environment is kept in a comfortable range, the fan of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at a speed of more than or equal to 700r/min, the air quantity of the air conditioner is increased, the air flow of the indoor environment is enhanced, and the indoor environment is humidified more efficiently.
Optionally, if the preset humidity interval is two preset humidity intervals: a first preset humidity interval and a second preset humidity interval; the operation mode of the damping machine under different preset humidity intervals comprises the following steps: the operation mode of the damping machine under the first preset humidity interval is as follows: humidifying by a humidifying machine; the operation mode of the damping machine in the second preset humidity interval is as follows: the damping machine is stopped. Like this, the controller is through obtaining first default humidity interval and second default humidity period and the operation mode of damping machine under first default humidity interval and second default humidity interval, better is controlled damping machine, and when indoor environment's relative humidity is under first default humidity interval, indoor environment's relative humidity is less, and the travelling comfort is relatively poor, consequently needs control damping machine to humidify, improves indoor environment's relative humidity, and when indoor environment's relative humidity is under second default humidity interval, indoor environment's relative humidity is in comfortable within range, consequently controls damping machine to more energy-conserving carries out the humidification to indoor environment.
Optionally, the initial state of the humidity regulator is an internal circulation state when the humidity regulator is humidified in the first preset humidity interval and the second preset humidity interval. Thus, when the indoor environment is humidified by the humidity regulator, the air quality of the outdoor environment is unknown, so that the humidity regulator is controlled to operate in an internal circulation state in order to prevent low-quality air in the outdoor environment from entering the room.
It can be understood that the initial state of the damping machine is the state when the damping machine is just turned on.
Optionally, the first preset humidity interval and the second preset humidity interval acquired by the controller are defined by a first humidity set value and a second humidity set value, where the second humidity set value is greater than the first humidity set value. Thus, the controller is used for acquiring a first preset humidity interval and a second preset humidity interval defined by the first humidity set value and the second humidity set value, controlling the operation mode of the damping machine according to different preset humidity intervals of the relative humidity of the indoor environment, better controlling the operation mode of the damping machine, reducing energy consumption and improving the comfort of the indoor environment.
In some examples, the first humidity setting is 40%, the second humidity setting is 50%, the first preset humidity interval defined by the first humidity setting and the second humidity setting is less than 40%, the second preset humidity interval is greater than or equal to 40%, and less than or equal to 50%; under the condition that the relative humidity of the indoor environment is in a first preset humidity interval, namely the relative humidity of the indoor environment is smaller than 40%, the relative humidity of the indoor environment is lower, the comfortableness of the indoor environment is affected, the control of the humidity regulator is needed to start humidifying the indoor environment, at the moment, the air conditioner runs at a low frequency and the fan runs at a high speed because the temperature of the indoor environment is in a preset target temperature interval, and the temperature of the indoor environment is stable, so that the humidity of the indoor environment stably rises and fluctuates less in the process of humidifying the indoor environment through the humidity regulator, the air fluidity of the indoor environment is enhanced due to the fact that the fan of the air conditioner runs at a high speed, the humidifying efficiency is further improved, and the humidifying is more uniform; under the condition that the relative humidity of the indoor environment is in a second preset humidity interval, namely the relative humidity of the indoor environment is greater than or equal to 40 percent and less than or equal to 50 percent, the relative humidity of the indoor environment is proper, the comfort of the indoor environment is high, so that the control of the damping machine is required to be stopped, at the moment, the temperature of the indoor environment is in a preset target temperature interval, the air conditioner operates at a low frequency, the fan operates at a high speed, the temperature of the indoor environment is stable, and therefore, the temperature and the humidity of the indoor environment are in a comfortable range, and the control of the damping machine is further capable of reducing energy consumption.
