A bar end painting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the end painting actuating mechanism is characterized in that a left slideway (1.3.1a) and a right slideway (1.3.1a), (1.3.1a ') and a left guide groove (1.3.1c) and a right guide groove (1.3.1c) are arranged on two sides of the support (1.3.1), a left steering boss (1.3.1d) and a right steering boss (1.3.1d ') are respectively arranged on one side of the left guide groove (1.3.1c) and one side of the right guide groove (1.3.1c '), and a sealing ring fixing boss (1.3.1 b) and a support paint through hole (1.3.1 e) are arranged on the upper portion of the support (1.3.1).
