As shown in Table 2, the yield of the product of the present invention was significantly increased after the product was applied to rice, and the plants were grown normally without abnormal physiological changes in the treatments with each application.
After the application, the thousand seed weight of the rice is increased, and the gibberellic acid, urea, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium molybdate and sodium salicylate granules are applied in a broadcast mode with the dosage of 5kg per mu: the thousand seed weight gain rate of the compound fertilizer in example 1, example 2 and example 3 is respectively 8.24%, 9.12% and 9.96% compared with the blank control, and the thousand seed weight gain rate of the compound fertilizer in the three-component compound fertilizer is 7.20% compared with the blank control; the dosage of the granules per mu is 10 kg: the single fruit weight gains of example 1, example 2 and example 3 were 7.72%, 8.72% and 9.56%, respectively, compared with the blank control.
After the application, the rice yield is increased, and the gibberellic acid, urea, monopotassium phosphate, ammonium molybdate and sodium salicylate granules are applied in a broadcast mode with the dosage of 5kg per mu: the yield increase of the compound fertilizer of example 1, example 2 and example 3 is respectively 12.78%, 13.64% and 15.56% compared with the blank control, and the yield increase of the compound fertilizer of three elements is 9.28% compared with the blank control; the dosage of the granules per mu is 10 kg: the yield increase of the blank in example 1, example 2 and example 3 is 10.71%, 12.90% and 10.40%, respectively.
Example 4
Based on the above process, the device for preparing gibberellic acid-containing fertilizer granules according to the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, comprises a main body mechanism 1, a sieving mechanism 2, and a kneading mechanism 3;
as shown in fig. 2, the main body mechanism 1 is composed of a base 101, a first bracket 102 and a second bracket 103, wherein the first bracket 102 and the second bracket 103 are both fixedly installed on the upper surface of the base 101;
as shown in fig. 2-3 and 6-8, the screening mechanism 2 is composed of a screening tank 201, a stirring motor 202, a screen plate 206, a first rotating rod 203 and a multi-drink scattering rod 204;
the screening tank 201 is fixedly installed on the first support 102, a feeding port 210 is formed in the top of the screening tank 201, an annular groove body 209 is fixedly connected to the inside of the screening tank 201, a screening plate 206 is fixedly installed on the annular groove body 209 through bolts, a stirring motor 202 is fixedly installed at the top of the screening tank 201, a first rotating rod 203 is rotatably arranged inside the screening tank 201, the upper end of the first rotating rod 203 is rotatably installed outside the screening tank 201 through a bearing, the top of the first rotating rod 203 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the stirring motor 202, a plurality of scattering rods 204 are fixedly connected to the upper end of the first rotating rod 203, the scattering rods 204 are located above the screening plate 206, and the bottom of the screening tank 201 is communicated with a feeding pipe 208;
as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4-6, the kneading mechanism 3 comprises a kneading tank 301, two auxiliary components and a kneading motor 304, the kneading tank 301 is fixedly mounted on a second support 103, a feed inlet 302 is formed at the upper end of the kneading tank 301, one end of the feed pipe 208 is communicated with the feed inlet 302, the kneading motor 304 is fixedly mounted at the top of the kneading tank 301, a second rotating rod 312 is rotatably mounted inside the kneading tank 301, the top of the second rotating rod 312 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the kneading motor 304 through a first coupling, the two auxiliary components are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the kneading motor 304, the auxiliary components comprise an auxiliary motor 303 and a third rotating rod 311, the auxiliary motor 303 is fixedly mounted at the top of the kneading tank 301, the third rotating rod 311 is rotatably mounted inside the kneading tank 301 through a bearing, the top of the third rotating rod 311 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the auxiliary motor 303 through a second coupling, the surface of the second rotating rod 312 and the lower surface of the third rotating rod 311 are both fixedly connected with a first helical blade 310, the upper end of the kneading tank 301 is communicated with a water inlet pipe 305, the bottom of the kneading tank 301 is communicated with a discharge pipe 308, and a first electromagnetic valve 309 is fixedly arranged on the discharge pipe 308;
through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through screening mechanism 2 with superfine powder agent stirring, beat and spill, the superfine powder agent after breaking up filters through sieve 206, and the superfine powder that filters passes through conveying pipe 208 and gets into kneading jar 301 in, kneads motor 304 cooperation auxiliary assembly and carries out abundant kneading with the material.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the user of being convenient for controls the operation of the relevant electrical apparatus in this preparation facilities that contains the fertile granule of gibberellic acid insecticide.
As shown in fig. 3, the lower end of the rotating rod one 203 extends into the feeding pipe 208, and the outer wall of the lower end of the rotating rod one 203 is fixedly connected with a helical blade two 207.

In practical application, the ground ultrafine powder is poured into the screening tank 201, the stirring motor 202 is started, the breaking rod 204 breaks up the materials, the broken ultrafine powder is screened to the bottom of the screening tank 201 by matching the scraper 205 with the bristles 2051, the materials enter the kneading tank 301 through the feeding pipe 208, the auxiliary motor 303 and the kneading motor 304 are started to enable the auxiliary motor 303 to rotate clockwise, the kneading motor 304 rotates anticlockwise, the second electromagnetic valve 306 is opened to add water into the kneading tank 301, the first helical blade 310 on the second rotating rod 312 stirs the materials at the bottom of the kneading tank 301, the first helical blade 310 on the third rotating rod 311 extrudes the materials above to the lower part of the kneading tank 301, the kneading and stirring are carried out in a reciprocating manner, meanwhile, the friction and stirring between the rising materials and the materials pressing down can be continued, the kneading efficiency and the kneading quality are effectively improved, so that the materials are quickly and fully kneaded in a short time, after the kneading is finished, the auxiliary motor 303 is closed, the kneading motor 304 is controlled to rotate clockwise, the first electromagnetic valve 309 is opened, and the kneaded materials are led out through the discharge pipe 308.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of gibberellic acid-containing pesticide fertilizer granules is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing materials, namely taking 0.01-0.03 wt% of gibberellic acid, 10-20 wt% of urea, 5-15 wt% of monopotassium phosphate, 1-5 wt% of ammonium molybdate, 5-10 wt% of sodium salicylate, 2-4 wt% of adhesive, 1-3 wt% of disintegrant, 1-3 wt% of lubricant and the balance of filler;
s2, mixing, namely putting the raw materials in the step S1 into a grinder for mixing grinding and crushing to prepare superfine powder;
s3, kneading, namely putting the superfine powder agent prepared in the step S2 into a screening tank (201) of a preparation device containing gibberellic acid medical fertilizer granules for scattering and screening, feeding the scattered superfine powder agent into a kneading tank (301) through a feeding pipe (208), and simultaneously adding water accounting for 15-20% of the mass of the superfine powder agent into the kneading tank (301) for fully kneading;
s4, granulating and drying, namely putting the kneaded material in the step S3 into a granulator for granulation;
s5, fluidizing, drying and screening, namely fluidizing the particles prepared in the step S4 by a fluidized bed, and then drying and screening to obtain the granules.
S6, checking and packaging; and (5) inspecting the finished product of the granules obtained in the step S5, and packaging to obtain the finished product.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the filler in step S1 is selected from one of starch, lactose, dextrin, sugar, sucrose and glucose.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the binder in step S1 is selected from one of starch slurry, ethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the lubricant in step S1 is selected from one of stearic acid, calcium stearate, talc, sodium lauryl sulfate, and glycine.
5. An apparatus for preparing gibberellic acid-containing fertilizer granules as set forth in claim 1, comprising:
the main body mechanism (1) comprises a base (101), and a first support (102) and a second support (103) are fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the base (101) respectively;
screening mechanism (2), screening mechanism (2) is including screening jar (201), screening jar (201) fixed mounting is in on support (102), the top of screening jar (201) sets up pay-off mouth (210), the inside fixedly connected with annular cell body (209) of screening jar (201), there is sieve (206) through bolt fixed mounting on annular cell body (209), the top fixed mounting of screening jar (201) has agitator motor (202), the inside rotation of screening jar (201) is provided with dwang one (203), the upper end of dwang one (203) is installed through bearing rotation the outside of screening jar (201), the top of dwang one (203) with the pivot fixed connection of agitator motor (202), the upper end fixedly connected with of dwang one (203) breaks up pole (204), break up pole (204) and is located the top of sieve (206), the bottom of the screening tank (201) is communicated with a feeding pipe (208);
the kneading mechanism (3) comprises a kneading tank (301), the kneading tank (301) is fixedly mounted on the second support (103), a feed inlet (302) is formed in the upper end of the kneading tank (301), one end of the feed pipe (208) is communicated with the feed inlet (302), a kneading motor (304) is fixedly mounted at the top of the kneading tank (301), a rotating rod II (312) is rotatably arranged in the kneading tank (301), the top of the rotating rod II (312) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the kneading motor (304) through a first coupler, and an auxiliary assembly is arranged on the kneading tank (301); the two auxiliary components are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the kneading motor (304), the auxiliary assembly comprises an auxiliary motor (303) and a third rotating rod (311), the auxiliary motor (303) is fixedly arranged at the top of the kneading tank (301), the rotating rod III (311) is rotatably arranged inside the kneading tank (301) through a bearing, the top of the rotating rod III (311) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft of the auxiliary motor (303) through a coupler II, the surface of the second rotating rod (312) and the lower surface of the third rotating rod (311) are both fixedly connected with a first helical blade (310), the upper end of the kneading tank (301) is communicated with a water inlet pipe (305), the bottom of the kneading tank (301) is communicated with a discharge pipe (308), and a first electromagnetic valve (309) is fixedly mounted on the discharge pipe (308).

The apparatus for preparing granules containing gibberellic acid fertilizer according to claim 5, wherein a scraper (205) is fixedly connected to the first rotating rod (203), bristles (2051) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the scraper (205), and the bristles (2051) contact with the upper surface of the sieve plate (206).
