The use process of the invention comprises the following steps: the metal plate is conveyed from one end of one side of the transverse conveying roller assembly 9, when the metal plate enters the upper part of the first conveying roller assembly 22, the second driving motor 12 of the first conveying roller assembly 22 is driven to stop rotating, the lifting oil cylinder 32 drives the three chain wheel square tube seats 30 to ascend, the driving chain drives the metal plate to ascend, the metal plate leaves the first conveying roller assembly 22, and the three driving chains rotate, so that the metal plate is driven to be conveyed to one end of the other side of the transverse conveying roller assembly 9, and the metal plate can be conveniently taken and packaged by workers.
It should be noted that the present invention may also use an infrared sensor to detect the metal plate, so as to control the operation of the driving elements such as the lift cylinder 32, the first driving motor 11, the second driving motor 12, etc., and the control circuit is based on the circuit connection of the existing elements, which belongs to the prior art and is not described herein again.

The lifting discharging device as claimed in claim 1 or 5, characterized in that the longitudinal conveying chain assembly comprises a chain wheel square tube base (30), the chain wheel square tube base (30) is provided with three chain wheels and is respectively arranged between the first conveying roller sets (22) and in gaps at two sides of the first conveying roller sets (22), the upper sides of the chain wheel square tube bases (30) are respectively provided with a plurality of chain wheel teeth (31), the lower ends of the three chain wheel square tube bases (30) are connected through a lifting frame (29), the lifting frame (29) is arranged in the conveying roller bases (21), and the lifting frame (29) is installed on the connecting plate (13).
