Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The following describes an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The air conditioner control method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner control method of the embodiment of the present invention includes at least steps S1 through S3.
And step S1, responding to the humidification control instruction, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a humidification mode.
In the embodiment, when a user has a humidification requirement, a humidification control instruction is sent out by operating the remote controller, the air conditioner controls the air conditioner to enter a humidification mode according to the received humidification control instruction, and after the air conditioner enters the humidification mode, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the humidification mode so as to control the temperature and the humidity of the indoor environment in the humidification mode.
In the humidification mode, step S2 is to acquire a target set temperature, a target set humidity, an indoor ambient humidity, an outdoor ambient temperature, and an outdoor ambient humidity.
The target set temperature and the target set humidity are set in advance by a user according to the self requirement. Specifically, after the air conditioner is controlled to enter the humidification mode, the target set temperature, the target set humidity, the indoor environment temperature, the indoor environment humidity, the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment humidity are obtained in the humidification mode, and the indoor environment humidity and the indoor environment temperature are controlled by comparing the obtained temperature and humidity parameters with the target set temperature and humidity parameters.
And step S3, when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity is lower than the target set humidity, controlling the turning wheel humidifying device to start to increase the indoor environment humidity, stopping humidifying until the indoor environment humidity is higher than or equal to the target set humidity, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a sterilization and drying mode when a received shutdown control instruction is received.
In the embodiment, the adjustment of the indoor environment humidity is realized according to the relationship between the outdoor environment temperature and the target set temperature and the relationship between the outdoor environment humidity and the target set humidity.
For example, when the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity is greater than or equal to the target set humidity, the outdoor environment temperature and humidity are considered to meet the target set temperature, and at this time, the purpose of increasing the indoor environment humidity can be achieved only by introducing outdoor air into the room without starting the rotating wheel humidifying device.
When the outdoor environment temperature is less than the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity is less than the target set humidity, the outdoor environment temperature is considered not to meet the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity does not meet the target set humidity, at the moment, the rotary wheel humidifying device is controlled to start, humidifying indoor air is started through the rotary wheel humidifying device, so that the indoor environment humidity is continuously increased, until the indoor environment humidity reaches the target set humidity, humidification is stopped, and when the air conditioner receives a shutdown control instruction, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a sterilization drying mode, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the sterilization drying mode, the problem of bacterial breeding caused by the fact that the rotary wheel humidifying device is in a humid environment after humidification is completed can be avoided.
According to the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a humidification mode, the target set temperature, the target set humidity, the indoor environment humidity, the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment humidity are obtained in the humidification mode, when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity is lower than the target set humidity, the rotary wheel humidification device is controlled to be started to increase the indoor environment humidity, the humidification is stopped until the indoor environment humidity is higher than or equal to the target set humidity, and the air conditioner is controlled to enter a sterilization drying mode according to a received shutdown control instruction, so that the indoor automatic humidification control can be realized, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the sterilization drying mode according to the received shutdown control instruction after the humidification is finished, and the problem of bacterial breeding caused by the fact that the humidification device is in a humid environment for a long time is avoided, therefore, the influence of bacterial breeding on the health of a user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the wheel humidifier includes a box, a water tank disposed in the box, a water inlet valve disposed at a water inlet of the water tank, a water outlet valve disposed at a water outlet of the water tank, a water level sensor disposed in the water tank for detecting a water level, and a humidifying wheel disposed in the box and above the water tank, and the wheel humidifier is controlled to start to increase an indoor ambient humidity, including: and controlling the water inlet valve to be opened to add water into the water tank, closing the water inlet valve when the water level in the water tank rises to the upper limit value of the water level, controlling the humidifying rotating wheel to rotate, and controlling the fan to be opened to blow wet air into the room so as to increase the indoor environment humidity. By arranging the water level sensor, the automatic water inlet and outlet control of the water tank is realized according to the size relation between the water level of the water tank detected by the water level sensor and the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the water level.
In an embodiment, when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the target set temperature and the outdoor environment humidity is lower than the target set humidity, the rotating wheel humidifying device needs to be controlled to start, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened to add water into the water tank, the water level in the water tank is detected through the water level sensor arranged in the water tank until the water in the water tank rises to the upper limit of the water level, the water inlet valve is closed, the humidifying rotating wheel is controlled to rotate, the fan is controlled to be opened, so that the wet air is blown into the room, and the indoor continuous humidification is achieved. When the outdoor environment temperature and humidity do not meet the target set temperature and humidity, the rotating wheel humidifying device is controlled to be started so as to realize the indoor automatic humidifying control.
In some embodiments, after the wet air is blown into the room to increase the humidity of the indoor environment, the method further comprises: detecting the water level in the water tank, if the water level in the water tank is lower than the lower limit value of the water level, controlling the water inlet valve to be opened again, and adding water into the water tank so that the water level in the water tank is higher than the lower limit value of the water level and lower than the upper limit value of the water level; and if the water level in the water tank is higher than the lower limit value of the water level, continuously increasing the indoor environment humidity until the indoor environment humidity is greater than or equal to the target set humidity, controlling the humidifying rotating wheel to stop rotating and controlling the fan to be closed so as to stop increasing the indoor environment humidity.
In the embodiment, in the humidification process of the rotating wheel humidification device, the water level in the water tank needs to be detected through the water level sensor, whether the water level in the water tank is lower than the lower limit value of the water level or not is judged, if the water level in the water tank is reduced to the lower limit value of the water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be opened again, water is added into the water tank, the water level in the water tank is higher than the lower limit value of the water level and lower than the upper limit value of the water level, and therefore each layer of metal mesh on the humidification rotating wheel can be immersed in the water when rotating, the metal mesh and the water in the water tank have the largest contact surface area, and the humidification efficiency is maximized.
And if the water level in the water tank is higher than the lower limit value of the water level, continuously increasing the indoor environment humidity, judging whether the indoor environment humidity reaches the target set humidity or not in the process, and controlling the rotating wheel humidifying device to stop rotating and controlling the fan to be closed when the indoor environment humidity reaches the target set humidity so as to stop continuously humidifying the indoor environment.
In some embodiments, after stopping increasing the indoor ambient humidity, the method further comprises: acquiring indoor environment humidity at preset intervals, and controlling a rotating wheel humidifying device to start when the indoor environment humidity is smaller than target set humidity so as to increase the indoor environment humidity; and when the indoor environment humidity is greater than or equal to the target set humidity, controlling the rotating wheel humidifying device to stop rotating until a shutdown control instruction is received.
In an embodiment, after the rotating wheel humidifying device is controlled to stop rotating and the fan is controlled to be turned off to stop increasing the indoor environment humidity, the water in the water tank is not discharged, the indoor environment humidity is obtained again at preset time intervals, the relation between the indoor environment humidity and the target humidity is judged, and the rotating wheel humidifying device is controlled to be turned on or turned off according to the relation between the indoor environment humidity and the target set humidity until a shutdown control instruction is received. It can be understood that, when the shutdown control instruction is not received, the air conditioner is always in the humidification mode, and the turning-on or turning-off of the rotary wheel humidification device is controlled according to the relation between the indoor environment humidity and the target humidity.
In some embodiments, the receiving of the shutdown control command to control the air conditioner to enter the sterilization and drying mode includes: under the stoving mode of disinfecting, the control drain valve is opened to discharge the water in the basin, control electric heater unit and start, and reduce the fan rotational speed, so that indoor ambient temperature reaches preset temperature, with the stoving box.
In the embodiment, after the shutdown control instruction is received, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a sterilization and drying mode, and in the sterilization and drying mode, the drain valve is controlled to be opened so as to discharge water in the water tank, the electric heating device is controlled to be started, and the rotating speed of the fan is reduced so as to enable the indoor environment temperature to reach the preset temperature and dry the box body. It can be understood that after a shutdown control instruction is received, humidification is stopped, the drain valve is opened for draining, the PTC heating pipe is delayed to be closed, and the box body is dried to prevent bacteria from breeding.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner control method further includes: and when a sterilization and drying control instruction is received, the electric heating device is controlled to be started, and the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, so that the indoor environment temperature reaches the preset temperature.
In an embodiment, the sterilization and drying mode may be performed according to a received shutdown control instruction after humidification is completed, or may be performed according to a received sterilization and drying control instruction, and when the sterilization and drying control instruction is received, the electric heating device is controlled to be started, and the rotation speed of the fan is reduced, so that the indoor environment temperature reaches a preset temperature, for example, above 56 ℃, and self-sterilization at 56 ℃ is achieved.
For example, when a sterilization and drying control instruction is received, if the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor fresh air temperature is large or the quality of outdoor air is poor, the air conditioner is controlled to sterilize and dry to improve the indoor environment temperature in order to avoid discomfort of a user caused by rapid reduction of the indoor temperature due to introduction of the outdoor fresh air.
After the air conditioner operates for a period of time in the humidifying mode, the problem of bacterial growth easily occurs in the box body in a humid environment for a long time, so that the user actively starts the sterilizing and drying mode, and only the temperature compensation and the fan operate, so that the indoor environment temperature rises to 56 ℃ to achieve the sterilizing effect.
