背景技术:
水凝胶(Hydrogel)是以水为分散介质的凝胶。具有网状交联结构的水溶性高分子中引入一部分疏水基团和亲水残基,亲水残基与水分子结合,将水分子连接在网状内部,而疏水残基遇水膨胀的交联聚合物。是一种高分子网络体系,性质柔软,能保持一定的形状,能吸收大量的水。
目前市场上医用水凝胶产品的生产工艺主要是产品涂布,分切片材,固化后再分切,一般产品分切后需要12小时以上才可以固化,批量生产时需要大量晾晒架放置产品,影响产品生产效率及占用大量空间。
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,克服现有技术的不足,本发明拟提供一种一种医用水凝胶卷材及其制备方法;解决现有水凝胶产品固化时间长,占用大量空间的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案如下,一种医用水凝胶卷材,包括背衬层、水凝胶层及防粘层,所述水凝胶层涂覆于背衬层上,所述水凝胶层上还附着黏贴有防粘层;所述水凝胶层组分包括:甘油15份-30份,聚丙烯酸钠4份-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02份-0.2份,甘羟铝0.1份-0.25份,结晶氯化铝0.01份-0.1份,去离子水60份-80份,酒石酸0.08份-0.30份,聚丙烯酸0.5份-2份。

第二步:水相配置;按配比将去离子水加入桶中,再按配比加入聚丙烯酸,搅拌均匀至无明显可见颗粒,再将按配比称好的酒石酸、防腐剂倒入水中搅拌均匀;
第三步:真空搅拌;将油相和水相依次倒入真空搅拌罐中,然后再抽真空到-80mpa,然后快搅2-3分钟,搅拌速度为90rpm-100rpm,再慢搅5-6分钟,搅拌速度为30rpm-50rpm;然后,将真空搅拌机混合搅拌均匀后的水凝胶投入涂布机;
第四步:涂布收卷;将第三步制得的水凝胶涂布于背衬层上,然后在水凝胶上表面复上防粘层;然后依次通过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道,然后对产品进行收卷;收卷直径为3寸-6寸。

第一烘道温度为100℃,长度为0.45m;第一风道风机吹的风温度为50℃,长度为0.4m;第二烘道温度为70℃,长度为2m;第二风道温度为12℃,长度为0.8m;卷材经过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道的速度为1.5m/min。
实施例4
一种医用水凝胶卷材及其制备方法:
油相配置:按配比称取甘油30份,然后把6份聚丙烯酸钠,0.2份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.15份甘羟铝,0.05份结晶氯化铝加入锅中,用搅拌器按压粉料,让甘油浸润粉末,中速搅5分钟,让甘油与粉末充分搅拌均匀;水相配置:按配方将62.05份去离子水加入桶中,再按配方加入1份聚丙烯酸,搅拌均匀,直至在水无明显可见颗粒,再将称好的0.25份酒石酸、0.3份防腐剂倒入水中搅拌均匀;真空搅拌:将油相和水相依次倒入真空搅拌罐中,然后再抽真空到-80mpa,然后快搅2分钟,搅拌速度为90rpm,再慢搅5分钟即可,搅拌速度为30rpm;经过真空搅拌机混合搅拌后的水凝胶即可投入涂布机进行涂布。将制得的水凝胶涂布于背衬层上,复上防粘层,然后依次通过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道,然后对产品进行收卷。同时记录产品固化时间及产品收卷后胶体边缘延流情况。

实施例5
一种医用水凝胶卷材及其制备方法:

第一烘道温度为120℃,长度为0.6m;第一风道风机吹的风温度为60℃,长度为0.3m-0.5m;第二烘道温度为80℃,长度为2.5m;第二风道温度为15℃,长度为1m;卷材经过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道的速度为1.5m/min。
测试方法:
测试实施例1-5制备的医用水凝胶卷材产品的机械性能,涂布时间,固化时间及收卷后胶体边缘延流情况。其中,机械性能包括产品的黏着力及剥离强度。
粘着力测试方法为:取成品样品1片,置于干燥恒温箱中,45℃条件下烘30min后,恢复至室温,置于长30cm,与水平面成30°斜面上测试其能粘住直径25.4mm的32号钢球,停留时间5S以上即为合格,;
剥离强度测试方法为:取成品样片一片,将水凝胶层贴于塑料板上,将塑料板固定,与地面垂直,贴在塑料板上方的一端向下反折180°,固定在专用夹头上,将质量为150g的砝码垂直悬挂在专用夹头上,记录脱落时间;
涂布时间记录产品在生产过程中是否可以正常完成涂布(若产品固化过快,胶体会涂布不均匀或无法涂布)产品固化时间以产品通过烘道后产品使用200克砝码轻压不变形为标准,记录产品通过烘道至砝码轻压产品不变形所需时间;
卷材胶体边缘延流情况:涂布时记录产品涂布宽度,收卷后,放置至室温,散卷,随机取5段记录产品宽度。

从数据额可以看出,本产品的粘着力、剥离强度优良,符合生产要求,固化时间短但满足涂布要求;边缘延流小,以卷材形式批量快速生产可行。
本产品的组分真空下搅拌能够快速充分的吸水锁水;双烘道、双风道、的生产工艺,可以迅速升温、固化又不破坏产品的理化性质;第一烘道迅速对产品表面及心部迅速升温,第一风道将产品降温至表面、心部同温,消除温度差,保证在经过第二烘道时,内外均匀固化,第二风道快速降温保证水分不流失。
除说明书所述技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员已知技术。

Claims (6)

1.一种医用水凝胶卷材,包括背衬层、水凝胶层及防粘层,所述水凝胶层涂覆于背衬层上,所述水凝胶层上还附着黏贴有防粘层;所述水凝胶层组分包括:甘油15份-30份,聚丙烯酸钠4份-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.02份-0.2份,甘羟铝0.1份-0.25份,结晶氯化铝0.01份-0.1份,去离子水60份-80份,酒石酸0.08份-0.30份,聚丙烯酸0.5份-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用水凝胶卷材,其特征在于水凝胶层组分还包括防腐剂0.3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的医用水凝胶卷材,其特征在于背衬层的材质为水刺无纺布或导电碳膜或PET或PE。
4.如权利要求1所述的医用水凝胶卷材,其特征在于防粘层的材质为CPP压纹膜或导PP隔离膜或PET或PE或涂硅格拉辛纸。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述医用水凝胶卷材的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
第一步:油相配置;按配比称取甘油,然后把粉料状的聚丙烯酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、甘羟铝、结晶氯化铝加入锅中,用搅拌器按压粉料,待甘油浸润粉末后,中速搅拌至甘油与粉末均匀混合,搅拌速度为50rpm-60rpm;
第二步:水相配置;按配比将去离子水加入桶中,再按配比加入聚丙烯酸,搅拌均匀至无明显可见颗粒,再将按配比称好的酒石酸、防腐剂倒入水中搅拌均匀;
第三步:真空搅拌;将油相和水相依次倒入真空搅拌罐中,然后再抽真空到-80mpa,然后快搅2-3分钟,搅拌速度为90rpm-100rpm,再慢搅5-6分钟,搅拌速度为30rpm-50rpm;然后,将真空搅拌机混合搅拌均匀后的水凝胶投入涂布机;
第四步:涂布收卷;将第三步制得的水凝胶涂布于背衬层上,然后在水凝胶上表面复上防粘层;然后依次通过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道,然后对产品进行收卷;收卷直径为3寸-6寸。
6.如权利要求5所述的医用水凝胶卷材的制备方法,其特征在于第一烘道温度为80℃-120℃,长度为0.3m-0.6m;第一风道风机吹的风温度为40℃-60℃,长度为0.3m-0.5m;第二烘道温度为60℃-80℃,长度为1.5m-2.5m;第二风道温度为10℃-15℃,长度为0.5m-1m;卷材经过第一烘道、第一风道、第二烘道、第二风道的速度为1.5m/min-2m/min。
