Description

Simple method for rapid domestication of zander
Technical Field
The invention relates to a zander domestication method.
Background
The zander lucioperca element is called as the freshwater fish king, is fat and thick in body and meat, rich in nutrition, tender in meat quality and delicious in taste, and is a new object of freshwater aquaculture with high-quality development potential. The traditional zander breeding mode is live bait feeding, the breeding cost is higher, the development of the zander industry is not facilitated, and in order to solve the problem of zander bait, the existing scholars domesticate the zander fries, but the problems of long domestication time, low survival rate and large domestication risk generally exist. For example, the Chinese patent with the application number of 201410149678.6 discloses a method for domesticating zander seedlings by adopting a mode of 'using live baits → surimi → soft pellet feed → hard pellet feed', the domesticating survival rate is improved from 30% to 73%, and an advanced idea is provided for the domestication of the zander. However, this method has 4 problems: firstly, the average body length of domesticated fries is 3-6 cm, the average body length is 4.8cm, the fries are large, zander can kill each other by self after being 2.5cm above, and excessive domestication specifications inevitably cause that a part of zander is swallowed mutually, which is not beneficial to controlling the breeding cost; secondly, the domestication time is as long as more than 46 days, the domestication time is long, the zander domestication is usually carried out in a circulation workshop, the water body of the circulation workshop is relatively small, and the water quality in the zander domestication process is unstable, so that fish diseases are easy to erupt; thirdly, the space of a circulating workshop is small, and the long domestication time is not beneficial to the rapid growth of the zander; 4. the domestication process is complex, the operation flow needs relatively professional aquatic workers, and the farmer is difficult to operate.
