Abstract
本发明公开了一种立体结构实木复合板材及其加工方法,立体结构实木复合板材包含实木拼板芯、横撑板、纵撑板和结构板;所述实木拼板芯的上下两侧复合横撑板,组成长条板;长条板有多个,相邻的长条板之间设置纵撑板,组成大板,大板的上下两侧复合结构板;本方案通过横撑板和纵撑板对内部结构进行支撑,组成立体结构的实木复合板材,有效的降低减少板材在安装和使用过程中变形的风险,特便是应用于较高的定制衣柜的门板上,可以不使用调直器等部件,保证了产品质量,降低生产成本;其结构和加工方法易于规模化生产,具有较高的经济效益和社会价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体结构实木复合板材及其加工方法,属于实木结构复合板材技术领域。
背景技术
在家居行业中,定制家具已经成为了市场的消费主流,定制家具的主材是板材,结构均为板式结构,辅以五金件连接,容易规模化生产;但是定制衣柜的门,因为无框架,所以易变形,是目前行业的通病,一般需要通过安装调直器、拉直器等部件来解决变形问题,增加了定制家具的成本。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种立体结构实木复合板材及其加工方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种立体结构实木复合板材,包含实木拼板芯、横撑板、纵撑板和结构板;所述实木拼板芯的上下两侧复合横撑板,组成长条板;长条板有多个,相邻的长条板之间设置纵撑板,组成大板,大板的上下两侧复合结构板。
优选的,所述实木拼板芯由多个实木条块错位拼合组成。
优选的,所述实木拼板芯的上下两侧通过胶粘剂与横撑板热压复合。
优选的,所述实木拼板芯的纤维长度方向与横撑板的纤维长度方向互相垂直。
优选的,所述纵撑板的高度与长条板的厚度相等。
一种立体结构实木复合板材的加工方法,包含以下步骤:
①加工出多个实木条块,将多个实木条块拼合加工成实木拼板,多个实木条块的纤维长度方向相同;
②在实木拼板的上下两侧通过胶粘剂热压复合实木单板,形成拼合板,复合加工时,保证实木拼板的纤维长度方向与实木单板的纤维长度方向互相垂直;
③将拼合板沿着实木条块的纤维长度方向分割,形成多个长条板;
④在相邻的长条板中间设置纵撑板,将多个长条板和多个纵撑板按照设计尺寸拼合成大板;
⑤将大板砂光定厚,之后再大板的上下两侧复合结构板。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本方案通过横撑板和纵撑板对内部结构进行支撑,组成立体结构的实木复合板材,有效的降低减少板材在安装和使用过程中变形的风险,特便是应用于较高的定制衣柜的门板上,可以不使用调直器等部件,保证了产品质量,降低生产成本;其结构和加工方法易于规模化生产,具有较高的经济效益和社会价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种立体结构实木复合板材,包含实木拼板芯1、横撑板2、纵撑板3和结构板4;所述实木拼板芯1由多个实木条块5错位拼合组成,实木拼板芯1的上下两侧设置有横撑板2,组成长条板;长条板有多个,相邻的长条板之间设置纵撑板3,组成大板,大板的上下两侧复合结构板4。
该立体结构实木复合板材的加工方法,包含以下步骤:
①加工出多个实木条块5,将多个实木条块5错位拼合加工成实木拼板,多个实木条块5的纤维长度方向相同;
②在实木拼板的上下两侧通过胶粘剂热压复合实木单板,形成拼合板;复合加工时,保证实木拼板的纤维长度方向与实木单板的纤维长度方向互相垂直,图1和图2中的箭头方向为纤维方向的示意;胶粘剂可根据实际要求采用无醛胶或有醛胶;
③将拼合板沿着实木条块5的纤维长度方向分割,形成多个长条板,每个长条板均由中间的实木拼板芯1和上下两侧的横撑板2组成;
④在相邻的长条板中间设置纵撑板3,纵撑板3可采用无纤维方向的高强度无机材料人造板,纵撑板3的高度与长条板的厚度相等,将多个长条板和多个纵撑板3按照设计尺寸拼合成大板;
⑤将大板砂光定厚,之后再大板的上下两侧复合结构板4,结构板4可采用无纤维方向的人造纤维板,复合加工完成后,即形成立体结构实木复合板材。

1.一种立体结构实木复合板材,其特征在于:包含实木拼板芯(1)、横撑板(2)、纵撑板(3)和结构板(4);所述实木拼板芯(1)的上下两侧复合横撑板(2),组成长条板;长条板有多个,相邻的长条板之间设置纵撑板(3),组成大板,大板的上下两侧复合结构板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体结构实木复合板材,其特征在于:所述实木拼板芯(1)由多个实木条块(5)错位拼合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立体结构实木复合板材,其特征在于:所述实木拼板芯(1)的上下两侧通过胶粘剂与横撑板(2)热压复合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立体结构实木复合板材,其特征在于:所述实木拼板芯(1)的纤维长度方向与横撑板(2)的纤维长度方向互相垂直。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立体结构实木复合板材,其特征在于:所述纵撑板(3)的高度与长条板的厚度相等。
6.一种立体结构实木复合板材的加工方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
①加工出多个实木条块(5),将多个实木条块(5)拼合加工成实木拼板,多个实木条块(5)的纤维长度方向相同;
②在实木拼板的上下两侧通过胶粘剂热压复合实木单板,形成拼合板,复合加工时,保证实木拼板的纤维长度方向与实木单板的纤维长度方向互相垂直;
③将拼合板沿着实木条块(5)的纤维长度方向分割,形成多个长条板;
④在相邻的长条板中间设置纵撑板(3),将多个长条板和多个纵撑板(3)按照设计尺寸拼合成大板;
⑤将大板砂光定厚,之后再大板的上下两侧复合结构板(4)。
