技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,涉及一种皮克林儿童防晒乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
伴随着环境的日益恶化及皮肤癌患者人数的逐年增长,防晒产品在日常护理中成为必不可少的一环。儿童的肌肤娇嫩,角质层相较于成人略薄,更容易受到紫外线中UVA及UVB的辐照伤害;同时,制剂学认为,分子量小于500Da的分子具有透皮吸收的风险(CN101637476B,一种经皮给药制剂及其制备方法和应用),分子量小的防晒剂也存在一定的透皮风险,但分子量大于500Da的防晒剂比较难乳化,使用传统乳化剂进行乳化容易出现析油、结晶、分层等不稳定的现象,同时传统乳化剂也具有表面活性剂的性质,自身会存在一定的刺激性风险。
Pickering乳液是指在两互不相溶的两相之间以固体颗粒作为稳定剂的乳液,在一定程度上减少或代替了传统乳化剂的使用,具有更高的安全性。
专利CN 111265459A公开了一种儿童防晒乳及其制备方法,该防晒乳包含小麦胚芽提取物、润肤油脂、防晒剂、皮肤调理剂及助剂;其中,防晒剂包括甲氧基肉桂酸乙基已酯、二氧化钛、4-甲基苄亚基樟脑、二乙氨羟苯甲酰苯甲酸乙酯和亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚;助剂包括乳化剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂及稳定剂,其中,乳化剂包括鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、椰油基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯或PEG-100硬脂酸,且乳化剂的添加量为2-6份。
目前,采用分子量大于500Da的防晒剂,同时不添加传统乳化剂的防晒乳液鲜有报道,因此,开发无传统表面活性剂的防晒乳,将防晒剂稳定在乳液中,成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,该防晒乳属于水包油型(O/W)乳液,化学防晒剂分子量大于500Da,由皮克林稳定剂进行稳定。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种皮克林儿童防晒乳的制备方法。
实现上述目的一种技术方案是:一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:

所述防晒剂包括水溶性防晒剂和油溶性防晒剂。

上述的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,其中,所述水溶性防晒剂为苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠、50%的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚分散液中的一种或多种混合;所述油溶性防晒剂包含双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮、二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮、聚硅氧烷-15中的一种或多种混合。

S1,按照上述的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳的配方准确称量各组分;
S2,将纯化水投入乳化罐中,再依次投入水溶性防晒剂、精氨酸、保湿剂、皮克林稳定剂和增稠剂,搅拌加热至80℃,再保温搅拌20min,得到组分A;
S3,将己二酸二丁酯、油溶性防晒剂和聚二甲基硅氧烷依次投入油相预配罐中,搅拌热至80℃,保温搅拌至溶解完全,得到组分B;
S4,将组分B和扁核木油依次投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化5~10min,然后搅拌降温;
S5,当温度降至70℃时,投入对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
S6,当温度降至45℃时,投入马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
S7,当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,即得皮克林儿童防晒乳。
本发明的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳及其制备方法的技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
(1)使用皮克林稳定剂,替代传统的乳化剂,消除了表面活性剂对儿童皮肤的刺激性,使产品对儿童的皮肤有更高的安全性;
(2)采用大于500Da的防晒剂,降低了防晒剂透皮吸收的潜在风险;
(3)使用皮克林稳定剂对分子量较大的化学防晒剂进行乳化,未出现析油、结晶、破乳分层等问题,与传统乳化剂相比具有更好的稳定性。

本实施例的皮克林儿童防晒乳采用以下制备方法制备:
S1、按照配方准确称量所需原料;
S2、将纯化水投入乳化罐中,苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠,加入精氨酸,水相溶液至澄清透明后,投入甘油、丁二醇、戊二醇,投入辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉、硅石,称取黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸胺/山嵛醇聚醚-25/甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯,投入尿囊素,80℃下搅拌20分钟后得到组分A。
S3、称取双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮,加入己二酸二丁酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷至油相预配罐,加热至80℃保温搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分B;
S4、将组分B和0.5份扁核木油投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化10min,然后搅拌降温;
S5、当温度降至70℃时,投入0.15份对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
S6、当温度降至45℃时,投入3份马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
S7、当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,既得本发明的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳。
稳定性考察试验:
请参阅图1,将实施例1制得的皮克林儿童防晒乳在制备当天用500倍显微镜进行观察,可以可看出其乳液液滴粒径大小均匀,约为3-5μm。
请参阅图2,将实施例1制得的皮克林儿童防晒乳在49℃高温放置90天后,用500倍显微镜进行观察,可以看出乳液液滴粒径仍大小均匀,约为3-5μm。
本实施例中,皮克林稳定剂采用辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉和硅石混合。
该皮克林儿童防晒乳通过稳定性加速试验考察,并无析油、分层等不稳定现象发生,通过显微镜观察,乳化粒子分布均匀,稳定性合格。
实施例2:
一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:

本实施例中,皮克林稳定剂采用辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉和硅石混合。
参照实施例1的稳定性考察试验,对制得的皮克林儿童防晒乳进行稳定性加速试验考察,结果显示,49℃高温放置90天后,该皮克林儿童防晒乳并无析油、分层等不稳定现象发生,通过显微镜观察,乳化粒子分布均匀,稳定性合格。
实施例3:
一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:

本实施例的皮克林儿童防晒乳采用以下制备方法制备:
S1、按照配方准确称量所需原料;
S2、将纯化水投入乳化罐中,随后投入甘油、丁二醇、戊二醇,投入辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉、硅石、β-环糊精,称取黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸胺/山嵛醇聚醚-25/甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物,投入尿囊素,80℃下搅拌20分钟后得到组分A。
S3、称取双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚,加入己二酸二丁酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷至油相预配罐,加热至80℃保温搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分B;
S4、将组分B和扁核木油投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化8min,然后搅拌降温;
S5、当温度降至70℃时,投入对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
S6、当温度降至45℃时,投入马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
S7、当温度降至38℃及以下时,投入50%的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚分散液(商品名为Tinosorb M)搅拌均匀后,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,既得本发明的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳。

该儿童防晒乳液的制备方法如下:
(1)将纯化水投入乳化罐中,苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠,加入精氨酸,水相溶液至澄清透明后,投入甘油、丁二醇、戊二醇,称取黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸胺/山嵛醇聚醚-25/甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯,投入尿囊素,80℃下搅拌20分钟后得到组分A。
(2)称取双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮,加入己二酸二丁酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷,投入MONTANOV 68乳化剂(20%鲸蜡硬脂醇葡糖苷和80%鲸蜡硬脂醇),至油相预配罐,加热至80℃保温搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分B;
(3)将组分B和扁核木油投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化5min,然后搅拌降温;
(4)当温度降至70℃时,投入对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
(5)当温度降至45℃时,投入马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
(6)当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,既得对比例1的一种儿童防晒乳液。
请参阅图3,对比例1的儿童防晒乳液在49℃高温放置7天后,用200倍显微镜观察,乳液液滴粒径大小不均,出现了析油、分层等不稳定现象,稳定性不合格。
对比例2:
一种儿童防晒乳液,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:

该儿童防晒乳液的制备方法如下:
(1)将纯化水投入乳化罐中,苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠,加入精氨酸,水相溶液至澄清透明后,投入甘油、丁二醇、戊二醇,称取黄原胶、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸胺/山嵛醇聚醚-25/甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯,投入尿囊素,80℃下搅拌20分钟后得到组分A。
(2)称取双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮,加入己二酸二丁酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷,投入甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯乳化剂,至油相预配罐,加热至80℃保温搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分B;
(3)将组分B和扁核木油投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化5min,然后搅拌降温;
(4)当温度降至70℃时,投入对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
(5)当温度降至45℃时,投入马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
(6)当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,即得对比例2的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳。
请参阅图4,对比例2的儿童防晒乳液在49℃高温放置7天后,用200倍显微镜观察,乳液液滴粒径大小不均,出现了析油、分层等不稳定现象,稳定性不合格。
对比1和对比例2中均采用的是传统的乳化剂,没有采用皮克林稳定剂,根据对比例1和对比例2的稳定性考察试验可以看出,由于分子量大于500Da的防晒剂及双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠等固体防晒剂的熔点较高,较难乳化,传统乳化剂乳化容易出现析出、分层等问题,造成整个防晒乳液不稳定。
本发明的皮克林儿童防晒乳及其制备方法的技术方案,皮克林稳定剂可以采用辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉、改性马铃薯淀粉、β-环糊精、硅石、微晶纤维素和脱乙酰壳多糖中的一种或多种混合。使用皮克林稳定剂,替代传统的乳化剂,消除了表面活性剂对儿童皮肤的刺激性,使产品对儿童的皮肤有更高的安全性;采用大于500Da的防晒剂,降低了防晒剂透皮吸收的潜在风险;使用皮克林稳定剂对分子量较大的化学防晒剂进行乳化,未出现析油、结晶、破乳分层等问题,与传统乳化剂相比具有更好的稳定性。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:
皮克林稳定剂 2~10份;
防晒剂 5~20份;
己二酸二丁酯 5~20份;
聚二甲基硅氧烷 2~5份;
扁核木油 0.1~1份;
保湿剂 5~20份;
马齿苋提取液 1~5份;
增稠剂 0.05~2份;
对羟基苯乙酮 0.2~0.5份;
精氨酸 0~1份;
纯化水 余量;
所述防晒剂包括水溶性防晒剂和油溶性防晒剂;
所述皮克林稳定剂采用辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉和硅石混合或者辛烯基琥珀酸铝改性淀粉、硅石和β-环糊精混合;
所述水溶性防晒剂为苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠、50%的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚分散液中的一种或多种混合;所述油溶性防晒剂包含双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、乙基己基三嗪酮、二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮、聚硅氧烷-15中的一种或多种混合;
所述防晒剂的分子量均大于500道尔顿;
所述皮克林稳定剂和防晒剂的质量比为1:1~1:5。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳,其特征在于:所述增稠剂采用黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸胺/山嵛醇聚醚-25/甲基丙烯酸酯以及羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯交联聚合物中一种或多种混合。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的皮克林儿童防晒乳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,按照如权利要求1所述的一种皮克林儿童防晒乳的配方准确称量各组分;
S2,将纯化水投入乳化罐中,再依次投入水溶性防晒剂、精氨酸、保湿剂、皮克林稳定剂和增稠剂,搅拌加热至80℃,再保温搅拌20min,得到组分A;
S3,将己二酸二丁酯、油溶性防晒剂和聚二甲基硅氧烷依次投入油相预配罐中,搅拌热至80℃,保温搅拌至溶解完全,得到组分B;
S4,将组分B和扁核木油依次投入组分A中,75℃~85℃均质乳化5~10min,然后搅拌降温;
S5,当温度降至70℃时,投入对羟基苯乙酮,继续搅拌降温;
S6,当温度降至45℃时,投入马齿苋提取液,继续搅拌降温;
S7,当温度降至38℃及以下时,过滤出料,检验合格后灌装,即得皮克林儿童防晒乳。
