Abstract
本发明提供了一种降糖膏,以重量份为单位,苍术30‑40份、山药30‑40份、生地30‑40份、丹参30‑40份、杜仲15‑20份、肉桂15‑20份、元参15‑20份、黄芪15‑20份、葛根12‑14份、五味子12‑14份、知母12‑14份、麦冬12‑14份、枸杞5‑7份、何首乌5‑7份、熟地5‑7份、桑枝8‑10份、青钱柳8‑10份、显齿蛇葡萄叶8‑10份、石斛8‑10份,经过水提取、发酵、凝膏制备而得。本发明所述的降糖膏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于降糖药物技术领域,具体是涉及到一种降糖膏及其制备工艺法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。可分1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病及特殊类型糖尿病。
糖尿病属于中医“消渴”范畴,表现为口干、多饮、尿频、消瘦等,其发生与“内忧外患”息息相关。禀赋异常为“内忧”,是先天养成,饮食、情志、少动等因素为“外患”。为后天所致。如过食肥甘厚味,滞胃碍脾,中焦壅滞,或活动减少,脾气呆滞,或情志失调。肝失疏泄,脾胃气机郁滞,都导致脾胃运化水液的功能受阻,则体内水液聚湿变浊生痰,化热伤津,导致消渴的发生,日久伤及肾脏,因此病位以脾、胃、肝、肾为主。糖尿病的病机演变基本按郁、热、虚、损四个阶段发展。初期,为前文所说的痰浊郁久化热,损伤阴津;阴伤日久,损及阳气,终至气血阴阳俱虚,脏腑受损,兼夹痰浊瘀血,并发症进一步发生和发展。阴虚或气虚为本,痰浊血瘀为标,多虚实夹杂。
评价一种降糖药物的优劣,需要全面衡量,不能光看降糖效果,还要看安全性、耐受性、依从性、价格因素以及是否具有心血管保护作用等等。
1、磺脲类
磺脲类降糖药是使用最早、应用最广的口服降糖药,主要通过刺激胰岛分泌胰岛素,增加体内胰岛素水平降低血糖。
临床常用的有糖适平、达美康、优降糖、美吡达、亚莫利等。
优点:疗效突出、价格便宜,是2型糖尿病一线用药,对心血管无不良影响,没有癌症风险。
缺点:容易发生低血糖及体重增加,个别病人会出现皮肤过敏反应、白细胞减少等。使用过程中会发生继发性失效。对老年人和轻中度肾功能不全者建议服用短效、经胆道排泄的磺脲类药物,糖适平更适合。
2、格列奈类
属于新一代促胰岛素分泌剂,代表药物有诺和龙、唐力,可与其他各类口服降糖药物及基础胰岛素联合使用。
优点:模拟餐时胰岛素分泌,可有效降低餐后高血糖而且不容易发生低血糖,对体重影响小,轻中度肾功能不全患者仍可使用;餐时即服,方便灵活,病人依从性好,对于进餐不规律者或老年患者更适用。磺脲类药物失效时,改用格列奈类仍可有效。
缺点:价格较高,使用不当也会引起低血糖。
3、GLP-1受体激动剂
目前我国上市的GLP-1受体激动剂有艾塞那肽(百泌达)、利拉鲁肽(诺和力)。
优点:除了能够显着降低血糖,还能减轻体重,降低血压、改善β细胞功能,显示出了延缓糖尿病进展及减少糖尿病心血管并发症的潜能,这种集多种药理作用于一身的特点是现有糖尿病治疗药物所不具备的;由于其具有符合生理需求的葡萄糖浓度依赖的降糖机制,因而低血糖风险很低。
缺点:有恶心、呕吐等消化道不良反应。临床应用时间短,价格昂贵,需注射用药,不推荐该药作为一线用药。
4、胰岛素及其类似物
临床常用的胰岛素和胰岛素类似物有:诺和灵R、诺和灵30R、诺和灵N、诺和锐、诺和平等等。
优点:胰岛素及胰岛素类似物是迄今为止控制血糖最强有力的武器,对肝肾无不良影响,所有不适合用口服降糖药的糖尿病人(如1型糖尿病、孕妇、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、肝肾功能不全患者等等)均可改用胰岛素治疗;早期使用胰岛素还可有助于保护和修复胰岛β细胞功能。
缺点:低血糖风险相对较高,可致体重增加,个别患者注射部位出现皮肤过敏或脂肪萎缩,注射给药给患者带来不便,胰岛素类似物的价格较高。
5、降糖中成药
优点:降糖作用虽弱,但无低血糖风险,而且不会增加体重;可通过“滋阴、活血、补肾”来改善症状、辅助调脂降压、防治慢性并发症;可与各类口服降糖药或胰岛素联合应用。
缺点:降糖效果欠佳,只能作为辅助治疗,服用不太方便,价格偏高。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种降糖膏及其制备工艺,具有明显的降糖作用且可以保护心血管。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
一种降糖膏,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
苍术30-40份、山药30-40份、生地30-40份、丹参30-40份、杜仲15-20份、肉桂15-20份、元参15-20份、黄芪15-20份、葛根12-14份、五味子12-14份、知母12-14份、麦冬12-14份、枸杞5-7份、何首乌5-7份、熟地5-7份、桑枝8-10份、青钱柳8-10份、显齿蛇葡萄叶8-10份、石斛8-10份。
优选的,所述桑枝、青钱柳、显齿蛇葡萄叶、石斛为富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛,所述富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛中硒含量均大于0.1μg/g。
优选的,所述降糖膏,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:苍术35份、山药35份、生地35份、丹参35份、杜仲17份、肉桂17份、元参17份、黄芪17份、葛根13份、五味子13份、知母13份、麦冬13份、枸杞6份、何首乌6份、熟地6份、桑枝9份、青钱柳9份、显齿蛇葡萄叶9份、石斛9份;
各组分在降糖膏中的作用,如下所述:
苍术属于化湿药,其药性辛、苦、温,归于脾、胃、肝经。临床具有燥湿健脾、祛风除湿、发表、明目的功效;苍术煎剂灌胃给药或醇浸剂皮下给药,可使正常家兔血糖水平升高,但对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病家兔则有降血糖作用;
山药性味平、甘、无毒。具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效。并且对肺虚咳嗽、脾虚泄泻、肾虚遗精、带下及小便频繁等症,都有一定的疗补作用;山药里面含有粘连蛋白,这种成分能够有着降低血糖的作用。所以山药也可以用于治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病人食疗非常棒的食材;
生地具有的清热、滋养阴液、滋生津液、凉血、止血的功效,可用于治疗热病损伤阴液、舌苔红绛、心烦口渴多饮、斑疹、消化系统疾病导致的吐血、鼻出血、咽喉肿痛、阴虚内热、糖尿病消渴、甲亢消渴、骨蒸劳热、肠燥便秘等病症。现代医学研究发现,生地还具有降血糖、降血压、抗肿瘤、减慢心率等作用;
丹参功效是活血化瘀、舒通血管,改善微循环。临床中主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗。
杜仲,其味甘微辛,性温,入肝、肾二经功能与主治是补肝肾,强筋骨,安胎。用于肾虚腰痛,筋骨无力,妊娠漏血,胎动不安;高血压;杜仲叶用于肝肾不足,头晕目眩,腰膝酸痛,筋骨痿软。说明了杜仲具有调节血压、血脂的功能;
肉桂入药具有补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉的功效,常用来治疗命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒等病症;肉桂提取物能改善胰岛素作用,通过刺激脂肪细胞自身磷酸化的胰岛素受体,增加体内葡萄糖的吸收,同时下调糖原合酶的活性,从而提高胰岛素的敏感性;
元参性味,苦,咸,微寒,主要有清热保津,滋阴清热,凉血止血,泻火解毒,软坚散结;
黄芪,主要的作用是补气、益气、固表、止汗、升阳,可以作为糖尿病患者治疗过程中的一个辅助用药;
葛根所含的黄酮类化合物有降血脂作用,能降低血清胆固醇,降低油三酯,用于治疗高血糖,高血脂病症,有显着疗效;
五味子具有收敛、固涩、益气、生津、补肾、宁心等作用,用于遗尿、尿频、久泻不止、自汗、盗汗、津伤、口渴、短气、脉虚、内热、消渴等心悸失眠等症状;
知母性味苦、甘,归肺、胃、肾三经,有清热泻火,滋阴生津,润燥消渴的功效;
麦冬性味甘、微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经。养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,虚痨咳嗽,津伤口渴,心烦失眠,内热消渴,肠燥便秘,咽白喉;
枸杞,性味甘平,主治滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明;
何首乌,块根入药,可安神、养血、活络,消痈、杀菌;何首乌中富含的蒽醌类物质,具有有效的抗病毒的作用;何首乌可降低体内胆固醇含量和血糖浓度,临床上可用于治疗血压和糖尿病等;
熟地,性味甘,微温,具有补血养阴、填精益髓、滋肾养肝之功效,适用于月经不调、腰膝酸痛、遗精盗汗、头晕心悸、失眠、眼花、脱发、肺结核、糖尿病等症;
桑枝其药性微苦、平,归于肝经,具有祛风通络,行水消肿的功效;
青钱柳,具有健脾化湿、清热通腑、疏肝理气、滋阴补肾的作用;
显齿蛇葡萄,性凉;味苦;归心、肝、肾经。功效清热利湿、散瘀止血、解毒;
石斛,性微寒,味甘。归胃经、肾经。益胃生津、滋阴清热。属补虚药下属分类的补阴药;具有调节平滑肌的作用;对心脏有抑制作用,大剂量可降低心肌收缩力,降低血压并抑制呼吸;可增强机体免疫功能,延缓衰老;
同样的,本发明也提供了一种降糖膏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料配比,称取富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒寄生石斛、葛根、五味子、知母、麦冬苍术、山药、生地、杜仲、肉桂、元参、黄芪、丹参、枸杞、何首乌、熟地,混合均匀后,加入5倍重量的水,在70-80℃下保温5h,再将物料转移到超声装置上进行超声提取;过滤,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;
S2、往一次滤渣中加入3倍重量的水,在微波条件下提取,提取结束后,过滤,得到二次滤液,合并一次滤液和二次滤液,再次进行过滤,过掉不溶物,得到发酵原液;
S3、将发酵原液浓缩至原体积的1/3,转移到发酵罐内待进行发酵,发酵前,先进行高温高压灭菌,灭菌时间为1h,灭菌完成后,冷却至28℃,并将培育24h后的干酪乳杆菌菌液、植物乳杆菌菌液混入发酵罐内进行发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃,发酵时间为48h,得到发酵液;
S4、称取肉桂皮,采取蒸馏得到肉桂油;
S5、往发酵液中加入乳化剂、肉桂油加入发酵液中,再加入甜菊糖,搅拌凝膏后得到降糖膏。
优选的,所述干酪乳杆菌菌接种量为发酵原液体积的2%。
优选的,所述植物乳杆菌接种量为发酵原液体积的3%。
优选的,所述发酵过程中控制发酵原液的pH=5.5-6。
上述所述的发酵原液经过干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的接种发酵后,在发酵过程中产生了大量的益生菌,而益生菌具有以下特性:①对宿主有益;②无毒性作用和无致病作用;③能在消化道存活;④能适应胃酸和胆盐;⑤能在消化道表面定植;⑥能够产生有用的酶类和代谢物;⑦在加工和贮存过程中能保持活性;⑧具有良好的感官特性。
优选,所述肉桂皮采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法来制备肉桂油;具体为将肉桂皮粉碎,平铺于蒸馏桶内筛网上,蒸汽发生器内加适量纯水,打开蒸汽发生器开关开始蒸馏,在蒸汽压力为0.25MPa,的条件下蒸馏90min馏出液为乳白色液体,待馏出液颜色变浅时停止蒸馏;用二氯甲烷溶剂萃取收集的馏出液,萃取液浓缩,得到肉桂油。
在本发明中,所述的乳化剂为卵磷脂,加入量为发酵液体积的1%,所述甜菊糖加入量为发酵液体积的0.5%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
糖尿病容易并发各种并发症,比如心脑血管疾病、糖尿病眼底病变、糖尿病足等疾病都与血瘀有关,而瘀血是贯穿糖尿病发病始终的重要病机。所以在本发明中,以丹参、苍术、山药、生地为主药,可以活血化瘀,促进血液循环,对治疗高血糖非常适合、有效,其余配伍符合君臣佐使原则,可以有效的保护心血管;同时经过发酵处理后,降糖膏中含有大量的益生菌,方便人体吸收,而且中草药在提取过程中使用了超声及微波提取,能够最大程度的将各组分的有效成分提取出来,有利的保障降糖膏中的有益成分,可以高效的进行降压降糖以及保护心血管。

所述桑枝、青钱柳、显齿蛇葡萄叶、石斛为富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛,且硒含量均大于0.1μg/g。
一种降糖膏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料配比,称取富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒寄生石斛、葛根、五味子、知母、麦冬苍术、山药、生地、杜仲、肉桂、元参、黄芪、丹参、枸杞、何首乌、熟地,混合均匀后,加入5倍重量的水,在70℃下保温5h,再将物料转移到超声装置上进行超声提取;过滤,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;
S2、往一次滤渣中加入3倍重量的水,在微波条件下提取,提取结束后,过滤,得到二次滤液,合并一次滤液和二次滤液,再次进行过滤,过掉不溶物,得到发酵原液;
S3、将发酵原液浓缩至原体积的1/3,转移到发酵罐内待进行发酵,发酵前,先进行高温高压灭菌,灭菌时间为1h,灭菌完成后,冷却至28℃,并将培育24h后的干酪乳杆菌菌液、植物乳杆菌菌液混入发酵罐内进行发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃,发酵时间为48h,得到发酵液;所述干酪乳杆菌菌接种量为发酵原液体积的2%、所述植物乳杆菌接种量为发酵原液体积的3%、所述发酵过程中控制发酵原液的pH=5.5-6;
S4、称取肉桂皮,采取蒸馏得到肉桂油;可以采用常规的蒸馏水的方式来蒸馏制备
S5、往发酵液中加入乳化剂(1%卵磷脂)、肉桂油加入发酵液中,再加入(0.5%)甜菊糖,搅拌凝膏后得到降糖膏。
实施例2
一种降糖膏,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
苍术40份、山药40份、生地40份、丹参40份、杜仲20份、肉桂20份、元参20份、黄芪20份、葛根14份、五味子14份、知母14份、麦冬14份、枸杞7份、何首乌7份、熟地7份、桑枝10份、青钱柳10份、显齿蛇葡萄叶10份、石斛10份。
所述桑枝、青钱柳、显齿蛇葡萄叶、石斛为富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛,且硒含量均大于0.1μg/g。
一种降糖膏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料配比,称取富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒寄生石斛、葛根、五味子、知母、麦冬苍术、山药、生地、杜仲、肉桂、元参、黄芪、丹参、枸杞、何首乌、熟地,混合均匀后,加入5倍重量的水,在80℃下保温5h,再将物料转移到超声装置上进行超声提取;过滤,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;
S2、往一次滤渣中加入3倍重量的水,在微波条件下提取,提取结束后,过滤,得到二次滤液,合并一次滤液和二次滤液,再次进行过滤,过掉不溶物,得到发酵原液;

苍术35份、山药35份、生地35份、丹参35份、杜仲17份、肉桂17份、元参17份、黄芪17份、葛根13份、五味子13份、知母13份、麦冬13份、枸杞6份、何首乌6份、熟地6份、桑枝9份、青钱柳9份、显齿蛇葡萄叶9份、石斛9份。
所述桑枝、青钱柳、显齿蛇葡萄叶、石斛为富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛,且硒含量均大于0.1μg/g。
一种降糖膏的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料配比,称取富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒寄生石斛、葛根、五味子、知母、麦冬苍术、山药、生地、杜仲、肉桂、元参、黄芪、丹参、枸杞、何首乌、熟地,混合均匀后,加入5倍重量的水,在75℃下保温5h,再将物料转移到超声装置上进行超声提取;过滤,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;
S2、往一次滤渣中加入3倍重量的水,在微波条件下提取,提取结束后,过滤,得到二次滤液,合并一次滤液和二次滤液,再次进行过滤,过掉不溶物,得到发酵原液;
S3、将发酵原液浓缩至原体积的1/3,转移到发酵罐内待进行发酵,发酵前,先进行高温高压灭菌,灭菌时间为1h,灭菌完成后,冷却至28℃,并将培育24h后的干酪乳杆菌菌液、植物乳杆菌菌液混入发酵罐内进行发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃,发酵时间为48h,得到发酵液;所述干酪乳杆菌菌接种量为发酵原液体积的2%、所述植物乳杆菌接种量为发酵原液体积的3%、所述发酵过程中控制发酵原液的pH=5.5-6;
S4、称取肉桂皮,采取蒸馏得到肉桂油;可以采用常规的蒸馏水的方式来蒸馏制备
S5、往发酵液中加入乳化剂(1%卵磷脂)、肉桂油加入发酵液中,再加入(0.5%)甜菊糖,搅拌凝膏后得到降糖膏。
实施例1-实施例3中的超声提取,工艺参数为:功率150W,温度30℃,时间1h;微波提取,工艺参数为:功率400W,温度30℃,时间10min。
试验1高血糖的影响
对四氧嘧啶所致大鼠高血糖的影响大鼠120只,10只作为正常对照,其余大鼠禁食24小时后腹腔注射四氧嘧啶180mg/Kg(1ml/100g),注射四氧嘧啶48小时后取大鼠空腹血,(禁食16小时),测其血糖,选择血糖值13~25mmol/L的动物60只用于试验,按血糖值随机分为糖尿病模型组、玉泉丸组1.0g/Kg、降糖膏1.5g/Kg,每日灌胃给药或等量的蒸馏水一次,给药容积2ml/200g,连续14天,于末次给药1小时后取大鼠空腹血,测其血糖,记录血糖变化情况,并汇总至下表1;

因此,从上表1,可以看出实施例1-实施例3的姜糖膏,在对四氧嘧啶所致大鼠高血糖,降糖效果趋同于玉泉丸,具有较为明显的降糖能力。
试验2保护心血管
随机选取心血管患者50例进行研究,其中男26例,女24例,年龄40~70岁,病程1~12年,冠心病患者13例,高血压患者20例,高血脂患者12例,其他疾病5例。根据治疗方式不同分为A、B两组,其中A组28例,B组22例,两组患者一般资料对比(其中B组包括高血压患者12例、高血压患者10例)。
方法
对患者临床资料进行回顾分析,统计患者临床治疗情况及效果。A组患者均采用常规对症疗法,具体包括扩张血管、控制血压、营养心肌、吸氧、镇静以及心理干预、饮食干预等疗法。B组患者在常规治疗的同时给予本发明实施例3的降糖膏进行治疗,口服,每日3次,每次10ml(剂量:1.5g/Kg)。治疗以4周为一疗程,共治疗4个疗程。
观察指标
调查患者治疗前后的血压控制情况、生活质量、心理状态,其中生活质量评价采用SF-36评价量表进行,心理状态评价采用以SAS量表进行。统计患者治疗期间的心血管事件及并发症发生率。治疗效果评价:心绞痛减少次数超过治疗前50%以上,但未达到90%者为有效;心绞痛症状无减少或是减少次数不足治疗前总数的50%为无效,然后患者全部进行心电图测试,得出情况:治疗后ST-T段恢复正常为显效;治疗后ST-T段恢复接近正常为有效,治疗后心电图与治疗前基本相同或无改变者为无效。相关观察结果,汇总至表2。

从上表的观察结果,可以看出,B组的患者在经过施用本发明所述的降糖膏后,高血压患者12例、高血压患者10例的心血管治疗,均为有效,其中显效打到15例,说明该降糖膏对心血管具有一定的保护作用。
本领域技术人员将认识到,对以上描述做出众多变通是可能的,所以实施例仅是用来描述一个或多个特定实施方式。

Claims (8)
1.一种降糖膏,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:
苍术30-40份、山药30-40份、生地30-40份、丹参30-40份、杜仲15-20份、肉桂15-20份、元参15-20份、黄芪15-20份、葛根12-14份、五味子12-14份、知母12-14份、麦冬12-14份、枸杞5-7份、何首乌5-7份、熟地5-7份、桑枝8-10份、青钱柳8-10份、显齿蛇葡萄叶8-10份、石斛8-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降糖膏,其特征在于,所述桑枝、青钱柳、显齿蛇葡萄叶、石斛为富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种降糖膏,其特征在于,所述富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒石斛中硒含量均大于0.1μg/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降糖膏,其特征在于,所述降糖膏,以重量份为单位,包括以下组分:苍术35份、山药35份、生地35份、丹参35份、杜仲17份、肉桂17份、元参17份、黄芪17份、葛根13份、五味子13份、知母13份、麦冬13份、枸杞6份、何首乌6份、熟地6份、桑枝9份、青钱柳9份、显齿蛇葡萄叶9份、石斛9份。
5.一种降糖膏的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照原料配比,称取富硒桑枝、富硒青钱柳、富硒显齿蛇葡萄叶、富硒寄生石斛、葛根、五味子、知母、麦冬苍术、山药、生地、杜仲、肉桂、元参、黄芪、丹参、枸杞、何首乌、熟地,混合均匀后,加入5倍重量的水,在70-80℃下保温5h,再将物料转移到超声装置上进行超声提取;过滤,得到一次滤液和一次滤渣;
S2、往一次滤渣中加入3倍重量的水,在微波条件下提取,提取结束后,过滤,得到二次滤液,合并一次滤液和二次滤液,再次进行过滤,过掉不溶物,得到发酵原液;
S3、将发酵原液浓缩至原体积的1/3,转移到发酵罐内待进行发酵,发酵前,先进行高温高压灭菌,灭菌时间为1h,灭菌完成后,冷却至28℃,并将培育24h后的干酪乳杆菌菌液、植物乳杆菌菌液混入发酵罐内进行发酵,发酵温度控制在25℃,发酵时间为48h,得到发酵液;
S4、称取肉桂皮,采取蒸馏得到肉桂油;
S5、往发酵液中加入乳化剂、肉桂油加入发酵液中,再加入甜菊糖,搅拌凝膏后得到降糖膏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种降糖膏的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述干酪乳杆菌菌接种量为发酵原液体积的2%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种降糖膏的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述植物乳杆菌接种量为发酵原液体积的3%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种降糖膏的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述发酵过程中控制发酵原液的pH=5.5-6。
