Optionally, the control device 120 is configured to compare the exhaust temperature with the set temperature and compare the exhaust humidity with the set humidity, so as to obtain a comparison result between the exhaust temperature and the set temperature and a comparison result between the exhaust humidity and the set humidity.
According to the exhaust gas treatment system of the dryer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the difference between the temperature and the humidity of the exhaust gas of the drying device and the temperature and the humidity required by a user (namely, the set temperature and the set humidity) can be determined by comparing the exhaust temperature and the exhaust humidity of the exhaust gas of the drying device with the set temperature and the set humidity of the air conditioner, the exhaust gas is treated by the air conditioner, and the exhaust gas is regulated to the temperature and the humidity required by the user, so that the cooling comfort and the heating comfort are met, and the health requirement of a consumer is met; in addition, because the exhaust gas of the heating type drying device is usually high-temperature and high-humidity gas and is different from the temperature and the humidity set by a user, the exhaust gas of the drying machine is subjected to targeted treatment, the control pertinence of the air conditioning device can be improved, the high-temperature and high-humidity gas is stably treated, the discomfort of the user is avoided, and the user experience is improved; in addition, the control device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be connected into the drying device and the air conditioner, so that the original drying device and the air conditioner which are operated in an isolated way are linked, the function expansion of equipment is realized, the exhaust gas treatment system of the dryer forms an intelligent home system, and the user experience is further improved.
Possible implementations of the above system in specific embodiments are further described below.
Optionally, the control device 120 is configured to determine whether to use the air conditioner 130 to process the exhaust gas based on the exhaust temperature and the exhaust humidity of the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 and the set temperature and the set humidity of the air conditioner 130, and includes:

specifically, the control device 120 may compare the discharge temperature with a set temperature, and the discharge humidity with the set humidity, and acquire the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity when the discharge temperature is greater than the set temperature and the discharge humidity is greater than the set humidity.
For example, an indoor temperature sensor and an indoor humidity sensor may be installed in the room, and data acquired by the indoor temperature sensor and the indoor humidity sensor may be directly acquired by the control device 120; the air conditioner 130 may collect the indoor temperature and indoor humidity, and transmit the collected indoor temperature and indoor humidity to the controller 120. It should be understood that the foregoing is an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the collection main body and the collection manner of the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity.
The control device 120 is configured to determine whether to use the air conditioner 130 to treat the exhaust gas based on the set temperature and the set humidity, and the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity.
Specifically, the control device 120 may determine whether to treat the exhaust gas using the air conditioner 130 according to a comparison result between the set temperature and the indoor temperature and a comparison result between the set humidity and the indoor humidity.
For example, in the case that the set temperature is less than the indoor temperature, it may be determined that both the discharge temperature and the indoor temperature are greater than the set temperature, the indoor temperature needs to be lowered, and the discharge gas is cooled by the air conditioner 130; when the set temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, it may be determined that the exhaust temperature is higher than the set temperature, the set temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, the indoor temperature needs to be raised, the exhaust gas may not be treated, and the heat of the exhaust gas may be recovered through the air conditioner 130; when the set temperature is equal to the indoor temperature, the exhaust gas can be cooled or directly exhausted to the outside.
For example, in the case where the set humidity is smaller than the indoor humidity, it may be determined that both the discharge humidity and the indoor humidity are greater than the set humidity, the indoor needs to be dehumidified, and the discharge gas is dehumidified by the air conditioner 130; when the set humidity is higher than the indoor humidity, it may be determined that the exhaust humidity is higher than the set humidity, the set humidity is higher than the indoor humidity, humidification is required in the room, the exhaust gas may not be treated, and heat recovery may be performed on the exhaust gas through the air conditioner 130; in the case where the set humidity is equal to the indoor humidity, the exhaust gas may be dehumidified or directly discharged outdoors.
It should be understood that the foregoing is an example for facilitating understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to specific processing modes, and those skilled in the art can specifically process the exhaust gas according to actual needs.
Optionally, the control device 120 is configured to compare the set temperature with the indoor temperature, and compare the set humidity with the indoor humidity, so as to obtain a comparison result between the set temperature and the indoor temperature, and a comparison result between the set humidity and the indoor humidity.
According to the exhaust gas treatment system of the dryer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the exhaust temperature and the exhaust humidity of the exhaust gas of the drying device are compared, and the set temperature and the set humidity of the air conditioner are compared; and comparing the set temperature with the set humidity and the indoor temperature with the indoor humidity, so as to determine the real difference between the temperature and the humidity of the exhaust gas of the drying device and the temperature and humidity required by a user (namely, the set temperature and the set humidity), accurately determine the gas treatment mode (in the case of only one comparison, the exhaust temperature is higher than the set temperature for cooling, but the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the real requirement of the user can be determined to be that the indoor temperature is raised, so that the exhaust gas does not need to be cooled), accurately treat the exhaust gas through an air conditioner, adjust the exhaust gas to the temperature and humidity required by the user, and improve the user experience.
Optionally, the control device 120 is configured to determine whether to use the air conditioning device 130 to process the exhaust gas based on the set temperature and the set humidity, and the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity, including:
the control device 120 is configured to determine to use the air conditioner 130 to treat the exhaust gas when the indoor temperature is less than the set temperature and the indoor humidity is less than the set humidity.
Specifically, when the discharge temperature is greater than the set temperature, the set temperature is greater than the indoor temperature; and the exhaust gas is treated by the air conditioner 130 when the exhaust humidity is higher than the set humidity, that is, when the exhaust gas is high in temperature and high in humidity, and when the indoor temperature is low in temperature and low in humidity, and when the user demand is temperature-raising and humidification.
Optionally, the treating the exhaust gas using the air conditioner 130 includes:
the exhaust gas is recovered by the air conditioner 130.
Optionally, the control device 120 includes an air inlet structure and an air supply structure, the air inlet structure is connected to the air outlet of the drying device 110, and the air supply structure is connected to the air inlet of the air conditioning device 130;
the air inlet structure is used for receiving the exhaust gas of the drying device 110;
the air supply structure is used for delivering the exhaust air to an air inlet of the air conditioner 130.
Specifically, the air outlet of the drying device 110 is used for exhausting the exhaust air, and the air inlet of the air conditioner 130 is used for intake air. The air intake structure and the air supply structure of the control device 120 are used to convey the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 to the air conditioning device 130, so that the air conditioning device 130 can process the exhaust gas. Alternatively, the air supply structure and the air intake structure may be exhaust pipes.
According to the exhaust gas treatment system of the dryer, the air inlet structure and the air supply structure of the control device are used for directly connecting the drying device with the air conditioning device, so that exhaust gas is not treated indoors (for example, the exhaust gas is directly discharged indoors and then treated by the air conditioning device), but is directly discharged by the drying device and then treated by the air conditioning device, the problems of heat and water loss in the indirect treatment process are avoided, and if the air conditioning device is used for recycling the exhaust gas, the heat and the water in the exhaust gas can be utilized to the greatest extent, and the resource waste is avoided; if the air conditioner does not process the exhaust, the air conditioner directly exhausts the outdoor, and the heat and the moisture in the exhaust gas can be prevented from influencing the indoor temperature and the indoor humidity, so that the air conditioner is restarted to perform temperature and humidity adjustment on the indoor air, the energy consumption of the air conditioner is saved, the environmental temperature and humidity change is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the air conditioning device 130 includes a fresh air structure;
specifically, the fresh air structure refers to a device or structure for air exchange between indoor air and outdoor air.
In the case that it is determined that the air conditioner 130 is used to process the exhaust gas of the drying device 110, the air conditioner 130 is used to operate the fresh air structure, and the air inlet of the fresh air structure is connected to the air supply structure.
Alternatively, in the case where it is determined that the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is treated using the air conditioning device 130, it means that: the exhaust temperature is greater than a set temperature, which is greater than the indoor temperature; and the exhaust gas is treated by the air conditioner 130 when the exhaust humidity is higher than the set humidity, that is, when the exhaust gas is high in temperature and high in humidity, and when the indoor temperature is low in temperature and low in humidity, and when the user demand is temperature-raising and humidification.
The air conditioner 130 is configured to operate the fresh air structure, and may start the fresh air structure when the air conditioner 130 does not operate the fresh air structure; it may also mean that the fresh air structure in the air conditioner 130 is in an operation state, and maintains the operation of the fresh air structure.
When it is determined that the air conditioner 130 is used to process the exhaust gas of the drying device 110, the air inlet of the fresh air structure is connected to the air supply structure, the air supply structure of the control device 120 is connected to the air outlet of the drying device 110, that is, the fresh air structure is used to supply air from the air outlet of the drying device 110, and the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is used to heat and humidify the room.
According to the exhaust gas treatment system of the dryer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is recycled by utilizing the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 to heat and humidify the room, so that the energy consumption of an air conditioner is saved. Optionally, the air conditioner 130 is further configured to, in a case where it is determined that the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is not treated using the air conditioner 130, convey the exhaust gas to the outside based on the exhaust duct.
The determination that the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is not treated by the air conditioning device 130 means any one or a combination of the following:
the discharge temperature is less than the set temperature;
the discharge humidity is less than the set humidity;
the set temperature is less than the indoor temperature;
the set humidity is less than the indoor humidity.
According to the exhaust gas treatment system for the dryer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the exhaust gas of the drying device 110 is discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipeline, the exhaust gas is not required to be subjected to secondary treatment through an air conditioner, the efficiency is high, the energy consumption is low, the indoor temperature and humidity can be ensured to meet the user setting, and the user experience is improved.
