Specifically, the humidifying body 4 may be made of a wet film or other high water absorption material. The lower part of the wet film is immersed in the water storage box 1, and the upper part of the wet film extends out of the water storage box 1 and is exposed in the air. The water in the water storage box 1 goes upwards along the wet film, and the fan blows air to the part of the wet film, which is positioned outside the water storage box 1, so that the air flow is humidified when flowing through the wet film. Further, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a UV light sterilizer 5, and light beams of the UV light sterilizer 5 irradiate the humidifying body 4, so as to further reduce the harm of the humidifier to the human body. Wherein, UV light degerming ware 5 mountable is in the inside or the outside of water storage box 1, and the water in the water storage box 1 reaches the degerming effect through the irradiation of UV light when going upward along with humidification body 4. Specifically, humidity transducer and fan respectively with controller communication connection, humidity transducer is used for the current relative humidity of sensing indoor environment and carries the controller with the testing result, and the controller can judge whether need strengthen the dehumidification according to current relative humidity. For example, when the humidity sensor detects that the current relative humidity is lower, the fan is controlled to increase the rotation speed so as to accelerate the air flow to take out the water in the water storage box 1. Or, the heating rod 9 is started to heat the water in the water storage box 1, so that the water is accelerated to escape from the water storage box 1.
Furthermore, the system also comprises a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor can adopt a temperature sensor carried by an indoor unit coil; or a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are directly integrated into a whole. The controller can compensate humidity according to current temperature and humidity, and adjust the output power of fan rotational speed and/or heating rod according to the calculated result so as to adjust humidity.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor unit drain pipe 3 and/or the indoor unit drain pipe 2 are connected to a three-way valve 6, a water inlet 61 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the outdoor unit drain pipe 3 or the indoor unit drain pipe 2, a first water outlet 62 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the water storage box 1, and a second water outlet 63 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the outside.
The three-way valve 6 is disposed on the outdoor unit drain pipe 3, for example, a water inlet 61 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the outdoor unit water collecting device through the outdoor unit drain pipe 3, and a first water outlet 62 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the water storage box 1 through the connecting water pipe 7. When the water amount in the water storage box 1 is insufficient, the water inlet 61 and the first water outlet 62 of the three-way valve 6 are communicated, and the condensed water and the defrosting water of the outdoor condenser sequentially flow through the outdoor drain pipe 3, the three-way valve 6 and the connecting water pipe 7 to enter the water storage box 1. When the water amount in the water storage box 1 is enough, the water inlet 61 of the three-way valve 6 is communicated with the second water outlet 63, so that the redundant condensed water or defrosting water is discharged from the second water outlet 63. Wherein the second water outlet 63 may be communicated to the outside through a pipe. Similarly, the connection relationship between the indoor unit drain pipe 2 and the three-way valve 6 and the water storage box 1 is the same as the connection relationship between the outdoor unit drain pipe 3 and the three-way valve 6 and the water storage box 1, and is not described herein again.
Further, a water level sensor 10 is installed in the water storage box 1, and the three-way valve 6 is in communication connection with the water level sensor 10. Specifically, three-way valve 6 is the solenoid valve, and level sensor 10 and three-way valve 6 respectively with controller communication connection, level sensor 10 are used for detecting the water level height in the water storage box 1, and the controller can be according to the case position of the high regulation three-way valve 6 of water level in the water storage box 1. When the water level reaches a set value, controlling the three-way valve 6 to communicate the water inlet 61 and the first water outlet 62; when the water level does not reach the set value, the three-way valve 6 is controlled to communicate the water inlet 61 and the second water outlet 63.
In the embodiment of the invention, the filter screen 8 is arranged in the communicating pipeline of the outdoor unit drain pipe 3 and the water storage box 1 and is used for filtering impurities of outdoor frosted water or condensed water so as to improve the quality of humidified water, reduce or avoid the regular maintenance of the humidifier and reduce the maintenance cost. Of course, the pipeline connecting the outdoor unit water discharge pipe 3 and the water storage box 1 includes a three-way valve 6, and the filter screen 8 may be disposed in the three-way valve 6, as shown in fig. 1.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor unit 200 is provided with a water collecting device for collecting condensed water or frosted water of the outdoor unit 200, wherein the water collecting device may be a water collecting tray arranged below the outdoor unit 200, and a water outlet of the water collecting tray is connected to a drain pipe of the outdoor unit. The mounting height of the water collecting device is higher than that of the water storage box 1, so that water in the water collecting device can naturally flow into the water storage box 1 under the action of gravity. Of course, the indoor unit 100 is also installed with a water collecting device for collecting condensed water or frosted water of the indoor unit 100, and the installation height of the water collecting device is also higher than that of the water storage box 1.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 includes a casing 101, the casing 101 is provided with an air inlet 1011 and an air outlet 1011, and an air duct communicating the air inlet 1011 and the air outlet 1011, the water storage box 1 is installed in the casing 101, a portion of the humidification body 4 located outside the water storage box is located in the air duct, and the fan is configured to drive air to flow into the air duct from the air inlet and flow out from the air outlet 1011. Air enters the air channel from the air inlet, is humidified by the humidifying body 4 and then is blown out from the air outlet 1011. The humidifying body 4 may be disposed at any position of the air duct, for example, a position near the air outlet 1011 or a position near the air inlet.
Further, the indoor unit 100 further includes an evaporator 102, and the evaporator 102 is installed in the air duct, that is, the air duct is a heat exchange air duct of the air conditioning heat exchange system. The humidifying body 4 is positioned in the heat exchange air duct. The fan is a cross-flow fan of the heat exchange system, namely the humidifying device and the air conditioner heat exchange system share one fan. The water storage box 1 can be installed in the heat exchange air duct or outside the heat exchange air duct, as long as the part of the humidifying body 4 outside the water storage box 1 is ensured to be positioned in the heat exchange air duct. The air outlet 1011 is an indoor air outlet corresponding to an air-conditioning heat exchange system. In the operation process of the air-conditioning heat exchange system, part of air after heat exchange of the evaporator 102 passes through the humidifying body 4 under the action of the cross-flow fan and then is blown out from the air outlet 1011, so that the humidifying effect is achieved. The air conditioner in the embodiment does not need to be provided with an independent humidifier air outlet, so that the structure of the machine shell 101 is simplified.
The invention also provides a humidification control method of the air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring the current relative humidity of the environment;
and S200, controlling the rotating speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 according to the current relative humidity.
Specifically, the current relative humidity of the environment may be detected by a humidity sensor and the detection result may be sent to the controller. The controller determines the rotating speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 according to the current relative humidity, and correspondingly controls the fan and the heating rod 9 to work. The humidifying body 4 absorbs water in the water storage box 1 to the outside of the water storage box 1, and air flow generated above the water storage box 1 flows through the humidifying body 4 under the action of the fan, so that moisture in the humidifying body 4 is diffused to the environment. As the rotation speed of the fan increases, the flow rate of air flowing through the humidifying element 4 per unit time increases, and the diffusion of moisture in the humidifying element 4 increases. The heating rod 9 is positioned in the water storage box 1 and used for heating the water in the water storage box 1, so that the water in the water storage box 1 is directly diffused to the environment in the form of steam. The heating efficiency of the heating rod 9 can be adjusted by adjusting the output power of the heating rod 9, so that the evaporation rate of water in the water storage box 1 is adjusted to increase the dehumidification strength.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the current relative humidity of the environment is obtained in step S100, the method further includes turning on the fan and the UV light sterilizer 5, that is, when the system turns on the humidification function, the UV light sterilizer 5 is turned on at the same time to sterilize the humidification body 4, so as to prevent the humidification body 4 from breeding bacteria, and ensure that clean humid air is output.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in step S200, controlling the rotation speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 according to the current relative humidity includes:
s201, acquiring the current temperature and the target relative humidity of the environment;
s202, determining humidity compensation to be carried out on the current relative humidity according to the current temperature and the target relative humidity;
s203, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 according to the humidity compensation.
Specifically, the current temperature of the environment may be detected by a temperature sensor and the detection result may be sent to the controller. Of course, a temperature/humidity sensor may be used to detect the current temperature and the current relative humidity of the environment. The target relative humidity can be self-contained in the system or can be set manually by a user according to self needs. The controller compares the current relative humidity with the target relative humidity, and performs temperature compensation on the current relative humidity at the current temperature according to the difference between the current relative humidity and the target relative humidity. And determining the proper fan rotating speed and the output power of the heating rod 9 according to the temperature compensation, and correspondingly controlling the operation of the fan and the heating rod 9.
In the embodiment of the invention, the rotating speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 can be adjusted according to the set relative humidity interval, so that the adjusting steps are simplified. Specifically, in step S200, the controlling the rotation speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod according to the current relative humidity specifically includes:
s204, if the current relative humidity is smaller than a first relative humidity threshold value, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be a first rotating speed, and controlling the output power of the heating rod 9 to be a first output power;
s205, if the current relative humidity is not less than the first relative humidity threshold and less than the second relative humidity threshold, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be a second rotating speed, and controlling the output power of the heating rod 9 to be a second output power;
s206, if the current relative humidity is not less than the second relative humidity threshold value, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be a third rotating speed, and controlling the output power of the heating rod 9 to be a third output power;
wherein the third rotational speed is less than the first rotational speed and the second rotational speed, and the first output power is greater than the second output power and the third output power.
Specifically, the first relative humidity threshold and the second relative humidity threshold may be provided by the system itself, or may be set manually by the user according to the needs of the user. The first and second relative humidity thresholds divide the humidity into three humidity range intervals. In this embodiment, the first rotation speed, the second rotation speed, and the third rotation speed of the fan, and the first output power, the second output power, and the third output power of the heating rod 9 may be calculated according to the temperature compensation, or may be preset fixed values.
For example, the first relative humidity threshold is 20% and the second relative humidity threshold is 40%. If the former relative humidity is less than 20%, judging that the environment is dry at the moment, controlling and adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to be the maximum rotating speed, and adjusting the output power of the heating rod 9 to be the maximum output power, so as to adjust the humidifying strength to be the maximum; if the relative humidity is not less than 20% and less than 40%, and the environment is judged to be relatively dry, controlling the adjusting fan to operate at the maximum rotating speed or at a large rotating speed, wherein the output power of the heating rod 9 is 0, and then closing the heating rod 9; if the former relative humidity is not less than 40%, and the environment humidity is judged to be appropriate at this time, the rotating speed of the adjusting fan is controlled to operate at a lower rotating speed, and the heating rod 9 is closed.
Further, if the current relative humidity is within a preset standard relative humidity range, the rotating speed of the fan is controlled to be the lowest rotating speed, and the heating rod 9 is controlled to be closed. The standard relative humidity can be carried by the system, and can also be set manually by a user according to the requirement of the user. The system adjusts the rotating speed of the fan and the output power of the heating rod 9 in real time according to the current relative humidity until the current relative humidity reaches the standard relative humidity range. For example, the standard relative humidity range is a relative humidity of not less than 50%. When the current relative humidity reaches 50%, the fan is controlled to operate at the lowest rotating speed and the heating rod 9 is turned off, and at the moment, the humidifying device enters a dormant state.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the three-way valve 6 is in communication with the water level sensor 10. Specifically, the controller is in communication with the three-way valve 6 and the water level sensor 10, respectively.
