In addition, for the promotion of the airflow, the first fan is arranged on the air guide sleeve in the first embodiment. A second fan may be installed on the exhaust outlet to promote the exhaust of the exhaust gas, so as to promote the flow velocity of the gas in the oven.
The second embodiment:
the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the shelves in the second embodiment can be removed from the oven.
As shown in fig. 10, the base 1 is provided with wheel sets, and the shelf can be moved out of the oven. The wheelset is used for making things convenient for the removal work of goods shelves, sets up 6 wheels and constitutes the wheelset.

Claims (9)

1. A system for drying an insulating plate is characterized by comprising an oven and a shelf arranged in the oven, wherein air guide hoods are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the oven, each air guide hood is in a shape with a large outer end and a small inner end, the air guide hoods are used for introducing hot air, an exhaust port is arranged at the top of the oven, and the exhaust port is used for leading out waste gas;
the goods shelf comprises a base and a driving mechanism, a guide frame is arranged on the base, a first sliding frame and a second sliding frame are connected onto the guide frame in a sliding mode, the first sliding frame and the second sliding frame can respectively slide on the guide frame in the up-down direction, and the first sliding frame and the second sliding frame are distributed in the front-back direction;
the left side and the right side of the guide frame are respectively provided with a plurality of brackets, the base is provided with a left support rod and a right support rod, the left support rod is positioned on the left side of the guide frame, the right support rod is positioned on the right side of the guide frame, the bracket positioned on the left side of the guide frame is rotatably connected to the left support rod, the bracket positioned on the right side of the guide frame is rotatably connected to the right support rod, the brackets positioned on the left support rod are distributed along the up-down direction, and the brackets positioned on the right support rod are distributed along the up-down direction;
the inner side of each bracket is provided with a handle frame, each handle frame comprises a handle rod, and the handle rods are arranged along the front-back direction;
a plurality of fork frames are respectively arranged on the first sliding frame and the second sliding frame, and each fork frame comprises an upper fork rod, a lower fork rod and a fork opening positioned between the upper fork rod and the lower fork rod;
the brackets on the odd-numbered layers are matched with the fork frames on the second sliding frame, and the brackets on the even-numbered layers are matched with the fork frames on the first sliding frame;
the matching mode of the bracket and the fork frame is that a handle lever of the bracket is arranged in the fork opening;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the first sliding frame and the second sliding frame to perform reverse periodic reciprocating sliding.
2. A system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 1 wherein said base is provided with a plurality of wheels, said shelves being movable out of said oven.
3. A system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 1 wherein a first fan is connected to each of the outside of each air guide sleeve, the first fan being adapted to promote the entry of heated air into said oven.
4. A system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 1 wherein said exhaust vents are provided with exhaust fans for facilitating exhaust of exhaust gases from the oven.
5. A system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein said oven is provided with insulation.

The system for drying the insulation board according to claim 1, wherein the guide frame comprises four guide rods, each guide rod is vertically arranged, the four guide rods are distributed in a front-back direction, the first sliding frame is slidably connected between the two guide rods at the front side, the second sliding frame is slidably connected between the two guide rods at the rear side, the driving mechanism comprises a crank shaft, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a driving motor, the crank shaft is rotatably connected to the upper end of the guide frame, the driving motor is in transmission connection with the crank shaft, the crank shaft comprises a first crank rocker and a second crank rocker, the first crank rocker and the second crank rocker are distributed at two sides of the rotating axis of the crank shaft, the axis of the first crank rocker, the axis of the second crank rocker and the rotating axis of the crank shaft are located in the same plane, one end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected to the first crank rocker arm, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the first sliding frame, one end of the second connecting rod is rotatably connected to the second crank rocker arm, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the second sliding frame.

The system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 6, wherein guide wheel assemblies are respectively provided on both sides of said first sliding frame and both sides of said second sliding frame, the guide wheel assemblies comprising a wheel frame, a first clamping wheel and a second clamping wheel, the first clamping wheel and the second clamping wheel being respectively rotatably connected to the wheel frame, the guide wheel assemblies being adapted to cooperate with said guide bars;
the guide wheel assembly and the guide rod are matched in a mode that the first clamping wheel and the second clamping wheel are distributed on the front side and the rear side of the guide rod, and the side face of the first clamping wheel and the side face of the second clamping wheel are respectively contacted with the side face of the guide rod.

The system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 7, wherein said first and second gripping wheels each comprise a wheel shaft, each wheel shaft being provided with a wheel bearing at each end, said wheel carrier comprising an inner gripping group and an outer gripping group, the inner gripping group comprising two inner gripping units detachably connected together in an up-down direction, the outer gripping group comprising two outer gripping units detachably connected together in an up-down direction, the two outer gripping units being adapted to grip two wheel bearings located at the outer ends, the two inner gripping units being adapted to grip two wheel bearings located at the inner ends.
9. A system for drying insulation panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein said support comprises an outer frame having a rectangular shape and a plurality of bottom rods provided in the outer frame, the upper side of the bottom rods being lower than the upper side of the outer frame.
