技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于燃料喷射器的喷嘴和具有这种喷嘴的燃料喷射器。燃料喷射器,也称为喷射器喷嘴,是每台内燃机的重要组成部分,因为通过燃料喷射器将所需量的用于燃烧的燃料引入燃烧室。为了清洁燃烧,非常重要的是在喷射器的整个使用寿命期间保持所述喷射器尽可能快地打开和关闭,以便能够连续提供准确数量的燃料。
背景技术

发明内容

流体连接有利地仅通过喷嘴针的管状区域从至少一个开口延伸到用于接收加压燃料的储存器。因此,燃料通过管状部分向至少一个开口进行流入,所述管状部分也可以由孔实现。因此,燃料不再围绕所述喷嘴针流动,而是以燃料开口的方向在所述喷嘴针中流动。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于燃料喷射器(20)的喷嘴(1),其包括:
旋转对称喷嘴主体(2),其具有用于插入喷嘴针(4)的空腔(3),
喷嘴尖端(5),其设置在所述喷嘴主体(2)的纵向端部处,并具有用于排放燃料的至少一个开口(6),和
喷嘴针(4),其设置在所述空腔(3)中,并用于选择性地阻挡燃料流向所述至少一个开口(6),
其特征在于,
所述喷嘴针(4)在所述喷嘴尖端(5)的区域内是管状的,并且所述喷嘴针设计成用于将管状区域(7)内部的燃料引导至所述至少一个开口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴(1),其中从所述至少一个开口(6)到用于接收加压燃料的储存器(8)的流体连接仅通过所述喷嘴针(4)的管状区域(7)延伸。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述喷嘴针(4)通过放置到所述喷嘴主体(2)的座面(10)上而中断所述至少一个开口(6)与用于接收加压燃料的储存器(8)的流体连接。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述喷嘴尖端(5)具有朝向所述喷嘴针(4)的空腔(3)的锥形凸起(9),所述凸起特别地呈直立圆锥的形式,所述直立圆锥的尖端在所述喷嘴(1)处于关闭状态时伸入所述喷嘴针(4)的所述管状区域(7)的内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷嘴(1),其中用于排放燃料的所述至少一个开口(6)邻接所述锥形凸起(9)的侧表面,优选地使得:在所述喷嘴针(4)从所述锥形凸起(9)抬起的状态下,来自所述喷嘴针(4)的所述管状区域(7)的燃料能够通过在所述锥形凸起(9)处偏转一次并以直线从所述至少一个开口(6)流出。
6.根据前述权利要求4或5中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述锥形凸起(9)和所述喷嘴针(4)彼此同轴地布置。
7.根据前述权利要求4至6中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中围绕所述锥形凸起(9)尖端的所述锥形凸起(9)的侧表面的区域代表所述喷嘴针(4)的座区,所述座区在所述喷嘴(1)的关闭状态下与所述喷嘴针(4)接触。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述喷嘴针(4)在其面向所述喷嘴尖端(5)的端部部分具有倒圆边缘(11),并且优选地所述座面(10)与所述倒圆边缘(11)接触。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中用于排放燃料的所述至少一个开口(6)不连接至盲孔(12)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中用于排放燃料的所述至少一个开口(6)以其开口通道直接指向所述喷嘴针(4)的座区和/或直接从所述座区(10)延伸出。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中,所述喷嘴针(4)的所述管状区域(7)向上延伸至其远侧尖端,使得所述喷嘴针(4)在其远侧尖端具有管状出口。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述喷嘴针(4)的所述管状区域(7)是旋转对称的,并且优选地所述喷嘴针(4)的面向所述喷嘴尖端(5)的区域是旋转对称的。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1),其中所述喷嘴针(4)的外周长在其面向喷嘴尖端的一半中、优选地在其面向所述喷嘴尖端的三分之一中是恒定的。
14.一种燃料喷射器(20),其具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷嘴(1)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的燃料喷射器(20),还包括用于接收加压燃料的储存器(8),其中所述储存器(8)与用于排出燃料的所述至少一个开口(6)的流体连接仅通过所述喷嘴针(4)的所述管状区域(7)延伸。
