Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有隔音功能的墙纸及其制备方法,包括隔音层、基层,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石11‑15%、草木灰11‑15%、竹炭11‑15%、树脂41‑50%、石棉11‑15%,所述基层由无纺布制成。本发明所述的一种具有隔音功能的墙纸及其制备方法,通过蛏石、草木灰、竹炭、石棉的粉碎颗粒配合树脂粘接为支撑材料形成隔音层,以颗粒对声音进行折射,进而达到隔音的优良效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙纸领域,特别涉及一种具有隔音功能的墙纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸也称为壁纸,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。材质不局限于纸,也包含其他材料,现在装修过程中,为了提升墙纸的耐污性,经常使用高分子墙纸材料,比如PVC墙纸材料,现在,为了提升墙纸的综合性能,比如隔热性、隔音性,往往对墙纸材料进行发泡处理,但是,发泡速度不易控制,气泡的大小及气泡孔径往往较为分散,在成型后,墙纸的力学性能不均衡,隔音效果无法保证。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有隔音功能的墙纸及其制备方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种具有隔音功能的墙纸,包括隔音层、基层,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石11-15%、草木灰11-15%、竹炭11-15%、树脂41-50%、石棉11-15%,所述基层由无纺布制成。
优选的,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石12%、草木灰13%、竹炭15%、树脂45%、石棉15%。
优选的,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石14%、草木灰13%、竹炭15%、树脂43%、石棉15%。
优选的,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石15%、草木灰12%、竹炭14%、树脂45%、石棉14%。
优选的,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石15%、草木灰12%、竹炭13%、树脂47%、石棉13%。
优选的,所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石11%、草木灰13%、竹炭14%、树脂50%、石棉12%。
优选的,一种具有隔音功能的墙纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按份额准备原料;
S2:将蛏石、草木灰、竹炭、石棉打成细粉,过600目筛;
S3:将树脂热熔,并依次添加蛏石、草木灰、竹炭、石棉细粉,搅拌均匀;
S4:将胶体倒入模具中低温加热,保持半胶体半固体的形态,印压成型;
S5:将无纺布放置在隔音层的顶部印压、冷却、成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中,通过蛏石、草木灰、竹炭、石棉的粉碎颗粒配合树脂粘接为支撑材料形成隔音层,以颗粒对声音进行折射,进而达到隔音的优良效果,且绿色环保无污染。

本实施例涉及一种具有隔音功能的墙纸,包括隔音层、基层,隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石11-15%、草木灰11-15%、竹炭11-15%、树脂41-50%、石棉11-15%,基层由无纺布制成。

具体实施例二:
本实施例涉及一种具有隔音功能的墙纸的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按份额准备原料;

1.一种具有隔音功能的墙纸,包括隔音层、基层,其特征在于:所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石11-15%、草木灰11-15%、竹炭11-15%、树脂41-50%、石棉11-15%,所述基层由无纺布制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隔音功能的墙纸,其特征在于:所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石12%、草木灰13%、竹炭15%、树脂45%、石棉15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有隔音功能的墙纸,其特征在于:所述隔音层由以下份额的原料混合而成:蛏石14%、草木灰13%、竹炭15%、树脂43%、石棉15%。
