As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for humidity adjustment, including:
s01, acquiring the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature by the processor;
s02, the processor determining a temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature;
and S03, the processor adjusts the humidity of the indoor environment according to the temperature difference interval in which the temperature difference is positioned.
According to the method for adjusting the humidity, when the humidity of the indoor environment is adjusted, the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature can be obtained, the humidity of the indoor environment is adjusted according to the temperature difference interval where the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is located, fluctuation of the indoor environment temperature in the humidity adjusting process is reduced in the process of adjusting the indoor environment humidity, the comfort level of the indoor environment is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
Optionally, the humidity control apparatus includes a first temperature sensor disposed indoors and a second temperature sensor disposed outdoors, and the processor acquires an indoor ambient temperature and an outdoor ambient temperature, including: the processor acquires an indoor environment temperature sent by a first temperature sensor arranged indoors and an outdoor environment temperature sent by a second temperature sensor arranged outdoors. Like this, detect indoor ambient temperature through first temperature sensor, detect outdoor ambient temperature through second temperature sensor, the processor acquires the indoor ambient temperature of its detection that first temperature sensor sent to and the outdoor ambient temperature of its detection that second temperature sensor sent, has improved the efficiency and the accuracy of obtaining of indoor ambient temperature and outdoor ambient temperature.
It is to be understood that the processor determining the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature means that the processor determining the difference between the relatively higher one of the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature minus the relatively lower one of the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature, the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature being the difference between the indoor ambient temperature minus the outdoor ambient temperature in a case where the indoor ambient temperature is greater than the outdoor ambient temperature, and the temperature difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature being the difference between the outdoor ambient temperature minus the indoor ambient temperature in a case where the indoor ambient temperature is less than the outdoor ambient temperature.
In some embodiments, the processor adjusts the humidity of the indoor environment according to a temperature difference interval in which the temperature difference is located, including: under the condition that the temperature difference is in a first temperature difference interval, the processor controls a fan of the humidity control equipment to be started, so that indoor air is discharged to the outside through the first heat exchange flow channel, and outdoor air flows into the room through the second heat exchange flow channel; under the condition that the temperature difference is in the second temperature difference interval, the processor controls a fan of the humidity control equipment to be started and adjusts the indoor environment temperature so that the temperature difference is in the first temperature difference interval; wherein the minimum value in the first temperature difference interval is greater than the maximum value in the second temperature difference interval. Thus, because the minimum value in the first temperature difference interval is greater than the maximum value in the second temperature difference interval, when the temperature difference is in the first temperature difference interval, the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is larger, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control equipment to be started, so that the indoor air is discharged to the outdoor through the first heat exchange flow channel, the outdoor air flows into the indoor through the second heat exchange flow channel, because the first heat exchange flow channel and the second heat exchange flow channel are adjacently arranged, and the micropores capable of exchanging heat and replacing water vapor are arranged between the first heat exchange flow channel and the second heat exchange flow channel, the heat exchange is carried out between the indoor air flowing through the first heat exchange flow channel and the outdoor air flowing through the second heat exchange flow channel, the air flow with relatively low temperature can cool the air flow with relatively high temperature in the heat exchange process, so that the water vapor in the air flow with relatively high temperature is condensed and replaced into the air flow with relatively low temperature through the micropores, heat exchange and water vapor replacement are completed, so that the effect of dehumidifying or humidifying the indoor environment is realized, and in the process of dehumidifying or humidifying, the fresh outdoor air flowing into the room can recover the heat of the indoor air exhausted to the outside, reduce the fluctuation of the indoor environment temperature in the humidity adjusting process, improve the comfort level of the indoor environment, reduce the energy consumption, when the temperature difference is in the second temperature difference interval, the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is small, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control equipment to be started, so that the indoor air exchange and the outdoor air exchange are carried out at the same time, adjusting the indoor environment temperature to make the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature within a first temperature difference interval, therefore, heat exchange and water vapor replacement are carried out between the introduced fresh air and the discharged indoor air, and the indoor environment is better dehumidified or humidified.
In some examples, the first temperature difference interval may be an interval greater than 5 ℃ and the second temperature difference interval may be an interval less than or equal to 5 ℃; under the condition that the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than 5 ℃, the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is large, and indoor exhaust air can well exchange heat and replace water vapor with outdoor fresh air, so that the indoor environment is well dehumidified or humidified; under the condition that the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 5 ℃, the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is small, the heat exchange and water vapor replacement effects between the indoor exhaust air and the outdoor fresh air are poor, and the dehumidification or humidification can not be guaranteed.
In a specific embodiment, when the temperature difference is in the first temperature difference interval and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than the indoor environment temperature, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control device to be turned on to dehumidify the indoor environment. Thus, in hot summer, the outdoor environment temperature is higher than the indoor environment temperature, the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is larger, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control equipment to be started, the indoor air is discharged to the outdoor through the first heat exchange flow channel, the outdoor fresh air flows into the indoor through the second heat exchange flow channel, because the outdoor environment temperature is higher than the indoor environment temperature, the indoor air flowing through the first heat exchange flow channel can cool the outdoor fresh air flowing through the second heat exchange flow channel in the indoor and outdoor ventilation process, the water vapor in the outdoor fresh air is condensed into the first heat exchange flow channel through the micropores and is discharged to the outdoor along with the indoor air, the humidity of the introduced fresh air is reduced, the indoor environment is dehumidified, the cold quantity of the discharged indoor air can be recovered, the temperature fluctuation of the indoor environment is reduced, and the indoor environment is dehumidified in the form of the introduced outdoor fresh air, the air quality of the indoor environment is improved.
In another specific embodiment, when the temperature difference is in the first temperature difference interval and the outdoor ambient temperature is less than the indoor ambient temperature, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control apparatus to be turned on to humidify the indoor environment. Thus, in cold autumn and winter, the outdoor environment temperature is less than the indoor environment temperature, and the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature is larger, the processor controls the fan of the humidity control device to be opened, the indoor air is discharged to the outdoor through the first heat exchange flow channel, the outdoor fresh air flows into the indoor through the second heat exchange flow channel, because the outdoor environment temperature is less than the indoor environment temperature, in the process of indoor and outdoor ventilation, the indoor air flowing through the first heat exchange flow channel can heat the outdoor fresh air flowing through the second heat exchange flow channel, simultaneously, the temperature of the indoor air in the first heat exchange flow channel is reduced, water vapor is condensed to enter the second heat exchange flow channel through the micropores, the humidity of the introduced fresh air is improved, the indoor environment is humidified, the heat of the discharged indoor air can be recovered, and the temperature fluctuation of the indoor environment is reduced, the indoor environment is dehumidified by introducing outdoor fresh air, and the air quality of the indoor environment is improved.
Optionally, the processor adjusts the indoor ambient temperature when the temperature difference is in the second temperature difference interval, including: the processor controls the indoor air conditioner to operate in a cooling or heating mode, and adjusts the indoor environment temperature. Like this, when the temperature difference between indoor ambient temperature and outdoor ambient temperature is less, the heat transfer volume between the indoor air exhaust and the outdoor new trend is less this moment, the effect of water quality replacement is relatively poor, can't satisfy dehumidification or humidification demand, consequently, the indoor air conditioner operation of treater control is under refrigeration or the mode of heating, adjust indoor ambient temperature, the temperature difference between time indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature is located first temperature difference within range, the temperature difference between indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature is great promptly, guarantee indoor heat transfer and the steam replacement between airing exhaust and the outdoor new trend, thereby guarantee the normal operating of dehumidification or humidification.
Optionally, controlling the indoor air conditioner to operate in a cooling or heating mode, and adjusting the indoor ambient temperature, includes: the processor determines the humidity adjusting requirement of the indoor environment, controls the air conditioner to operate in a cooling or heating mode according to the humidity adjusting requirement, and adjusts the temperature of the indoor environment. Thus, when the indoor environment is dehumidified, the indoor environment temperature is required to be lower than the outdoor environment temperature, and the temperature difference between the indoor air and the outdoor fresh air is in a first temperature difference interval, the indoor exhaust air can exchange heat and exchange water vapor with the outdoor fresh air, the outdoor fresh air is cooled by utilizing the indoor exhaust air, so that the water vapor in the outdoor fresh air is condensed and exchanged into the indoor exhaust air, the humidity of the outdoor fresh air flowing into the indoor space is reduced, and the indoor environment dehumidification effect is achieved, and when the indoor environment is humidified, the indoor environment temperature is required to be higher than the outdoor environment temperature, the temperature difference between the indoor exhaust air and the outdoor fresh air is in the first temperature difference interval, the indoor exhaust air can exchange heat and exchange water vapor with the outdoor fresh air, the indoor exhaust air is cooled by utilizing the outdoor fresh air, the water vapor in the indoor exhaust air is condensed and exchanged into the outdoor fresh air, so that the humidity of the outdoor fresh air flowing into the indoor space is improved, thereby play the effect to the indoor environment humidification, consequently the treater needs acquire the humidity control demand of indoor environment, then controls the operation mode of air conditioner according to the humidity control demand, corresponds the temperature of adjusting indoor environment, satisfies the demand of dehumidification or humidification better.
Optionally, the processor determines a humidity regulation requirement of the indoor environment, comprising: the processor obtains the indoor environment humidity, and the humidity adjusting requirement of the indoor environment is determined according to the humidity interval where the indoor environment humidity is located. Like this, the treater can acquire indoor environment humidity, and the humidity control demand of indoor environment is confirmed according to the humidity interval that indoor environment humidity located, improves the accuracy of the humidity control demand of confirming, adjusts the temperature of indoor environment according to the operational mode of humidity control demand control air conditioner better to dehumidify or the humidification to indoor environment better.
Optionally, the humidity control apparatus includes a humidity sensor disposed in an indoor environment, and the processor acquires the humidity of the indoor environment, including: the processor acquires the indoor environment humidity sent by the humidity sensor. Like this, detect indoor environment humidity through humidity transducer, the indoor environment humidity that humidity transducer sent is acquireed to the treater, has improved indoor environment humidity's acquisition efficiency and accuracy.
Optionally, the processor obtains humidity of the indoor environment, and determines the humidity adjustment requirement of the indoor environment according to a humidity interval where the humidity of the indoor environment is located, including: under the condition that the indoor environment humidity is in a first humidity range, the processor determines that the humidity adjusting requirement of the indoor environment is dehumidification; the processor determines that the humidity adjustment requirement of the indoor environment is humidification in a case where the indoor environment humidity is in a second humidity interval, wherein the first humidity interval may be an interval greater than 60% and the second humidity interval may be an interval less than 30%. Like this, when the indoor environment humidity that acquires at the treater is greater than 60%, this moment indoor environment humidity is higher, indoor comfort is relatively poor, indoor environment needs to dehumidify and reduces humidity, therefore the humidity control demand that the treater confirms indoor environment is the dehumidification, the operation mode that the air conditioner was controlled to the treater corresponding to the dehumidification demand, when the indoor environment humidity that acquires at the treater is less than 30%, indoor environment humidity is lower this moment, indoor comfort is relatively poor, indoor environment need humidify and improve humidity, therefore the humidity control demand that the treater confirmed indoor environment is the humidification, the operation mode that the treater corresponds to the humidification demand and controls the air conditioner, thereby control the refrigeration or the heating of air conditioner better.
In one particular embodiment, the processor controls the air conditioner to operate in a cooling mode in the event that the indoor environment has a dehumidification demand. Under the condition that indoor environment has the dehumidification demand, need make indoor ambient temperature be less than outdoor ambient temperature, consequently processor control air conditioner operation is under the mode of refrigeration, reduce indoor ambient temperature, make indoor ambient temperature and outdoor ambient temperature's temperature difference be located first temperature difference interval, utilize indoor air exhaust to cool down outdoor new trend, make the steam condensation replacement in the outdoor new trend get into indoor air exhaust and discharge to outdoor, reduce the humidity that flows into indoor outdoor new trend, dehumidify indoor environment.
In another specific embodiment, the processor controls the air conditioner to operate in a heating mode in the event that the indoor environment has a humidification demand. Like this, under the condition that the indoor environment has the humidification demand, need make indoor ambient temperature be greater than outdoor ambient temperature, therefore under the operation of treater control air conditioner heating mode, improve indoor ambient temperature, make the temperature difference of indoor ambient temperature and outdoor ambient temperature be in first temperature difference interval, utilize outdoor new trend to cool down indoor airing exhaust, make the steam condensation in the indoor airing exhaust get into outdoor new trend and flow into indoorly, improve the humidity of the outdoor new trend that flows into indoorly, carry out the humidification to the indoor environment.
Optionally, acquire the humidity control demand of indoor environment, control the air conditioner operation in the refrigeration or mode of heating according to the humidity control demand, adjust the temperature of indoor environment, still include: when the indoor environment has a dehumidification requirement and the indoor air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, the processor controls the heat exchanger of the humidity conditioning equipment to be communicated with the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, so that refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner flows into the heat exchanger to evaporate and absorb heat, and the temperature of the indoor environment is reduced; when the indoor environment has a humidification requirement and the indoor air conditioner operates in the heating mode, the processor controls the heat exchanger of the humidity conditioning equipment to be communicated with the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, so that the refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner flows into the heat exchanger to be condensed and release heat, and the indoor environment temperature is increased. Thus, when the indoor environment has a dehumidification demand and the indoor air conditioner operates in the refrigeration mode, the processor controls the heat exchanger of the humidity control device to be communicated with the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner, so that the refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner flows into the heat exchanger to evaporate and absorb heat, the outdoor fresh air flowing into the indoor is cooled, the indoor environment is cooled by the heat exchangers of the air conditioner and the humidity control device together, the temperature of the indoor environment is reduced more efficiently, the dehumidification is accelerated, when the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is not in the first temperature difference interval, the temperature of the outdoor fresh air introduced into the indoor is reduced by the heat exchanger, the fluctuation of the indoor environment temperature is reduced, the humidification demand is met in the indoor environment, and when the indoor air conditioner operates in the refrigeration mode, the heat exchanger of the humidity control device is controlled to be communicated with the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner by the processor, the refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner flows into the heat exchanger to be condensed and released, the outdoor fresh air flowing into the room is heated, the heat exchangers of the air conditioner and the humidity control equipment are utilized to heat the indoor environment together, the temperature of the indoor environment is improved more efficiently, the humidification is accelerated, and when the temperature difference between the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is not within the first temperature difference range, the temperature of the outdoor fresh air led into the room is improved through the heat exchanger, so that the fluctuation of the indoor environment temperature is reduced.
