Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to break through the traditional production mode, overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide the main reinforcement welding device of the reinforcement cage and the reinforcement cage forming machine, so as to improve the automation degree of welding the main reinforcement and the reinforcing ribs, save time, reduce cost, reduce labor intensity of workers and improve production safety.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage comprises at least one group of welding integrated frames, wherein each group of welding integrated frames comprises a rack and at least one group of welding modules arranged on the rack; each group of welding modules comprises a positioning welding mechanism and a main rib fixing mechanism;
the positioning welding mechanism comprises a first support, a first rotary driving piece, a welding gun fixing seat, a swinging driving piece, a welding gun fixing block, a welding gun and a reinforcing rib positioning piece; the first support is arranged on the rack; one end of the first rotary driving piece is rotationally connected with the first support, and the other end of the first rotary driving piece is rotationally connected with the welding gun fixing seat; one end of the swinging driving piece is rotatably connected with the first support, the other end of the swinging driving piece is rotatably connected with the welding gun fixing block, and the welding gun is fixed on the welding gun fixing block; the reinforcing rib positioning piece is fixed on the welding gun fixing seat and used for positioning the reinforcing rib; the welding gun is used for welding the main reinforcing bar and the reinforcing bar;
the main rib fixing mechanism and the positioning welding mechanism are arranged at intervals, the main rib fixing mechanism comprises a fixing seat, a material blocking driving piece, a material blocking plate, a second support, a clamping driving piece and a main rib clamping hook plate, the fixing seat is fixed on the rack, and the material blocking driving piece is fixed on one side of the fixing seat and used for driving the material blocking plate to move up and down; the second support is fixed on the other side of the fixed seat; one end of the clamping driving piece is rotatably connected with the second support, and the other end of the clamping driving piece is rotatably connected with the main rib clamping hook plate; the main rib clamping hook plate is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat, and the clamping driving piece can drive the main rib clamping hook plate to rotate so as to fix the main rib.

As a preferred scheme of a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage, the welding integrated frame further comprises a frame rotating mechanism, the frame rotating mechanism comprises a support frame, a bearing seat, a fourth support and a second rotating driving piece, the bearing seat is fixed on the support frame, and two ends of the frame are rotatably installed in the bearing seat; the fourth support is fixed in the support frame, one end of the second rotary driving piece is rotatably connected with the fourth support, the other end of the second rotary driving piece is rotatably connected with the rack, and the second rotary driving piece is used for driving the rack to rotate around the bearing seat.
As an optimal scheme of a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage, the reinforcing rib positioning piece comprises a fixed plate and a positioning clamp, the fixed plate is fixed on the welding gun fixing seat, and the positioning clamp is connected with the fixed plate and used for clamping the reinforcing rib.
As a preferred scheme of a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage, the first rotary driving part is a rotary cylinder, one end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected with the first support through a first pin shaft, and the other end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected with the welding gun fixing seat through a second pin shaft;
the swing driving piece is a swing air cylinder, one end of the swing air cylinder is rotatably connected with the first support through a third pin shaft, and the other end of the swing air cylinder is rotatably connected with the welding gun fixing block through a fourth pin shaft.
As a preferred scheme of a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage, the material blocking driving part is a material blocking cylinder, and the top of the material blocking cylinder is used for fixing the material blocking plate so as to drive the material blocking plate to slide along the fixed seat;
the clamping driving part is a clamping hook plate cylinder, one end of the clamping hook plate cylinder is rotatably connected with the second support through a fifth pin shaft, the other end of the clamping hook plate cylinder is rotatably connected with the main rib clamping hook plate through a sixth pin shaft, and the main rib clamping hook plate is rotatably connected with the fixed seat through a ninth pin shaft.
As a preferred scheme of a main reinforcement welding device of a reinforcement cage, the translation driving part is a transverse cylinder, and the output end of the transverse cylinder is fixedly connected with the side surface of the first support;
the second rotary driving part is a rotary cylinder, one end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected with the fourth support through a seventh pin shaft, and the other end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected with the rack through an eighth pin shaft.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the striker plate is driven to extend out by the striker driving piece, and the main rib clamping hook plate is driven to press downwards by the clamping driving piece, so that the main ribs are fixed; the reinforcing ribs are positioned by the reinforcing rib positioning piece; then the first rotary driving piece drives the welding gun to reach a position to be welded, and then the swinging driving piece drives the welding gun to weld the intersection point position of the main rib and the reinforcing rib. The automatic welding device realizes the automatic welding of the main reinforcement and the reinforcing ribs of the reinforcement cage, has high welding strength, saves time, improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and has low cost, safety and reliability.

It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
In the description of the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "connected," and "fixed" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning permanently connected, removably connected, or integral to one another; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the embodiment provides a main reinforcement welding device for a reinforcement cage, which can automatically weld a main reinforcement 28 and a reinforcing rib 33 of the reinforcement cage, effectively reduce labor intensity of workers, and improve processing efficiency. Illustratively, the main rib 28 in this embodiment is in an elongated shape, the reinforcing rib 33 is in a circular ring shape, and the plurality of main ribs 28 are uniformly welded to the outside of the reinforcing rib 33 in the circumferential direction. The main reinforcement welding device of the reinforcement cage provided by the embodiment comprises at least one group of welding integrated frame 200, wherein each group of welding integrated frame 200 comprises a frame 15 and at least one group of welding module 100 arranged on the frame 15. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1-2, the main reinforcement welding device of the reinforcement cage of the present embodiment includes two sets of welded-together frames 200, namely, a welded-together frame 200 on the left side and a welded-together frame 200 on the right side. Specifically, the left welding integrated frame 200 includes three welding modules 100, and the three welding modules 100 are respectively disposed at corresponding positions of the left frame 15 at intervals; similarly, the right welding integrated rack 200 also includes three welding modules 100, and the three welding modules 100 are respectively disposed at positions corresponding to the right rack 15 at intervals. By the arrangement, six welding spots of the main rib 28 and the reinforcing rib 33 can be synchronously welded in a standard 12-meter whole production line, the welding efficiency is high, and the welding quality is uniform and stable. Preferably, in this embodiment, the left welding integrated frame 200 and the right welding integrated frame 200 are symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the main reinforcement 28, so as to further ensure the welding uniformity of the main reinforcement 28 along the length direction and improve the welding quality of the reinforcement cage.
As shown in fig. 3-6, in the present embodiment, each set of welding modules 100 includes a positioning and welding mechanism 110 and a main bar fixing mechanism 120. The positioning welding mechanism 110 comprises a first support 26, a first rotary driving member 2, a welding gun fixing seat 4, a swinging driving member 16, a welding gun fixing block 5, a welding gun 6 and a reinforcing rib positioning member 7. Wherein, first support 26 sets up in frame 15, and the one end of first rotary driving spare 2 rotates with first support 26 to be connected, and the other end rotates with welder fixing base 4 to be connected, and first rotary driving spare 2 is used for driving welder fixing base 4 to rotate. Preferably, the first rotary driving element 2 of this embodiment is a rotary cylinder, two first reinforcing plates which are oppositely arranged are welded and fixed on the first support 26, and one end of the rotary cylinder penetrates through the two first reinforcing plates through a first pin 1, so as to realize the rotary connection with the first support 26; the other end of revolving cylinder runs through welder fixing base 4 through second round pin axle 3 to the realization is connected with welder fixing base 4's rotation. The first rotary driving member 2 of this embodiment adopts a rotary cylinder, and has a simple structure, a smooth operation and a reliable control, and of course, in other embodiments, the first rotary driving member 2 may also adopt other rotary driving mechanisms such as a motor, and is not limited to this embodiment.
One end of the swing driving piece 16 is rotatably connected with the first support 26, and the other end is rotatably connected with the welding gun fixing block 5, and is used for driving the welding fixing block 5 to swing back and forth. Specifically, the swing driving member 16 of this embodiment is a swing cylinder, a second reinforcing plate is welded on the first support 26, one end of the swing cylinder is rotatably connected to the second reinforcing plate through a third pin 17, and the other end of the swing cylinder is rotatably connected to the welding gun fixing block 5 through a fourth pin 27. A fixing hole is formed in the middle of the welding gun fixing block 5 and used for fixing a welding gun 6; the welding gun 6 is used for welding the main bead 28 and the reinforcing bead 33. The swing driving member 16 of this embodiment adopts a swing cylinder, which has a simple structure, stable operation and reliable control, and in other embodiments, the swing driving member 16 may also adopt a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, a motor, and other mechanisms, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The reinforcing rib positioning piece 7 is fixed on the welding gun fixing seat 4 and used for positioning the reinforcing rib 33 and preventing the reinforcing rib 33 from deviating in position in the welding process to influence the welding quality. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the reinforcing rib positioning member 7 of the present embodiment includes a fixing plate 34 and a positioning clip 36, the fixing plate 34 is fixed on the welding gun fixing seat 4, the positioning clip 36 is connected with the fixing plate 34, and an end of the positioning clip 36 is used for contacting the reinforcing rib 33 to clamp the reinforcing rib 33. Furthermore, a long hole 35 is formed in the fixing plate 34, and a bolt penetrates through the long hole 35 to fixedly connect the fixing plate 34 with the welding gun fixing seat 4; the position of the fixing plate 34 can be easily adjusted by providing the elongated hole 35, so that the positioning clip 36 can position the reinforcing rib 33 more favorably.
The main bar fixing mechanism 120 of the present embodiment is spaced apart from the tack welding mechanism 110, and is configured to fix the main bar 28, so that the tack welding mechanism 110 can efficiently and accurately weld the intersection position of the main bar 28 and the reinforcing rib 33. The main bar fixing mechanism 120 comprises a fixing seat 9, a striker driving member 19, a striker plate 18, a second support 14, a clamping driving member 12 and a main bar clamping hook plate 10. The bottom of the fixed seat 9 is welded and fixed on the frame 15, the material stopping driving piece 19 is fixed on one side of the fixed seat 9, and the output end of the material stopping driving piece 19 is connected with the material stopping plate 18 and used for driving the material stopping plate 18 to move up and down; one side of striker plate 18 towards fixing base 9 is provided with first half groove, and fixing base 9 is provided with the half groove of second towards one side of striker plate 18, and striker plate 18 stretches out the back, and first half groove cooperatees with the half groove of second and forms the holding tank, can bear main muscle 28. The second support 14 is fixed on the other side of the fixed seat 9; one end of the clamping driving piece 12 is rotationally connected with the second support 14, and the other end is rotationally connected with the main rib clamping hook plate 10; the main reinforcement clamping hook plate 10 is rotatably arranged on the fixing seat 9, the end part of the main reinforcement clamping hook plate 10 is provided with a hook part, and the clamping driving part 12 can drive the main reinforcement clamping hook plate 10 to rotate, so that the main reinforcement clamping hook plate 10 is pressed downwards and buckled above the accommodating groove, and the main reinforcement 28 is fixed. Preferably, in this embodiment, the striker driving member 19 is a striker cylinder, the striker plate 18 is fixed on the top of the striker cylinder, and the striker cylinder can drive the striker plate 18 to slide up and down along the fixing seat 9 by extending and retracting. Further preferably, the clamping driving member 12 of this embodiment is a clamping hook plate cylinder, one end of the clamping hook plate cylinder is rotatably connected to the second support 14 through a fifth pin 13, the other end of the clamping hook plate cylinder is rotatably connected to the main rib clamping hook plate 10 through a sixth pin 11, and the main rib clamping hook plate 10 is rotatably connected to the fixing base 9 through a ninth pin 8. The material blocking driving part 19 of this embodiment adopts a material blocking cylinder, and the clamping driving part 12 adopts a clamping hook plate cylinder, which has a simple structure, stable operation and reliable control, and of course, in other embodiments, the material blocking driving part 19 and the clamping driving part 12 can also adopt other driving forms, and are not limited to this embodiment.
The striker plate 18 is driven to extend out by the striker driving part 19, and the main rib clamping hook plate 10 is driven to press down by the clamping driving part 12, so that the main rib 28 is fixed; the reinforcing ribs 33 are positioned through the reinforcing rib positioning piece 7; then the first rotary driving part 2 drives the welding gun 6 to reach the position to be welded, and the swinging driving part 16 drives the welding gun 6 to swing, so that the intersection point position of the main rib 28 and the reinforcing rib 33 is welded. The automatic welding device realizes the automatic welding of the main reinforcement 28 and the reinforcing rib 33 of the reinforcement cage, has high welding strength, saves time, improves the working efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and has low cost, safety and reliability.
Preferably, the positioning and welding mechanism 110 of the present embodiment further includes a translation mechanism, the translation mechanism specifically includes a third support 32 and a translation driving element 29, the third support 32 is welded and fixed on the frame 15, the translation driving element 29 is fixed on the third support 32, and an output end of the translation driving element 29 is fixedly connected to the first support 26, and is configured to drive the first support 26 to horizontally move along the frame 15, so that the positioning and welding mechanism 110 is integrally close to or far from the main rib fixing mechanism 120. Preferably, in this embodiment, the translational driving member 29 is a transverse air cylinder, and an output end of the transverse air cylinder is fixedly connected with a side surface of the first support 26, so as to drive the first support 26 and the components thereon to slide on the frame 15. The translational driving element 29 of this embodiment adopts a transverse air cylinder, and has a simple structure, stable operation and reliable control, and of course, in other embodiments, the translational driving element 29 may also adopt driving mechanisms such as a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder, a motor screw rod, and the like, and is not limited to this embodiment. Further, the translation mechanism of this embodiment further includes a slider 30 and a slide rail 31, the slider 30 is fixed to the bottom of the first support 26, the slide rail 31 is fixed to the upper portion of the third support 32 through a bolt, and the slider 30 is connected with the slide rail 31 in a sliding manner, so that the first support 26 can slide smoothly along the rack 15, and the operational reliability is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2-4, 7 and 9, the welding integrated frame 200 of the present embodiment further includes a frame rotating mechanism for driving the frame 15 to rotate, so that the frame 15 and the components thereon are integrally located at the position of the reinforcing rib 33. Preferably, two sets of frame rotating mechanisms are correspondingly disposed at two ends of the frame 15 in this embodiment. Each set of gantry rotation mechanisms comprises a support frame 21, a bearing block 20, a fourth support 22 and a second rotary drive 24. The bearing blocks 20 are fixed on the support frame 21, bearings are installed in the bearing blocks 20, and two ends of the bottom of the rack 15 are respectively installed in the two groups of bearing blocks 20 through the bearings so as to realize the rotary connection between the rack 15 and the support frame 21; the fourth support 22 is fixed on the support frame 21, one end of the second rotary driving element 24 is rotatably connected with the fourth support 22, the other end of the second rotary driving element 24 is rotatably connected with the frame 15, and the second rotary driving element 24 can drive the frame 15 to rotate around the bearing seat 20. Preferably, in this embodiment, the second rotary driving element 24 is a rotary cylinder, one end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected to the fourth support 22 through a seventh pin 23, and the other end of the rotary cylinder is rotatably connected to the frame 15 through an eighth pin 25. The second rotary driving member 24 of the present embodiment adopts a rotary cylinder, which has a simple structure, smooth operation and reliable control, and of course, in other embodiments, the second rotary driving member 24 may also be other driving mechanisms such as a motor, as long as the function of driving the frame 15 to rotate can be realized, which is not limited to the present embodiment.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows:
when the material blocking device works, firstly, the material blocking driving piece 19 extends out to drive the material blocking plate 18 to extend out; after the feeding device conveys the main ribs 28 in place, the clamping driving piece 12 extends out to drive the main rib clamping hook plate 10 to press downwards, and the main ribs 28 are fixed through the matching of the main rib clamping hook plate 10, the striker plate 18 and the fixed seat 9; then the second rotary cylinder 24 extends out to drive the frame 15 to rotate around the bearing seat 20 as a circle center and reach the position of the reinforcing rib 33; after the frame 15 reaches the desired position, the translational driving member 29 extends to drive the first support 26 and the components thereon to approach the main bar fixing mechanism 120 until reaching the set position; then, the reinforcing rib positioning member 7 positions the reinforcing ribs 33; then, the first rotary driving piece 2 extends out to drive the welding gun fixing seat 4 and the welding gun 6 to rotate to the position close to the welding spot; thereafter, the swing drive 16 is extended to drive the welding gun 6 to the intersection of the main bar 28 and the reinforcing bar 33 and the welding spot is welded by the welding gun 6. To ensure the strength of the weld, the oscillating actuator 16 in this embodiment is moved back and forth three times during the entire welding process. After welding, the translational driving member 29 retracts, the swinging driving member 16 retracts, the first rotary driving member 2 retracts, the clamping driving member 12 retracts, the material stopping driving member 19 retracts, and finally the second rotary driving member 24 retracts to the original position, and the next main rib 28 is continuously waited to be welded. It should be noted that: in the embodiment, the total number of welding points required to be welded for the main ribs 28 and the reinforcing ribs 33 in a standard 12-meter whole production line is 6, so that six welding guns 6 need to be simultaneously operated during working, and the whole mechanism returns to the original position after welding.
The embodiment also provides a steel reinforcement cage forming machine, which comprises the main reinforcement welding device of the steel reinforcement cage. The embodiment breaks the traditional production mode of the reinforcement cage, realizes the automatic welding of the main reinforcement 28 and the reinforcing rib 33 of the reinforcement cage, improves the automation degree of the reinforcement cage forming machine, saves the processing time and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
